I found her through Instagram. She grated me with a big smile, she first did a consolation. My hair was dry/burnt with split ends. It was horrible, I was so embarrassed on having my hair down so I always had it up in a bun. Reyna work her magic and my hair turn out better than I expected. May hair now feels healthy. I like Reyna, She's sweet and I love the way she cuts my hair. However, I feel the salon lacks professionalism and most importantly good customer service. Appointments are always iffy and people answering the phone don't know each other's schedule. There's not a time set just for you. You will wait a while. She always has multiple clients at the same time, she's also answering phone calls, greeting friends/family etc. For me a haircut is a treat. It's my "me time" and an expense. I want to get pampered. Last time I went my hair was not washed or styled and I was still charged the regular price of $45-50. I was very disappointed. My time is valuable and I can't deal with someone who thinks it's okay to stop every 2 minutes to chat instead of completing a service. read more

Save your hair from coming to this place. I scheduled an appointment with khristy before hand asked her for a quote. Ended up coming out with the color I did not want and having to pay over $120 because of a bleach process that she never mentioned when she quoted me. RIP off. Color came out significantly after one shower. Their prices are ridiculous stupid to just come out of the salon with damaged hair. Same exact thing happened with Rosie so I decided to go with Kristy second time around. Both disappointed. And to top it off during my visit with Rosie the girls offered underage girls alcoholic drinks. If i had a underage daughter I would not let her come here alone do to they have no respect as to using their heads like oh this girl doesnt even look 21. What a shame. read more

In the beginning everything was great. I loved Reynas work. When she moved to her current location, I followed her. Excited she had been doing a great job. As soon as she started to get more busy, I felt she lacked at her work. The first time, i came back to bleach my hair the second time. I was extremely upset by the end of my appointment. She was late and had booked another person the same time as mine. She chose to cut her hair so I waited another 20 minutes. Keep in mind she was already late. She started to work on my hair. She was half working on it and became the receptionist and stayed talking to some customers for 30 minutes until she came back to finish the rest of my hair. It was a nightmare and unprofessional. The second time, I decided to dye my hair ashy brown. She told me to use purple shampoo. Well it didn't work out and wasn't the color I wanted. Finding out I didn't need the purple shampoo and it wasn't dyed correctly, but I found out later on not immediately. The third time, I came back and asked to have a short haircut with some layers and thin out a bit in the back due to my hair being thick. Well she over did it. I felt i was bald from the back. It was the last time I decided to come back. I had to go somewhere else to get my haircut fixed and she immediately felt the over thinned hair she had left. Ever since my hair doesn't feel as full as before. Again, she was awesome in the beginning but I feel she wants to multitask and working with others at the same time. That is not the way you should be doing it. It's all about focusing in one customer at a time and being punctual because our hair is our main image and something I take care of a lot for someone else to damage it. read more

I came in to get my dark hair dyed a bright vivid color. But first my dark hair needed to be bleached which is usually a multi step process. The bleach was left on my hair for entirely too long, (which would have been fine had Olaplex been added to it and I would have gladly paid extra had it been offered) , and caused my already fine hair to break. Also when trimming of the dead ends I ended up with something resembling a shag cut which I feel was an attempt to hide some of the breakage. The dye was also not washed out entirely causing further damage to my already fried hair and I had to go to yet another salon to have a moisturizing deep cleanse done to wash it out and put some moisture back into my hair . It's been over a month and my hair in the front still looks fried and frizzy no matter what treatment I put on it to try and help . On top of that I can't use hot tools to try and tame it because it pretty much melts my hair now. I was told by several salons that I have to wait a couple months at least before I can even think about redying my hair without causing more damage. Not the experience I had antisipated. In all honesty the only reason why I even gave two stars was because the girls who work there are really nice and the one that worked on my hair gave me a deal since I provided the dye. read more
