I'm happy with the results of our new windows. Silver lining was responsive and the quote was very reasonable. Turnaround time for the windows was also a fairly quick (2 - 3 weeks) I had some questions on the installation due to slight obstuctions along the old windows but they were still able to provide a clean solution. Thank you! read more

We went with Silver Lining Restoration because of their quick turnaround and great pricing! We did like the material samples! David made everything quick and simple to understand! We got our 16 windows and one patio sliding door replaced in less than a month! We already love our new windows and sliding door! Sergio and the team did a great and clean job! Especially Sergio put a lot of detail on our sliding door! IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL Thanks to David, Jennifer, and Sergio for all the hard work! read more

I highly recommend Silver Lining! We replaced a few windows and sliding doors and they did a great job. Every member of the business I encountered, were super professional and responsive. My husband and I were especially impressed by their work ethics. They came to install the windows and sliding doors on Sunday. They stayed till late at night to finish the work! I've had contractors who would simply say we need another day and leave the job unfinished. However, they finished (after checking for quiet hours to make sure that it's okay) and cleaned up nicely prior to leaving. Needless to say, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! read more

David was our contact for our windows and AC replacement. He explained everything really well and was able to answer all of our questions when we had them. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and we are already seeing a decrease in our power bill! Great company to work with and definitely the most personable out of the ones we looked at. Can't go wrong with David and Silver Linings Restoration! read more

Maribel was very responsive with her quote and at every step. We got 4 estimates and Silver Lining was the best price and value. Maribel took initial measurements to get the quote and then had the actual installer take the measurements for manufacture. The installation crew was great and they did a fantastic job. On Saturday, 9/5/2020, during the 117° heat, around 5:30pm, my AC started blowing hot air. It was 86° in my house! I had actually requested a quote from another company but the were not available. Given that this was the Labor day weekend I was lucky to even have anyone respond. Maribel from Silver Lining responded and had some additional questions. She let me know that no one was available then, but could have someone out the next day, Sunday. Note: Other companies also responded but didn't have anything available until Wednesday or Thursday. Now, given that fact that my AC is over 23 years old, I was already expecting to be told we needed a new one. Ronald was prompt on Sunday morning. After the inspection he said we needed a new unit as it would basically cost me about 1/2 the cost of a brand new unit just to re-charge my old one. He also offered me a complete package to also install a brand new furnace but I didn't want that, at this time. I was told it would be about a week or so for installation. Well that night, my AC was spewing out hot air again and my disabled husband was suffering. We couldn't wait over a week so I contacted Maribel to see if we could get one installed asap. She worked her magic. Said couldn't do it on Monday( Labor Day) but could do it today, Tuesday. Oscar, the installer, showed up a little after 8am and was done by 10am! Talk about customer service. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Maribel for your quick responses!! read more

Wife and I refinanced and decided to replace 14 old and inefficient windows in our two story house. Called a few places and David from Silver Lining Restoration came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and straightforward. Other vendors tried to use sales tricks such as "I've got this secret special discount" but still couldn't match the price or quality of the windows David was offering. Once we signed the quote, we were told it would take 3 weeks to have the windows delivered, and exactly 3 weeks later the windows arrived. Throughout the entire process David kept in contact via text, which was nice as we've had vendors in the past not call back or blow through timelines. Install took one day. The install crew was friendly and efficient, and the windows look beautiful. It's noticeable how much cooler our house is now. Overall we are very happy with the look and quality of our new windows, and the professionalism of David and Silver Lining Restoration. read more

Silver Lining Restoration did an outstanding job. From sales rep, estimation , Owner , down to installation. I did a lot of research on windows and received 4 quotes. They beat all the competition around and even my own contractor I use for numerous projects. The installers were great, clean and efficient. They even had to withstand high winds and the cold. I have a huge two story with multiple big arch windows and they removed 14 single pane windows and installed the new double panes in 2 days. Highly recommend Silver Lining . read more

Maribel the owner responded quickly to provide onsite estimate. She gave me 3-4 different options for having my attic insulation removed and radiant barrier installed. Her installation crew came prepared and arrived on time. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all material. I will definitely use her company for my future projects. Her price was fair and competitive with other estimates I received. She is a complete professional and very easy to work with. Hope this review helps anyone looking for a solid company to hire. read more

My experience with Maribel (owner) was great from start to finish. I had been shopping quotes and warranties and she came in with a great product, excellent warranty and boasted about her amazing installers. When purchasing windows, installation is key and I can tell you her installers were very meticulous above and beyond. Very professional, used drop cloths, very courteous and cautious of my home, arrived early, stayed late and completed the install in 1 and a half days on Father's day even! ! Very happy with the final product and the overall process. Will definitely look to do business with Maribel on future home projects. read more

I was working with David B his customer service skills started off very well they came out and measured the windows I was ready to go ahead with the sale and then after I told him that it was a rental property he jacked up the price almost $600 and then had negative things to say about my tenets unfortunately never worked with him it was the worst experience I've ever had with working with a window company. That already gave you a quote and you're ready to pay and then he says he can't do the job. read more

We received quotes from about 7 window companies and David was by far the best in my opinion. Gave all the information we needed and showed me a sample of the window. Was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. They also gave the best price! Windows arrived within the time frame we were given and the workers worked extremely hard and late into the evening to get them all done as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this company! read more

We have a home that is 30 years old and needed its windows and sliding doors replaced. David was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Once we signed the contract, Sergio and his crew were very professional and courteous. The windows were installed on time and the crew did an amazing job. On one particular day they stayed until 10:00 pm installing a stubborn window that they promised to install that day. The windows look great and we've already seen a huge difference in our energy costs. read more

I can't say enough about David and Sergio's crew on our Windows install. David was very attentive and response and answered every question that we had. It was never a hard sale and that put us at ease. We had multiple estimates but decided on David because it felt "real" with his approach and we felt comfortable with it. This was a bigger project than I expected and Sergio's crew knocked it out of the park. The "system" they had with their crew was actually fun to watch. Preparations to protect our interior with floor coverings, furniture wraps and shoe coverings tells me that they care for our property and that took me by surprise. Also Sergio working extra late to get as much done as possible as they knew time is of the essence and did not sacrifice workmanship along the way. There was a hiccup on one of the window but came back the following day to correct it and that was fine by me. Overall I give them a A+ and am very happy with their work. Now we wait for a big rain storm to see if the area that leaked previously is fixed. Fingers crossed. Thanks David and Sergio. We appreciate you guys. read more
