I've had our oak trees trimmed every few years and I can honestly say that I've never had a more professional crew trim our trees. I was kind of shocked. Sylvester, and his crew, are the best I've ever had trim our trees. I called and Sylvester (arborist) came by the following Monday morning around 8:00 AM. Our oak trees took a beating during the ERCOT freeze. The Yelp reviews were good, the quote was very fair, and Sylvester said they could be back to do the work within days. The crew of five and Sylvester showed up on time. They had two pole saws, two chain saws and two chain saws on poles. They used safety harnesses when needed and efficiently cleared away the the debris below the trees as branches and limbs came down. They used Lysol spray on all of their equipment before they started (oak wilt prevention) and were done within an hour. They are a very efficient crew and they did a perfect job. And, Sylvester stayed on site the entire time! We will call Sylvester and Silver Tree the next time our trees need to be trimmed. read more
