They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.

A month ago her cleaning crew was in our house and allegedly was told it was a rental unit by one of Damistique'a managers. They were instructed to remove all of our personal clothing and empty out our refrigerator and freezer. Upon returning to our home and realizing our loss, Chris did acknowledge that they did take our personal items out of the house. In fact, they did return some of the items but over $13,000 of our personal belongings have not been returned. I have filed a police report and to date Chris has not returned our attorney's outreach. I will be taking further action. I hired Blue Guys Cleaning for a move out clean for my 1200 square foot townhouse. They came when we weren't there and then sent pictures when done. It only took them 3.5 hours, which surprised me because it's a lot of space to clean. The pictures he sent me looked fine since I couldn't see close up, so I paid them. Then when we went to look at the house that evening, none of the carpets had been vacuumed and there were a ton of spots missed on the cupboards and baseboards. It looked like some of it hadn't even been done, so we spent 2 hours scrubbing it all. I told him about it and they came back that evening again and vacuumed while we weren't there. Then we go back the next day and, of course, they didn't vacuum any of the carpeted stairs. I had even sent a text saying exactly what we needed vacuumed prior. So once again, we had to do all of that because it had to be done by that evening. They seemed to just rush the whole job so none of it was done properly. Total waste of money when I had to spend hours cleaning it anyways. Here are some photos of spots that were left AFTER the "clean". I wish I had taken pictures of all the spots on the cupboards and baseboards too before I scrubbed them. I texted him about the stairs never being done and received no response to try and make it right, hence this review. Not good cleaning or customer service.
