The silver diner was a somewhat bittersweet experience. The food was excellent; Service was just ok. Wait times were moderate, When we went to leave and pay for our bill with the scan tool on the server there was an error for the bill, and the server never corrected this until it was bought to her attention. She would have tipped herself the entire amount of the check like 45 bucks, including the 8 dollar tip we left her on the table. No a god way to do business. This was my second time there, it makes for predatory business practices.

I liked the tuna melt sandwich as an entree, and a piece of chocolate fudge cake for dessert. I sat by a window.

The food quality is amazing. I love the combination of nostalgic dinner ambiance with high quality healthy food. The menu is consciously crafted with nitrate-free bacon, organic proteins, and affordable meals with fresh ingredients. The service is also very friendly and attentive. This is also the first restaurant that I have ever encountered organic ketchup with real ingredients (no high fructose corn syrup or natural flavors). I am excited that I found this place and will definitely be frequenting this establishment often.

The ambiance is adorable and the service is friendly and attentive. We got an iced cold brew and brunch items. My girlfriend ordered the Corned beef hash with Just Egg because she is allergic to eggs. Unfortunately, she had small reaction (inflamed lip and stomach issues) so there must have been some cross contamination. Otherwise, she said the meal was tasty. I had the Country breakfast and enjoyed it. The menu is large with many options for vegans and allergies, but I'm not sure if the kitchen is safe enough for us to come back. If you do not have any severe allergies, definitely check this place out.

My brother was visiting with his family and wanted to grab lunch together. Saw this diner nearby our home and wanted to give it a try. I must say, we made the right choice. When we walked in, we were greeted right away. They were able to seat our party of 8 right away. When our waiter came, he took everybody's order in an orderly fashion. All the food came out at a great pace. My wife, and my brother's family were very impressed with the food. Everything was delicious and we were able to tell everything was made fresh. Some of the best diner food I've ever had. If you're near Cherry Hill or Mount Laurel, scope at this place on Route 38. It's right across from the Cherry Hill Mall so it's easy to locate. You will not be disappointed with your visit. It's one of the best diners I've been to in Jersey.

It's not a diner but a restaurant in a diner shell. I don't want arugula on my burger, I want iceberg. I don't want fancy food, I want diner food, with a 19-page menu, but I digress.... The food was fine but not what we wanted or expected. We wanted a diner! Sorry, not sorry.

Hanger steak with Chimmichuri sauce grilled tomatos & asparagus, and peppercorn sauce

This steak dinner with dessert was amazing ! Silver Diner experience today was 5 . My waiter was extremely accommodating the whole time. Night Manager Jazmine recommended the new Hanger steak which was cooked to perfection. Tonight really was a treat from the food to the service.

Erica our server was very sweet. Its a diner so its busy but our wait for everything was short. The food was hot and the servings were alright. The overall vibe was simple but fun. My only gripe is that I wish my shrimp and grits had more grits, besides that we had a great time.

An intriguing concept for a diner: a large menu, but not the standards you're thinking of. Instead of all fried, buttery/oily, salty - this is a healthy diner! They're also a chain, so when I looked up Silver Diner to get directions I got results in Maryland and DC as well. I dismissed that at first, but turns out they are, in fact, related. This was a work outing so my mind was mainly on work discussion, until the food came. I got a daily special and the shakshuka was extraordinary. Amazing flavor in the sauce, amazingly fresh bread, eggs over easy exactly as advertised (and cooked as they sat). The food is a 5 here as far as I'm concerned, between the flavor and the healthiness. Main reason for deduction? Price point is a bit high. I also am curious about the jukeboxes. We didn't try it, but it says that it will play your song in the order the system receives it. I feel like you could game the system that way... I heard soft background music the entire time we were there, and now I'm wondering if that's what you get with your choice or if it starts playing at a more audible volume. Didn't test it to find out because, again, work outing. (Not to mention do they clean the buttons between diners, or are there layers of finger grime on there? It /looked/ clean...) Overall, a nice spot to grab a bite, but it's a bite of the unexpected. Bring your wallet and, in my estimation, you get close to what you pay for. If I ever make it back here, I will look at the daily specials, try the jukebox, and decide on the fifth star.

Breakfast specials until 11am are a good deal with juice & coffee included

Way WAY overpriced, the food was fair at best and the portions were very small. Won't be back.

Short wait in the morning which is usually not a good sign. Rude staff. Overpriced food that's cooked poorly.

Is Cherry Hill's Silver Diner BYOB?

No alcohol served. I'm not sure if they will allow an outside alcoholic drink while dining.

There's two dining areas that can be chosen with one having a bar that can seat 10+ people. Started with a couple of great drinks and their french onion soup. The soup was topped with a cheese layer and pieces of crostinis within the soup. Great for a snowy day. The california chicken wrap was a big meal especially with the flaky french fries on the side. The sandwich needed more chipotle mayo on the side which was great for the fries. My medium rare wagyu burger with the bacon jam was HUGE! The jam did taste like beef jerky which was a new experience. We will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items.

We didn't realize that the restaurant was a part of a country club until we arrived (no where in the reviews did it mention this) but we've done brunch at other country clubs throughout Jersey and it was wonderful. Upon entering the restaurant we saw their only brunch option was for a brunch buffet and from our quick scans of the buffet walking to the hostess stand we all decided we would not be doing brunch (pastries looked like they were from Coscto, warm food looked as though it had been sitting there for a while and the omelettes coming from the omelette station didn't look spectacular so we opted to do their lunch menu instead. Service was SSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWWW! From the very beginning until the very end. It took about 15 minutes before our server arrived to greet us, then another 15 for our first round of cocktails to come out, the about a half an hour for us to be told that they were out of 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered ... so no lie, after being there a full hour we finally received 2 of the 3 appetizers and were then just able to order a second round of cocktails and our main courses. The cocktails weren't the greatest either. We thought perhaps the first round was our fault because we all tried their "blackberry espresso martini" and we knew it was a risk from the beginning ... so we ordered "safer" cocktails for round 2 and the prosecco based cocktails were even worse than the blackberry espresso martinis smh. I truly don't understand how one messes up prosecco + a splash of limoncello and cranberry (that was what was supposed to be in the cocktail) but they certainly messed it up, to the point where I didn't drink it. Our entrees finally arrived and WOMP WOMP WOMP! Overall every single one was MID at best ... and all I had was French onion soup and a wedge salad .... like how is it possible for those to be BLAH? Food was so MEH we didn't even take pics lol. Needless to say we all agreed we wouldn't be back and wished we had decided on what was our 2nd option for brunch instead.

It was also Mother's Day brunch which I believe may have played a role in the overall experience too given the number of tables they were turning over, but with serving just a buffet and being what seemed like properly staffed I expected better. The food - horrible! I mean the warming dishes weren't even ignited and for the ones that weren't empty, the remaining scraps of food were overcooked, cold and beyond bland. Honestly better tasting food at a Chinese buffet. The "raw bar" was the best thing available - and that's only because they had nice sized shrimp but were out of whatever items were also supposed to be a part of it. My Bloody Mary was atrocious! Tomato juice and tobacco was basically what it was. Our server John was really nice and energetic and doing the best he could - everything he could control was controlled so he deserves more than the 2 stars this review is receiving. Oh and the best part, this was $75 per person and not including a single mimosa. But they did give all the women a single stem rose when the check was requested tho lol.
