Delicious and reasonably priced vietnamese food with a modern twist. They offer a free soda with check in or for the time i went they also offered free thai iced tea with entree order. The pho broth is on point and good size. The filet mignon with fries and egg over rice was really tasty and reminded me of peruvian lomo saltado. It also comes with a small sized bowl of pho broth! This was not a large portion but decent size and one of the pricier items on the menu. If you are in the neighborhood i would definietly recommend a visit. 5 stars for their phở. Clear broth that tastes so clean. Briskets were super tender. They do have spring rolls there, but it's not traditional. Rolled with chopped lettuce, vermicelli noodle, a couple of shrimp halves and FRIED ONION, the kind you garnish in certain noodle soups. Texture of the fried onion threw me off and the peanut sauce tasted like plain hoisin sauce. They don't serve soda Chánh, but their simple lemonade was delicious and refreshing. A solid choice if you're in the area. Service is friendly enough and very fast. Clean bathrooms. Reasonable prices. Plenty of water. Plenty of parking. Food was fine. Saw other people getting huge rice plates. Prolly a good deal for the amount of food. I don't think there's anything too spectacular about the place or anything bad. My favorite pho place!!! It's always a good meal when I come here. Came here with my daughter since we were in the area. I ordered a beef pho and she ordered a chicken pho and an order of pork spring rolls. Our meals also came with a free drink I ordered the Thai tea and she got a sprite. Service is always great here and the restaurant is always nice and clean. At the end of your meal they bring you a little surprise which is mung bean tapioca and it the perfect little end to a great meal. So if you are looking for some good pho come here. I work in DTSA and my friend wanted to meet up for lunch. Normally we'd drive to Little Saigon, but I needed something closer, so she picked this place. If you need a quick fix, without driving to Little Saigon, this place is it. I wasn't hungry so I ordered the appetizer egg rolls. They were crispy, freshly made (so hot!) and came with the lettuce and fish sauce. I wished they gave 5 lettuce instead of 3... since I had FIVE eggrolls! I could have asked for 2 more leaves I guess. The eggrolls were very filling, that I wasn't that hungry for dinner either. The only bad part of vietnamese places is you never know if they use MSG.. I think the eggrolls have MSG or heavily loaded with salt. I was so parched an hour later. Plenty of places to park but I can see it can be difficult during peak time. Came here again because we have tried other pho places and other places don't compare. Their service is MUCH better. They have signs saying they're understaffed completely understandable. Food price has increased a bit but that's literally for all restaurants. Went on a weekend night, got seated, we made our order and the came out quick! The pho soup came out nice and hot! Thai tea is legit and authentic. Food is still fresh and the pho is affordable still. The egg roll is perfect, overall crispy when you bite into it, it's the perfect crunch. They still offer the warm sweet dessert at the end of the meal with your entree. Will come back, as this is probably one of the best in town that we have had. read more

Food is always so great! Service is always a miss especially if they're busy. Food took about 30 minutes to come out. Then, they delivered my boyfriend's food to the table before mine. My food arrived 15 minutes later so that was a bit frustrating. I didn't want his food to get cold so he ate. By the time he was finished, my food was arriving. I've had two similar experiences like this. Just be wary that although the food is good, the service is less than average. The waiters are very kind, just not very good at waiting. I go here pretty often and they will never check in on you, but I usually have everything I need. It's still 4 stars because prices are great and food is comforting. read more

I came in to eat with my son today. We ordered a pho dac biet right away. There was another table with 2 ppl, 1 person came in first, the other person came in 5 minutea later. They talked for few minutes then they ordered. So I ordered almost 10 ninutes before them. But my food came out the same times with the ọther table, their pho came out only couple minutes aftet they order. Oh they also order fried rice, so I have to wait more then 10 minutes for 1 bowl of Pho. Their excuse is that its only few minutes apart and they were busy with togo order. So it is ok for me to wait for my food while others dont have too? And how long does it take to make 1 bowl of Pho? read more

Sorry I was really looking to like this place and have it as a new go to location for Viet food , but it was a complete waste of money . None of us finished our entree. Pho was especially horrible . Five spice and fish sauce was all I could taste . The proteins on our other entrees was dry all around . Just sloppy kitchen prep ...meat seasoned on one side not the other ? Big store front banner sign advertising free Thai tea but was still charged for it ( note: it tasted bland ). After a long wait , food was just dumped on our table and we were never checked in on thereafter. I wouldn't say they were rude but just clueless on what good service entails. Besides the proteins being dry , seasoning was way off on all the food. No depth, completely lacking of flavor. Yelp was way off on this place. I am dumbfounded how they have so many five star reviews . Total waste of time and money . I am still cursing myself for including a tip. read more

My girlfriend loves this place, and honestly I like it too. The food is great, and the restaurant is always nice and clean, but the service leaves something to be desired. Constantly waiting 15+ minutes for drink refills, food takes 30+ mins even on less busy nights. And whenever you ask for anything is seems like you're bothering the servers. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast, but they still came to check up on us from time to time. The pho itself was flavor-packed and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed it, and I love that they also have the option of thick fresh noodles. I also ordered the Thai Dessert which was sweet and milky, perfect for a hot day. Shining a light on this hidden gem! Simply Pho Noodle House is one of my favorite hidden spots in Orange! I've been here over a dozen times and I just keep coming back. The staff are really sweet and they have really great service. If you're ordering for carry out, the have a little bar style nook where you can wait for your food. Every time I've waited, they've brought me water and made sure they got my order right before I left the restaurant. When you dine-in, you get a little yummy dessert at the end of your meal! I have no idea what it's called but it has coconut and tapioca in it & it's really good!
