Service is very affordable and everyone there works very fast. My first time in, I loved everything - the shape of my brows, the customer service and, obviously, price. Second time around I was greeted right away and asked how have I've been since my last visit. Wow! What a great memory. There are places I go at least 5 times and people still do not recognize me but this experience for sure made me feel special. This time around, I did not luck out with the tech as the new one cut my skin a bit with a thread but luckily the tech who initially did my eyebrow came for the rescue. Danielle texted me at 2pm, with a screen shot of a text with no number saying they had car trouble, she sends that screen shot and says oops thought this was you. WHAT!? Do you not keep your clients phone numbers, info, etc to know who is who and to confirm? I then tell her it wasn't, send a screenshot of the texts I sent her and then she proceeds to tell me she had and Elaine, one was cool & one wasn't, which wth? I've never even met Danielle before and her point?? And then says she doesn't need to hear anymore.. girl didn't even apologize!!! And again, day before honeymoon!! Being 6.5m pregnant with a toddler this is the LAST thing I needed I am devastated and will likely have to make an appointment with a podiatrist because it is so bad and painful. Be VERY weary of Johnny doing your pedicures. * I do appreciate that Chloe reimbursed me, but the medical bills/pain/emotional distress - god I wish so badly I never would've gone yesterday UGH.
