A month ago her cleaning crew was in our house and allegedly was told it was a rental unit by one of Damistique'a managers. They were instructed to remove all of our personal clothing and empty out our refrigerator and freezer. Upon returning to our home and realizing our loss, Chris did acknowledge that they did take our personal items out of the house. In fact, they did return some of the items but over $13,000 of our personal belongings have not been returned. I have filed a police report and to date Chris has not returned our attorney's outreach. I will be taking further action. This has been a such a violation of our personal home especially after working with them for two years and Chris acknowledging they did in fact remove our personal property.

For today's service, we used a Living Social voucher that included three hours of cleaning. She thoroughly scrubbed the kitchen and two baths, dusted, and cleaned all the wood and tile floors; although she didn't make it to another room we wanted serviced, and didn't get around to the vacuuming, the work seemed quite reasonable for three hours' time. I think our magic number will be four. Unlike the regular cleanings, move-out cleanings are scheduled by the hour, $35 for two people or $18-$20 for one. When we moved last fall, we were both working full time and I was just pregnant enough that most smells, including cleaning solutions, made me vomity. We Clean Homes was a godsend. She stayed for over six hours and cleaned everything from the oven to the baseboards to the blades on the ceiling fan. Our landlord loved us. We are really looking forward to bi-weekly, four-hour service going forward (with two full time jobs, furry pets, and a baby on the way, it's a luxury that feels like a necessity!).

They admitted the product had been changed, but felt it was unnecessary to let customers know. I realize the case with our dog is extreme.
