They were able to provide a free estimate. They were offered to come within an hour or 2 from the call (which means, if they can come soon, they will not let you wait for a long time for for nothing) I did not need further services in my place, and he was honest about it (he could have tried to push services, because the water machine identified humidity). He provided us with his professional opinion and backed up his advice with solid and easy to understand arguments. I had further questions about technical aspects of mold/water damage and he patiently answered them with same eloquence as paragraph above. I found his visit very objective, not waisting our time.
