I am beyond satisfied with their work. I've always had problems with threading places because after a while they'll thin out my eyebrows and I've been growing them out since. My friend has always threaded mine but I always felt like a bother having her do my eyebrows all the time, so I decided to go on yelp and came across Silk Threading. I walked in and the wait wasn't too long at all they just had me sign in and within a couple minutes I was up. I think she could tell I looked nervous as I went to her chair and I even asked her to please be careful and not thin out my eyebrows. She did them in less than 5 minutes and my eyebrows look beyond amazing and full. I will definitely be coming here more often!!! read more

So I went and go my eyebrows threaded a few weeks ago and I went to this new place and they ended up making me break out really bad ): and it was before my anniversary I was so mad. I live in Oceanside and so I yelped where a good place is and silk threading had really great reviews and had really good things to say about Hannah so I decided to give it a go. I am sooo pleased with how they came out she shaped them beautifully and it barely hurt. Hannah is super sweet and really cares about sanitizing her hands after each client that way she doesn't touch your skin with dirty hands. I will defiantly be coming here from now on. And they have a punch card so the 6th visit is free! And its only 6 dollars a visit...doesn't get much better than that. Thanks Hannah!!! You made me feel like a girl again! read more

Wow!! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years now. Before threading was cool. I have lived in many cities and countries and anywhere i land I try to find a good eyebrow place as I know the importance of good eyebrows. I checked out silk Friday and I was shocked by their reasonable prices (even for Cali). I decided to get my whole face threaded cause why not, it's cheaper than waxing. I asked the aesthetician to make my eyebrows a bit shorter, something that's not easy to do. She not only made my eyebrows even and flawless but did such a good job of threading my face! It looks amazing!! She was fast, gentle, thorough!! I usually have to tweeze some hair after I get back from threading salon cause they always miss a few, but not this time!! Best threading job I have evvvverrrrr had!! So excited to have found this place!! Customer for life!! read more

These ladies do great work! Can't beat the price! So far anytime I go in there is only 1 person working. So this is an issue if there are a lot of people waiting. But they are good about letting you know if you will be waiting for more then 15min. But for the most part it has never been an issue. read more

I went in a week ago to get my eyebrows threaded and hands down was the most painful experience ever! And I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now! The lady was super slow about it and I really felt every single hair pull! I think she messed up because she called over another lady and they were talking in a language I couldn't understand and In the end I left with really thin eyebrows!!! My eye brows are naturally thick! I have no idea why she would thread the bottom half unless it's because she messed up major! now I look weird because she thinned out my eyebrows when I didn't ask for it read more

Great! I was so nervous honestly at first because it's been years since the last time I got my eyebrows threaded and I had a really bad first experience with threading them. I did not have Hannah, I don't know her name but I'm guessing her name is Miriam? I'm not sure but she was such a sweetheart and so nice. She fixed up my eyebrows and made them look so nice! I go to Soraya. She does my brows the best that anyone here did. I had Zara and Hannah before but they butchered my brows and they were not even. Hannah was incredibly rude, didn't ask me what I wanted or even bother to make simple conversation! Zara just didn't make my brows even. Soraya took me in and she did my brows well and I made it very clear that I wanted them a little more arched but still full at the same time. I showed her a photo and she did what was expected, I will continue to see her when I desperately need a threading. Eyebrow places like this are so cheap because you get what you pay for. They hardly ever go in with tweezers to get the straggler hairs/scissors and spend very little time on your brows. If this does not sound like the place for you I highly recommend going to a professional. read more

This was my first time at the establishment. I went on a Friday in the late afternoon/early afternoon. The wait wasn't too bad, there was three customers before me with only one employee working. The space is fairly large, very clean and tidy. Good selection of music playing in the background. I had left my eyebrows grow in, because of a previous mishap with another location and I wasn't happy with the shape. When it was my turn, I sat in the chair and Hannah asked me if I was just doing a clean up or shaping. Which was nice, because some places assume and start working on your brows. I let her know that I didn't like the shape to be to round or arched, so she started working on them and showed me mid progress if I liked the shape or wanted to take a little more off, she wanted to be sure I was completely happy with it before continuing. I loved that, I felt comfortable and confident with her skills. She was very pleasant and took her time and made sure I was satisfied. After she was finished I decided to thread my face; chin, upper lip, sides. That hurt a little more, it's been a long time since I have done that, but it was worth it. My face was soft and will make my makeup look better. That's my personal preference. The cost is really inexpensive and I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend people here.
