Thank you Eco Plumbing! Called them Tuesday morning, they were booked but slipped us in. Two great guys came out and cleared our drains quickly. Great attitude, cleaned up thoroughly and were gone. Pricing seemed fair. read more

Eco Plumbing is my go-to plumber for any plumbing job at my vintage house. Brandon and his team are reliable and experienced, whether clearing a slow draining sink, repairing leaking plumbing under the house, clearing the mainline for proper drainage, or a upgrading a bathroom or kitchen with new fixtures. They arrive on time, determine what the problem is, discuss the solution, and get the job done, all in a timely, courteous way and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Eco Plumbing. read more

I purchased a walk-in tub in Jan 2024 and Eco Plumbing was going to install. took until May to get it installed. when they removed old tub I had to do subfloor repair. this tub is advertised as having two access doors to do any repairs on tub front. One of my two drain handle controls quit working a couple months ago. I final got around to calling Ella's Bubbles company to find out about repair. I was instructed to notify company that installed. I called Brandon at Eco Plumbing and a few days later two of his workers came to figure out problem. I was informed the subfloor would need to be cut into from below to access cable to drain stopper and new cable approx $100 not counting install. I said no to floor hole cutting as company states this should be accessed through access door in front of tub. This visit cost me $350 for nothing! I will be putting formal complaints with company. read more

2/8/25. Both toilets were and shower drains were plugged. I texted Brandon after hours on a Saturday and he sent his guys immediately. They fixed the issue and only charged an hour labor. Like I said in previous review they are my plumbers for life.! read more

Straightforward addition of a gas shutoff valve in my kitchen. Conveniently scheduled and a fair price. I will definitely call Eco again.

Stop looking and call Brandon. I contacted him on a Saturday afternoon with a pipe issue, and not only did he respond immediately, but he also took the time to walk me through the entire repair process over the phone so we could try to fix it ourselves. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond were truly remarkable. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable, friendly plumber. His dedication to his clients, expertise and kindness speaks volumes about his character. We all want neighbors, colleagues, business owners/plumbers like Brandon! read more

On a Sunday afternoon w/family visiting from out of town, our kitchen sink was plugged. Within one hour of emailing Brandon he called me and said he would have someone here the next day between 11 - 1. At 11:00 a.m. a truck showed up and Isaac and Troy fixed the problem in a very short period of time. Nice guys too! Eco Plumbing has provided excellent plumbing services to us twice in the past. I manage 101 unit hotel in Napa Valley and the problems I've experienced at the hotel is beyond our in-house maintenance skills. After contacting several plumbers in the area for a water heater replacement project, Eco Plumbing was very competitive with pricing and with the great reviews online I decided to award this project to them. This was no easy task as I needed to replace five commercial water heaters all together, but Brandon and his crew were on time and seemed very efficient during the install. They knew that our guests are our top priority so they ensure that the job will get done right away. After the install was completed, the crew left the area clean and spotless as if the water no one was even working in the room. Brandon and I had a quick meeting and went over the new heater install and some basic functions. Overall, I was impressed of how efficient their crew was and I would recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone looking to getting their plumbing needs done. I've also asked Eco Plumbing to help me out with other issues I've experienced and Brandon was always quick to respond and even made last minute emergencies work on the same day which was a huge help for me and the hotel! Thank you Eco Plumbing and especially Brandon for always taking care of me read more

Our water heater went out after almost 16 years, and Brandon had it changed out in less than 3 hours with some assistance from Brian. They worked like a well-oiled machine, getting the job done with expert efficiency. These guys know their craft, and I'm grateful to have made them our #1 local plumber. Thanks guys!!! read more

They provided prompt service and good plumbing, so before 2020 I would have given them 5 stars. But the plumber showed up at our door without a mask. He did not ask us if we would like him to wear one. I then made the foolish mistake in assuming that meant he was vaccinated ... he could see we were obviously senior citizens. After he was finished we were chatting and it came out that he wasn't vaccinated, didn't intend on getting vaccinated because he was fit, and getting the vaccination was more dangerous than getting the disease, etc. A full Covid denier who also, obviously, did not have any feeling of responsibility to keep from spreading the virus. He said he would have put on a mask if we had asked, and I acknowledged that I abrogated my responsibility to do so to protect my own health. My point, though, is that during a pandemic, I find this somewhat of a failure of customer service. I've talked with the owner, and he doesn't feel it's his place to mandate health care requirements for his employees or customers (and the plumbers can also be at risk entering homes where people aren't wearing masks) so just be aware yourself that's it's caveat emptor. They are good plumbers, but it is, as always, YOUR responsibility to ask people entering your home if they have been vaccinated, tested, etc., and make your informed decision on whether or not to let them in without a mask. read more

I have used Eco plumbing to fix a drainage issue in my shower and also deal with a leak around my kitchen sink. They were super friendly and showed up right at the beginning of the time window, which i really appreciated! But the most helpful part of my review is to explain what genuinely KIND guys they are!!! My cat got caught in the storm drain near my house last week and I didn't know who to call--reached out to Eco to see if they could do anything and they were there almost immediately to help! They rescued the kitty and were so, so sweet about it! I was so grateful for the genuinely kind gesture! What great guys! Hire them because they are good at what they do and also because they are super kind people. read more

We had a mainline clog that caused all our toilets and showers to back flow with water on a Saturday afternoon. I called 3 plumbers and Eco Plumbing was the first to return my call, not 15 minutes after I left them a voicemail. Brandon was friendly, quick, immediately diagnosed our problem and had someone at our house within an hour and a half. Eco Plumbing resolved our problem efficiently and for half the price a friend paid for the same service. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely continue using them when future problems arise! read more

Water heater failed on Saturday, called Eco on Sunday and talked to Brandon (based on a friend's recommendation), Chris was out Monday before 8:00 and we had hot water again a little after 11:00. Eco plumbing is always my first call for plumbing needs! Brandon was recommended to us by a friend and I can certainly see why. We had a problem where our new (less than a year old) shower suddenly stopped working. Not urgent as we have another shower but very annoying. I called on Tuesday and between our schedule and his, Friday was the next available slot. He rang the bell exactly at the arranged time and there he was, masked up and ready to help. He did a little investigating and we, well he, managed to identify that part of the valve had not been correctly positioned when it was installed. He reset that part and put the valve back together and replaced the trim. All in he was with us for just under 30 minutes and my shower is now working even better than originally. I'll certainly be calling him for any plumbing needs we have going forward. read more

Ben showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window. He didn't have an easy problem to fix, but figured it out and fixed it in good time. He explained everything clearly along the way so I felt very confident in his work and that he wasn't wasting time. If I need plumbing work again I will definitely come back to Eco Plumbing first and request Ben if he's available. read more

We had a great experience with Eco Plumbing. We were moving in and realized the toilets had not been reinstalled by the contractors. Brandon was super busy but got our installation addressed on the same day. We are super appreciative!!! We highly recommend Eco Plumbing! read more

Awful experience! My water heater was acting up. I let the serviceman know when he got here that it actually started working again. He then decided to take a look at it anyway, was not able to fix it and charged me despite the fact he was unable to fix it. I supplied him an error code as I had taken a photo of it and he did not do any research or try to fix it based on the code. I finally called the manufacturer myself who told me that the burner likely needs to be cleaned. I called Eco plumbing again (since they had already charged me)and they told me to call a Takagi contractor. Unbelievable! Owner was really unprofessional. Will never use them again. read more

Quick response, responsible, respectful to me the homeowner and to my property. I was so impressed when he said, "ok it's all done do you need anything else done?" I said didn't understand. He explained "you paid for an hours work if you have a small job I can tackle I'd be glad to take care of it." I almost fell over! Who does that these days! And yes I had a minor issue that I had been putting off because it was so small I kept putting it off, because I didn't want to pay for trip charge. Honest guys! I highly recommend them! read more

Needed a new toilet and needed one pretty quick. Brandon was able to send Chris out and get everything taken care of. Highest recommendation! Heading into the holidays with plumbing issues is always a terrifying prospect. I asked my bestie for a recommendation, and she gave me Eco Plumbing. Brandon answered my call, came by at 8:00 the next morning, and had our plumbing issues diagnosed by 8:30am. I found him courteous, professional, and thorough... and the price was right! I will be calling Eco Plumbing again when we remodel our bathroom. I'm very happy with their services!! read more

I had such a great experience with Eco Plumbing yesterday, I woke up to a leaking water heater in my garage. My friend gave me the number to Eco Plumbing and Brian was at my house in 15 minutes! He could not have been nicer and even helped me move stuff out of my garage so that he could replace the heater. He was super fast and efficient and most importantly, made a stressful day so much easier. Thanks so much, Brian!! read more

We appreciate and recommend Eco Plumbing. Ben was efficient and thorough. Even though it was after hour rates (9 pm and he just finished), the rates were reasonable. He cleared out a clogged line, tested it and made sure it was staying clear. This is the second time we have used Eco Plumbing and we can't say enough good things about this company. read more
