I have never had bad service at Siggys!! Today I went through the drive they ordered my food and I could just tell that the employee at the window was probably having a bad day. He gave me the total and I asked to pay with tap ( I have paid tap every time I go through the drive thru never having an issue) he very rudely snapped back "I can't do that" I kindly explained that I have done this many times he again "no, I can't do that" ok so I hand my card to him. He comes back to hand me my card and I asked for his name he rolled his eyes and slammed the window. A female opens the window and hands me my order. She is the assistant manager I explained to her what happened she apologized no need for her to apologize. I have never experienced bad service at Siggys! Probably won't ever go back! I understand everyone has a bad day but you DO NOT treat a customer like that! read more

Sadly I think my time is done with siggys. Maybe it is Covid and the prices jumped a lot, but the quality went down too. Maybe it's that I have been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 min and only 4 cars ahead of me. Sadly I think this is the last time I eat here. No don't get me wrong, I enjoy supporting local business especially during a pandemic and all the rough times we have been having, but also... if I can find food better faster and cheaper, I can not support something more expensive, slower and less quality. Why would I? Also there is no point in supporting an inferior product when there are such amazing other restaurants to give my business too. Example, in n out can't compare to siggys but the concept is the same. So when you go to in n out and see a line of 30 cars, you know it is going to move, the quality has been near perfect every time and the price went up marginally. Gave this place a try. My family enjoyed the burgers and fries, and I had the fried chicken dinner. The service was excellent. We literally sat down 5 minutes and the food was being walked over. The place was clean and the staff was actively keeping the place clean. The cold slaw was bland, but the overall service and food quality made up for this. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good local burger. read more

I can only recall eating at Siggys once in the 20 years I have lived in Temecula. It is one of those out of sight out - of mind type places, and both the Siggys in Temecula and Murrieta are both located in that out of sight - out of mind locations for me as I don't pass by them often (let alone when I was hungry and locked up the brakes). This review is for both locations as in recent weeks I have had the opportunity to patronize them both due to being on statewide lock down with too much time on my hands. My son was visiting this past week and wanted to hit the place up. He ended up taking our orders and going to the Murrieta location. All five of us who indulged were happy with the foods we selected. As for me I had a pastrami sandwich and onion rings. I recalled that one time I ate at Siggys this is what I bought and I didn't recall being unhappy with it. I was not disappointed these many years later! The pastrami sandwich was very tasty, with just the right amount (for me) of mustard and sliced pickles (I don't care for them to be piled high in my sandwich). The amount of meat in my sandwich was phat! I'll try attaching a photo for your review. The onion rings were plentiful, thick, just the right amount of coating, not greasy, and only needed some extra salt. I felt like a bloated cow after eating all this food - BURP! Today I had a hankering for that pastrami again, so I went to the Temecula Siggys. Yep, I also ordered their onion rings again. Damn, if it wasn't as good as the Murrieta version and just as filling! I know, I know, I am basing my review on the same menu items that I pigged out on (I did not note what others had selected). Their menus are extensive and whenever I return I can't say I would try anything else; I'm just being honest. I like what I like! Both encounters we had no issues with the employees. I have lived in this area for a while and haven't ever tried Siggy's. My husband and I went in today and were pleasantly pleased! They have tons of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's sort of built as a fast food place with the seating and the drive through. We ordered a egg and sausage plate and a French toast plate. Both were delicious. It was reasonably priced to where some would consider it on the cheaper side. We paid $20.21 for those two meals and a beverage. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend! If I could leave a negative star on the food I bought last night I would. We ordered a steak sandwich, a tuna melt and an order of onion rings. The steak sandwich was mostly fat with very little meat, the tuna melt was served with two slices of cold cheese and cold tuna. Not at all a tuna melt, just a tuna sandwich. The onion rings were cold and you could taste the grease as I'm sure they had been on the counter for a while. What a waste of my time and almost $34.00. Will never go back again. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and after about my 3rd or 4th bite I came upon a piece I couldn't chew so I took it out of my mouth and see it's a whole chunk of intestines/chitterlings. Solid diner food. Very consistent and mostly what you expect. We most frequently order brekky on the weekends. The drive thru doesn't take too long even though there is usually a line. We have been ordering online and by the time we get there from our house, it's done. I am doing this review today because the item I got made me laugh when I opened the box. "Cheese omelette" has never been so literal. I thought the only cheese was the one slice of processed American on top but no... it was filled with a lot of gooey cheddar and maybe some Monterey Jack. Avoid this place at all cost. Used to be my go to spot for breakfast lunch and dinner. I stopped going for breakfast because the eggs weren't right. Don't know if they are powdered or liquid eggs then I went for lunch yo get the toady beef sandwich and I got a slab of mystery meat not even the cook knew what it was. And tonight o got the open faced turkey and it had beef gravey. Do fed up I called and spoke to the manager who sounded brain dead and asked him what is up. He said the boss is changing the recipes and he don't know why they are using beef gravey on turkey. Sounds to me the boss is an idiot and knows nothing about food and is trying to cut corners to save money. When I was in got lunch I asked to speak to him. He hid in the office and refused to come out. The counter help who is always great apologized and shrugged thier shoulders. Do not support this place they are lying to the customers to save money. I wouldn't trust the food there. If you don't Bruce me. Get the roast beef sandwich and tell me what it is. I absolutely love this Diner!!! I recently tried it and now I'm hooked!!! Everything is always fresh, the veggie omelette is so good, loaded with yummy veggies. Has browns are lightly fried you can tell the oil is fresh. The ribeye steak dinner is very good. Steak is delicious and the mashed potatoes with brown gravy are very good. Well, we always get the carne asada fries ( off Jefferson), and they are exactly how I like them, full of fries and sour crram and guac and cheese distributed evenly and on point. Well, because of the mix-up, we got from the on on temecula Parkway. And I will never ever ever ever get from there again. The sour cream and guacamole were on 1 corner, and there was Pico de gallo all over it. We also got fried zucchini, which were flavorless and not good at all. I actually laughed out loud when I opened my box to see a piece of sliced processed cheese on my omelette. I guess it's their standard but I've never seen anything like it except the pictures from the Fyre Festival. Aside from that the eggs were rubbery. My husbands food wasn't good either which was scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and toast. Wondered how Ziggys was so decided to give it another try as it had been years. So happy we did. DH ordered the pastrami on rye with fries and I got a Philly cheese steak with side of onion rings. This time they did not disappoint. There was so much meat in mine I had to remove some to get my mouth around it. Tender tasty meat with grilled peppers and cheese. Not quite the same as they make in Philadelphia but certainly made me smile, so good. The onion rings were out of this world! Big plate piled high of hot, fresh, delicious rings. Served with cup of Ranch dressing without my having to ask. That's service! The people at the counter were friendly and fun. Made us feel so very welcome. The staff are super-friendly, attentive, and very patiently answer all your questions about the food, their hours and locations and history, etc. It's not that common to get that, anywhere. Inside is a more or less typical diner--clean, medium lighting, nothing fancy; not that it needs to be. I only ordered one relatively small item (two chicken tacos for $7.60--I was not that hungry) but they were big, fully loaded, and came with a good helping of both red and green salsa. On a whim, I got my opportunity to try Siggy's for lunch. The place was pretty packed with people eating breakfast on a Saturday. The clientele were blue collar and well seasoned if you catch my drift. Service wasn't friendly. The Club Sandwich. Falls way short of the club at the Habit burger next door, Farmer Boys, and Yellow Basket. What I got was several layers of flat yellow brined chicken (Jerky). There was a healthy portion of Bacon but there was also a lot of mayo too. This was wrapped in a big wheat bun. Not a fan, see picture..
