This is my updated review for High Point Cleaning Services:…read more I was completely ripped off by High Point Cleaning Services. They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.

Fresh N Clean did a stunning job deep cleaning my home. I was truly shocked at the detail and finishing touches they added. Another thing I appreciate from this company is their fair pricing and transparency on what add ons and different services cost.

They did a walk through and heard all of my needs and concerns then exceeded my expectations that same weekend. It was extremely clear to me that our clinic had been deep cleaned. They paid close attention to detail and spent 9 hours cleaning our building from top to bottom. I am deeply thankful for their price, their quality of work, and their communication! I also appreciate that they not only use antibacterial sanitizers, but also steam to clean. As a clinic manager for a clinic with little kids, I felt confident knowing our clients were receiving services in a truly clean space. We look forward to continuing to work with them and highly recommend them.

After a month I got a call that I would be called later that day. I wasn't. Eventually, after 2 months had passed, and I'd left a voicemail that I was contacting Groupon, the service called me back to schedule a cleaning Thursday afternoon. They didn't call me or show up that day. After leaving 3 more irritated voicemails, I had Groupon credit me back the money. Totally unprofessional. Waste of time, totally frustrating. Zero stars, if that were possible.

A month ago her cleaning crew was in our house and allegedly was told it was a rental unit by one of Damistique'a managers. They were instructed to remove all of our personal clothing and empty out our refrigerator and freezer. Upon returning to our home and realizing our loss, Chris did acknowledge that they did take our personal items out of the house. In fact, they did return some of the items but over $13,000 of our personal belongings have not been returned. I have filed a police report and to date Chris has not returned our attorney's outreach. I will be taking further action. This has been a such a violation of our personal home especially after working with them for two years and Chris acknowledging they did in fact remove our personal property.

American Housekeeping changed the formula for one of their cleaning products (the bathroom cleaner,…read moreI believe they told me) and used it in our home without telling us of the change. Because of the allergies and sensitivity of one of our dogs, this ingredient change resulted him in losing all the fur on the underside of his body and severely red, itchy, swollen paws. American Housekeeping was understanding when I called to cancel my service because of this product reformulation. They admitted the product had been changed, but felt it was unnecessary to let customers know. I realize the case with our dog is extreme. Previously, I had been using them for two years in two different houses and felt they were always punctual, affordable and did a good job.
