This girl is so unprofessional. Started out by being late twice. I needed my lashes done for a party. She said she did hybrid 18 length and it was no wear near hybrid. It was classic but she didn't even do the ends. I had to ask her to put more lashes at the ends so it didn't look half done. She promised to allow me to come in the next day then canceled on me again. So she never completed work. She won't refund my money. I'm taking her to small claims court. read more

DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE W/ DANIELLE!!!!!! This place is an absolute joke!! I'm not one to write reviews but shame on Danielle! I booked an appointment over a week in a half in advance for a full set of classic eyelashes, I also expressed it was for my honeymoon and how I was leaving the following night! Danielle seemed nice in texting with her and booking but that was it.. I arrived to my appointment right on time, at 12pm, Danielle wasn't there. There was another lady there doing someone's nails who advised me to sit and wait, but she hasn't seen Danielle all day. At 12:10pm, I texted Danielle and tried calling, no response. Okay, no biggie - maybe something came up and I waited until 12:30pm before heading out and called/texted again. I asked the other lady who was there, if this happens often and she said yes, another lady came in that morning and Danielle never showed. She then proceeded to say it happens quite often, but Danielle pays her rent so she just goes with it.. Danielle texted me at 2pm, with a screen shot of a text with no number saying they had car trouble, she sends that screen shot and says oops thought this was you. WHAT!? Do you not keep your clients phone numbers, info, etc to know who is who and to confirm? I then tell her it wasn't, send a screenshot of the texts I sent her and then she proceeds to tell me she had and Elaine, one was cool & one wasn't, which wth? I've never even met Danielle before and her point?? And then says she doesn't need to hear anymore.. girl didn't even apologize!!! And again, day before honeymoon!! I called multiple other places to book and of course, I can't get an appointment given the timing. Danielle is a terrible business person and just person! AVOID!!l Such a waste!! read more

Hate to give bad reviews... I've had my eyelashes done many times before and know the process to take care of them... when I get my eyelashes they last usually 3 weeks but I never had a bad reaction until I came here. My eyes were very itchy even days after I got them done. My eyelids became very red and puffy days after. The lady was nice but I asked for a hybrid/volume set and even payed for a volume price but the end result looked like a light classic set. I just went with the set... I would've kept them on but after days of itchiness and puff I had to get them removed. read more

Listen to what the reviews are telling you. Danielle is flaky, unreliable, and in general a little bit of a train wreck. I do suspect there's probably some substance abuse and other issues going on in her life, so I try to have empathy, but I wouldn't want anyone else being dissapointed by her. She initially did a reasonably good job on my first extension and fill. However today she didn't show. My appt was at 10am. Drove from Encinitas, waited till 10:30 when she finally texted that she had to cancel b/c of her sick dog. I totally understand the priority of having to take care your pets, but a text to let me know would have taken her 2 seconds. Instead she waited until 30mins after our appt time to cancel. Wow. If I could give this "business owner" zero stars I would. I was a brand new client. Never met this gal before. Everyone who owns a business knows that new clients are KEY to staying in business. This gal (who never even gave me her name by the way) made an appointment with me for a Friday at 12:30. This is an "appointment only" business. She texts me at 11:30 and asks me to come at 1 instead. Ok. Not super professional but I get it. Life happens. I come at 1:00 (on the dot) and I wait. And I wait. And I wait. She knows I'm there. Gives me the "5 minutes" hand signal at 1:10. At 1:30 her "client" (who appears to be another worker in the salon where she's located) walks out and I get a "hello" That's it. No apology. Nothing. When I call her on it she says "I had some problems with my existing client". The one who just walked out. I'm guessing she got asked by a friend to get squeezed in and wasn't honest with me about it. I asked her why she didn't text me to tell me she was running behind. My time is valuable too. I'm a business owner - there's a lot of things I could've been doing in a half hour. She actually said to me "my existing clients are more important to me" than a new client. "I don't take time to text while I'm working." Really? Cuz you texted me to come later than my appointment time that you picked for me. WHAT A SLAP IN THE FACE. She then said "you can either get over it and get the service or leave." This chick has some serious client relation/communication issues. If I made a client wait and then told them their business wasn't valuable, I would expect them to walk out too. Which is what I did. Unreal. It's eyelashes people. There are hundreds of people doing eyelashes out there. Be better than that. I'll find someone who actually values my business and my money next time. read more

Danielle is amazing! She has such an warm vibe and always listens to my needs when It comes to my beauty regime, she also isn't afraid to tell me when she thinks a certain color or style will look better on me. When I first started coming to her I had a ton of split ends and my hair was not growing past my shoulders, she has transformed my hair! It is a beautiful bright blonde (classy blonde) and it has grown 5 inches. I am so happy with where it's at. At this point, she does my hair, my moms, my aunts, and about 10 of my friends have gone to her. She is definitely my go to girl. She recently started doing my eyelash extensions too, I was there last week for a fill and I literally fell asleep while she was putting my individual lashes on, she is so gentle. Best thing about lashes is, cutting my get ready time in half and feeling sexy right when I wake up! Splash some water on my face, put on some lip gloss and I am ready. Absolutely terrible! Scheduling was in itself was challenging task that involved multiple unreturned calls and texts. 15 mins prior to scheduled appointment I got a text saying she will be 30 minutes late, no sorry or anything, but ok life happens. It ended up being 40 mins late. Still no apology upon arriving. I was never asked about the shape and was questioned in a belittling way when I asked for brown lashes. This is what I normally get so I don't see why that was a big deal. I have done my eye lashes for years and it was hands down the worst experience. The lady was visibly frustrated with the process and kept saying she can't do it because my eye is "moving too much". I literally have never had that said to me before and I really didn't know what to answer. The result wasn't great, uneven and with visible holes, but I didn't even say anything, as the lady was so extremely rude so I couldn't wait to get out. I would not recommend it to anyone read more

I am here for the week from Utah and plan on doing my senior pictures here today. Yesterday morning Danielle did my lashes and I showed her the picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she could do exactly what I wanted. When she was done they were super thin and she had skipped a bunch of my natural lashes and had used way more glue then normal. It was then brought to my attention that she didn't even use lash extensions she had used more of the clutters which was why she didn't get my lashes full like I asked for. She had then told me I could come in today to fix them at 10 but she had never showed up. I really wanted my eyelashes to look good for my senior pictures and I trusted her when she said she could make it look like the picture I had showed her and now I'm 6 hours away from my senior pictures and now have to go find someone else on super short notice to take her eyelashes off that she had done and fix them. DO NOT GO HERE! Danielle lacks professionalism and customer service. I had my lashes done here for vacation and was enticed by her Groupon deal that included a full set and a fill. First off, she asked me to buy through her instead of Groupon. So she is using Groupon for advertising, but making side deals. When I went in, Danielle was very casual and unprofessional. After completing my lashes I noticed that one eye was way thicker than the other. She told me it was because one of my eyes was naturally thicker with more lashes to attach. I asked her to add more to the other eye to balance them out and they were still uneven. She should have done less on the other eye if that was the case. I would rather have even lashes then uneven lashes. I then went home and eyelashes were pointing down and poking me in the eye. My friends told me that they already looked grown out. I think maybe they were pointing down and poking because they were placed so far away from my eye? I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt by reaching out to her and asking if I could come back for her to fix my lashes. She took 3-4 days to get back to me very casually, and asked if I could come in tomorrow..... 5 days after I got them done, and when I already had left to go out of town. I then told her that I had to go somewhere else to get them redone and asked for a refund. She refused to give me a refund, so I am forced to have paid for two appointments with her when I only went to one, pay someone else to redo my lashes, leave a very honest review on yelp, notify Groupon that she is making sneaky side deals, and dispute it in my credit card. I tried to give her the opportunity to fix my lashes. If that was done, I would not be leaving this bad review. Customer service and professionalism goes a long way! read more
