Service: - Trimmed a 20ft tree (front yard) - Clean up service Summary Denis couldn't make it to our original appointment, but he apologized for the last min issue. He offered a next-day appointment, so within 12 hours of the actual time, he was there on-site with a large crew. I loved the service because he didn't blindly start cutting/trimming. He listened to what I wanted but countered and suggested cutting/trimming it differently based on the size of the tree. I'm glad I listened. Denis and his crew did the service within 20 minutes, with the front yard looking like normal. That was the best money I spent because if I tried to go to Home Depot and cut it myself, I would have been out there for two days, lol! I highly recommend Austin Tree Care Service and would gladly use them again!

It threatened not only our deck, but our fences, and our hanging lights, not to mention our pups, my hubby, and I, were any of us to be unlucky enough to be under it when it finally fell. Since a huge storm was on next day's horizon, we quickly got some Yelp quotes, and Denis was the first one to respond! Now, this is on a Sunday, mind you! He gave us an INCREDIBLY fair price, and they were at our house literally one and a half hours later! Within ten minutes, his nephew clambered up the tree like Spider-Man and had the dead branch removed, as well as the rest of that area cleaned up! We simply could NOT ask for more! All of these glowing reviews are SO well deserved, y'all! Definitely book these guys for any of your tree cleaning and sprucing needs! You'll be as impressed as hubby and I are. I GUARANTEE it!

Because of this I have gone through 4 different tree trimming companies since I moved in to my house here. Tree Amigos is the 5th - and at long last - the permanent one. All of the other companies I have used have done butcher cuts that looked bad, showed up late, didn't stick to original quoted prices (just absurd), and the big kicker, CUT BIG BRANCHES THAT I SPECIFICALLY SAID DO NOT CUT THIS. That last one is the biggest thing and all the previous companies did this. Right from the start Austin at Tree Amigos definitely was different. When he came out for the estimate he walked me through all his ideas and worked those around what I wanted. I felt like he actually listened to me rather than just doing whatever he wanted.
