Whether it's due to poor installation, poor-quality materials, or both, the flooring has not held up as it should for such a significant investment. Given the amount the previous owners paid, this level of durability is extremely disappointing. We now have to replace the floors much sooner than anyone should reasonably expect. We will be using a company that stands behind its workmanship and products with a warranty and quality that extends well beyond five years. Based on the condition of these floors after only five years, I would not recommend Simply Floors. A few photos below but it's all over the main floor you can tell they were not installed properly as they are all popping up. And yes I know the warranty was not transferable I just wanted to post so others know the quality to expect before making such a large investment!

We vetted several companies and decided to go with ASA Flooring for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness. Bryan was quick to get back to my inquiry and was at the house to assess the project within a day. 2) Knowledgeable. Our refrigerator had leaked and warped several boards. Bryan explained the pros and cons of board replacement vs letting the boards dry out. We went with the latter and saved money. We had another challenge in the fact that we did not have two rooms refinished which meant seamless color matching. Alfredo was an artist and had an eye for selecting the perfect match. Although the final decision was ours, his experience was a definite help. 3) Efficient. The whole process from start to finish only took three days. We used the opportunity for a little vacation in the mountains and came home to beautiful floors! 4) Professional. Kevin, the project manager, came the weekend before to assess the job site and answer any questions. Alberto hung plastic and taped off the areas to reduce dust and vacuumed any remaining dust before the final coat. I asked for it to be glued down, tiles selected had instructions for gluing but they were not followed. I was not told during the project the installer was not gluing them down per instructions until the project was done. I am now having to consider replacing it since the floor pops and snaps when we walk on it. I also just discovered that when the trim they removed was replaced the caulk used was kitchen caulk (not paintable) so I had to scrape it off and redo it.

He also installed new MDF for the stair risers (not painted yet in photo since they don't handle painting). Floor has no creaks in the rooms/hallway and looks beautiful. Pricing was fair and the best I could find in the area, and they were good about removing the costs for anything I handled myself (I removed old carpet and LVP, etc.) even though there were a handful of staples I wasn't able to pull myself from the stair risers. Just one word of warning, make sure you measure your floor space yourself--their measurements for the work were off by about 50 square feet, which would have made a big difference in the number of boxes of material I had to purchase. I think this was probably accidental from them including the bathrooms but given that _every_ floorer I spoke to provided inaccurate estimates it's best to just do the measuring/math yourself.

I can't say enough good things about Gary and his customer service, he was able to do the in-home estimate and measurements very quickly and came on a Sunday so we could talk about our carpet options. Before having Gary and Carpet Mart come over to do the estimate, I had another local carpet company come and do an in-home estimate, and while their representative was super nice, I wanted to have other options and wanted to be able to feel some nylon carpet options (the other company did not show me ANY nylon options! As someone completely new to the idea of buying carpet, I was appalled to find out from Google after my very lengthy appointment with the other company that nylon can be a better choice for durability). Anywho - Gary brought over the specific brand nylon carpet samples I had found from some internet searches plus a TON of other similar options - both in nylon and polyester (for a variety of textures, softness levels, and price). Gary was always very upfront with pricing (all samples had the price clearly on the front, the other company had NO prices listed and no break down of any costs) and clearly explained everything to us as well. We decided to move forward with getting our entire house carpeted with Carpet Mart and more and couldn't be more pleased with the results! We have a two story home and the stairs look absolutely perfect. They had a two man team and they were efficient, polite, and did great work. I saw a review on here about someone having to help them lift the carpet, and I can't imagine their team doing that - trust me, they did all the heavy lifting and removed all the old carpet as well. On a side note, in between receiving the official estimate for the carpet and officially moving forward with Carpet mart, I did request an official estimate from the other carpet company for the exact same carpet we ended up purchasing (I was curious!). The other company offered a "Free installation" promo - let me tell you this was absolute lies!! The other carpet company estimate was nearly a $1,000 more, and that was with their "Free installation". I did e-mail Gary prior to installation about any promotions for free installation and he wrote me an awesome and honest e-mail saying nothing in life is free, and that anyone offering free installation will just tack the price onto the carpet, and he was more than correct. I really appreciated his response and his humor, while also not being offended by me asking. TL;DR - You won't be disappointed with Carpet Mart's quality and installation, and Gary will make your project that much easier. Thank you!! We love our Phenix carpet!

They offer a great selection of carpet without being overwhelming. The price of the carpet included both padding and installation, and they use their own installers instead of third-party contractors. The order came in earlier than expected, and it was finished within two weeks The two-man crew was efficient, clean, and very respectful. They did a beautiful job, and we were particularly impressed with the stairs; they look fantastic! I will definitely use Simply Floors again and highly recommend them to others.

So, I've heard nothing from Denver Carpet & Flooring since my install, which is funny since I spent…read more$100 on dog food at a local store and they've e-mailed/texted me five times looking for my feedback. So I figured I'd just write my review. The Good (5 Stars): My floors looks great! LVP in the main living area, carpeting in the bedrooms and entryway stairs. I really love them, a huge improvement over what was here. Lauren in sales was fantastic, she came to my condo and helped me pick out the materials. She was very responsive while we worked out the details, I enjoyed working with her. The installers, for both the hard flooring and the carpet, were all also fantastic. They did a great job, were friendly, efficient, timely. Got everything done quickly. Can't say enough good things about them. The Bad (2 Stars): The installation supervisor (IS) was...unimpressive. I've seen him named positively in other reviews. All I can say is that there are either be two people with that name or he just wasn't interested in my project. Lauren had estimated that the whole job would take about three days. Close to my install date IS suddenly said it would take up to four days for the hard flooring, then one day for the carpeting. Five days. We're talking about a 1,300 sf open floor plan condo. He also said there was no way the install could start on the Friday I wanted it to because he wanted to be around for it and he wasn't working that day. It had to start on Monday. My furniture was arriving on Thursday, which I told him several times, so five days of installation starting on Monday was going to be a big problem. For some reason ALL of his calls went straight to voice mail (this didn't happen with anyone else I dealt with at Denver Carpet). But that actually worked in my favor in the end. I called back once after he'd left for the day and got to speak with someone else in the office who told me that OF COURSE installation could start on Friday, IS didn't have to be working, there were others who were. And another installer was found who could do it in under four days. So...my hard flooring was all installed on Friday & Saturday (IS also never gave me a Saturday option). It was a little over a day and a half. When I got home I noticed that there were a couple of spots where they weren't finished. I figured there was some issue, no big deal. I decided to wait to see if I would hear anything from IS about what was going on. Big shock, I heard absolutely NOTHING for close to two weeks. Finally, the fantastic installers came and finished up. Since then I've heard absolutely nothing. No check in to see if everything was complete. No check in to see if I was happy with the job. Oh, and over $10K spent on new flooring and I've received NO warranty information, NO cleaning and maintenance information. Nothing. Guess I can reach out to the suppliers and see if they can send me something because Denver Carpet is clearly done with me. So, overall, I'm extremely pleased with my new floors and I appreciate the help I got from Lauren and the great work the installers did. But, in terms of recommending Denver Carpet & Flooring to anyone else, I honestly don't know. I'll just share my experience and let them decide.
