Enter Tara, who said she'd try her best to make something special. She delivered an adorable bear on my drink! She said she might be able to do better, but I loved her effort and enthusiasm. My friend and I headed outside to enjoy our drinks on the patio. Several minutes later, Tara came outside carrying another latte. She had PERFECTED the latte bear and gave it to us for free! She made my entire day. Thank you to Tara for the amazing art and for going above and beyond in your customer service!! I can't wait to go back for my next coffee and hope she's working when I do.

No other place has come close to Releaf. It is a perfect mixture with chicory coffee and sweet condensed milk. Every order I have received had the been created consistently the same from day 1. It is a small coffee / dessert spot in Mitsuwa and always busy. When there is a line in front, follow the crowd. You know there is something good in there. The wait is always worth it! Yesterday, my brother and I ordered 2 Vietnamese coffees. My brother and I loved our Vietnamese coffees and tasted excellent. The sweet level was perfect. We ordered two drinks: a salted caramel cold brew for my wife and a flat white for myself. The cashier accidentally rang up my wife's drink as a salted caramel matcha instead, which wasn't a major issue since she enjoys matcha anyway, but I do wish they had read the order back to us to avoid the mix-up. Fortunately, the salted caramel matcha turned out to be a happy surprise, and the flat white was solid, if a bit ordinary. Since we visited on a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, and we were able to find a comfortable spot to sit. We really liked the branding and appreciated having this cozy little nook inside the largest mall in the region.
