First, the communication with the customer was time consumingly strained in that there was a lot of mis-communication, and second, the diagnosis of a stop-gap, (or shutoff valve), impediment was at fault for the non-flow of hot water. Instead, I find out that Andrew turned off the hot water valve, and proceded to state that the line was plugged in the faucet instead and needed to be replaced.
