The machines appear to be pretty modern and work well. There is almost always an employee available if any issues arise, which I have found to be a rarity at other laundromats. However, I recently got hooked on their wash and fold service.....my one complaint is that I may never be motivated to do my own laundry again. It costs me about $30 a week (plus tip - if there is any service worth tipping for, its this one) to have my clothes washed, dried, and folded neatly. There is a notice posted that a very small increase in the price is coming (.25 a pound) but even then, to me, it's worth it to save the time and have my clothes folded, because I hate nothing more than folding laundry. They promise a 24 hour turnaround time, but my laundry has never taken that long! The employees are kind and they do an amazing job. If utilizing this service might be of benefit to you, and isn't something outside of your price range, I highly recommend splurging! 100% worth it! Just make sure to tip the wonderful humans who are making your life easier!

So either he's got bad memory or bad attitude, either way that was the poorest way to deal with a problem. I asked for a full refund which the guy honored. Poor work quality, bad attitude, bad customer service. Avoid this place. Now we're left with having to deal with the damage.

The last pair was a front pleat cargo pant type dress pant. The way she hems is flawless. It's incredible how I cannot see the hem from the outside of the pant. I can see it's been done on the inside but on the outside you can't see the stitches at all even on very thin fabric. These 5 pairs were a very fair price! 14-18$ depending on the fabric and cut of each pant. I called before my visit because in order to tailor pants you need to try them on and have them pinned at the right length-- this takes time if you need to do it 5x in a row. So I called on a Monday and asked when would be a good time for me to come in Tuesday? She gave me a good time and when I walked in I was seen immediately. Took about 30 mins to do all the pinning. She said come pick them up in two weeks. At the exact two week point she called to let me know that the pants were done. Everything fits perfectly!!

I brought the clothes to the other laundromat near Lucky's to rewash the loads. Turns out that Yelp has the wrong hours posted for this other laundromat, and I could have come here first.

Apparently, even if the receipt says open M-F 8am-6pm, they're only open through 5pm. Understandable. This is why I'm super thankful for the lady for going above and beyond. She even said don't worry about it drive safe and I'll wait for you until 5:30. Whew, I barely made it but got there around 5:20pm. She also made sure I check if I have everything I need. Thank you so much 1st choice cleaners! For that, you'll definitely be my first choice for dry cleaners whenever I'm in the East Bay Area. :) The wash and fold costs $2.25/lb but minimum 10 lbs. so make sure you have a lot to bring of laundry with you if you want to avail of that price. Take advantage of it or else you'll pay $22 either way.

I brought 10 pair of pants in to be hemmed. A very simple request . One pair needed a 28" inseam…read more They others all 29". One pair had raw edges and I wanted a regular hem on them too. While I was there the gentleman place a tag on the one pair of pants that needed the 28" hem. I was told the next day all the pants were ready for pickup. I picked them up. When inspecting the pants at home, the one pair with the raw edges was not hemmed and looked like a pair of scissors was used on them making an uneven cut. I was charged for this! The one pair that was tagged for 28" measured 29 " with the tag still attached. The inseams measured differently from one leg to the other on 5 of the 10 pants. I called, explained the situation, spoke to a woman, and was told to bring them back in. I did and the woman at the counter apologized after see looked at the pants and said their regular seamstress was on vacation. This was a Friday and told me to come back Monday and the pants would be fixed. When I came in today, my one pair of pants with the raw hem was still not hemmed! The pair of pants that I wanted the shorter inseam, 28" was still 29". But a pair of my other pants that needed the inseams be redone so both inseams were even, now have been hemmed to 28"! They male counter person insisted I wanted theses pants hem to 28". Absolutely not! The pants that needed the 28" had a tag that he, himself safety pinned to the waist when I originally brought them in. He said I wanted to keep the raw edges on the one pair. If so why would I bring them in, I could cut the legs myself and save $18.0! Unbelievable attitude and very poor quality of work. I do not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. I received a refund on the pants that were never hemmed, but not on the other pants that weren't hemmed correctly and another pair ruined by hemming too short.
