Though I really wanted to like Levon Lokmanian and his service he lied to me on the price of the unit and his fees charging me double over the entire service. Double for the unit. Lev also kept sending me rose emojis more than twice. It made me feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, his son who was extremely professional and who does most of the work for Lev did a superb job. All I wanted was an honest company that didn't make up story upon story to justify their fees. Please, do your due diligence beforehand. Lev, threatening to steal back my AC/heater unit after I paid for it twice is the epitome of unprofessional and criminal. Levon and his son Barry do excellent work. They have helped me and my family with all of our AC needs for the past three years. They recently came and did a detailed cleaning of my mini-split ductless unit of both the inside evaporator and outside condenser unit. This was the same mini-split unit they installed three years prior. I have severe allergies to dust mites, mold, all kinds of tree and grass pollen. Recently before they came, every time I turned on my AC I would get very itchy. I knew it was coming from the AC because I have two air purifiers running in the room at all times and I only had flare ups when the AC was on. Anyway they came and cleaned it all out and found mold in the unit, which was the main culprit. Apparently this is normal build-up after three years without a cleaning! After the deep-clean, I have zero allergy problems when running the unit, it's pure, clean and crisp air coming in all the time now. No issues at all! Highly recommend this cleaning service if you have a mini-split unit and haven't cleaned out your mini-split unit ever and/or suffer from allergies. Levon and son are amazing - I had my a/c unit installed by them some years ago (totally happy with the interaction). It wasn't up to snuff in this hot weather (turned out to be my fault, filter clogged). I texted them about 3pm and they came over at 7:30pm although it wasn't urgent. Levon is still the honest and caring person I remembered, as is his son. I have recommended them to others and all very satisfied. I've had bad luck with our heater/ac. I've had to refill the freon twice, the main electrical board on the heater has been damaged. There's always some dumb reason why it happens, and it's never any fun to deal with. But we've stumbled upon the greatest guys out there - Siberia Air Conditioning is 2 brothers - LaVont does most of the talking, and he's amazing. Very knowledgable and cautious in a reassuring way. So we've just had to call them out again - The whole system locked up and something inside the furnace was burning. It filled our downstairs with electronic burning smell and freaked my wife the F out! She called the Fire Department non-emergency number and they sent the whole squad. Long story short Siberia pulls out the motor, which has locked up - completely clogged with dog hair. Bummer. The great news is they are so reasonable and fast that it's almost nice having to call them. Best ever. read more

I had two other companies come out telling me things from the compressor is broken and they need to install a new system since it's about the same price anyway... And another tell me i'm just a little low on coolant. Both of which I was not very confident on spending my money with. Levon and co not only noticed the coolant problem, but also diagnosed and fixed a leak that no one previously noticed. Our AC died on Saturday night. Sunday hit 96 degrees outside. I imagined that nobody would be taking house calls on a Sunday, so I thought we would just sweat it out. Late afternoon the house was sitting at 85 degrees indoors! We had to do something! I looked at local AC repair companies and found Siberia Air Conditioning. The other reviews looked legit, so I took a gamble to see if they were doing service on Sunday. Low and behold they were! After sending them my address via text there was a little wait as I assume they were busy. I sent them a second text 90 min later without hearing from them and they responded promptly and said they would be by in 10 minutes. It was about 7pm and I didn't think they would make time to stop by, but they did! Accessed my AC situation, gave me tips on getting it to run smoothly free of charge. Very knowledgeable. Levon is awesome. I found SIberia AC on Yelp when my AC went down in 90 degree LA weather. He came right away, was able to diagnose the issue and order the parts in under an hour. He said he'd be back the following day once the parts were in and get it all installed. He is no bullshit, he came right on time the next day and fixed it super quick and everything was back up & running immediately. He also gave us tips on how to keep our AC running as cold as possible - i.e. paint the roof coils a lighter color, such as white (they were dark grey to match the house) - which we did ourselves. I can't say enough good things about Siberia Air. I called them on short notice and they came out same day. My AC was not pumping any cold air and it was about 90°+ in the house. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a business in the area. We had a problem with our A/C unit not blowing out cool air. It was running, but only moving the hot air from outside. I looked in Yelp and based on their previous reviews, I gave these guys a call. I was amazed that instead of the normal..."We can be there in a week" speech, they said they would be there in 30 minutes. They were right on time and got right to work. Both Levon and Nick were just great. They went through every part of our A/C and found that the freon was extremely low, so they filled it and made a few more adjustments. The cost was good and they said if I had any other issues to give them a call. The next day I notice we were still getting a humming sound, so I gave them a call and they were there quickly. They located the problem, fixed it and they didn't charge me because they had to come back. Who does that these days. Very professional and two really friendly and great guys. I needed an inspection on an HVAC system. I was prepared to pay for it, but Siberia insisted that the inspection would be free. We scheduled an appointment with them, and I took time off work to meet them at the property. 45 minutes prior to the appointment they attempted to change the appointment time, after I was already on the way to the property. They essentially cost me a wasted half day of vacation time, and a wasted drive half way out to Tujunga. Free inspections sound nice, but they ended up costing me a bunch of wasted time , and wasted time is essentially wasted money. If scheduling and holding appointment times is important to you, don't waste your time with these guys. I would have rather paid for an inspection and actually had the company keep their appointment time. I'm calling one of their competitors. I only have interest in businesses that respect the customer's time. I am generously giving them 2 stars (instead of 1 star), only because they insisted that the inspection would be free, even though I offered to pay for it. But, then again, what good is a "free" inspection if they don't show up at their scheduled times? read more

Fast effective service on a Sunday Our air conditioning was struggling and failing to keep up with the heat. I left a message for Levon on Sunday morning. He responded in 15 minutes and said he could be out between 2 and 3 PM. He texted ten minutes before 2 PM to say he and his brother were on the way. My 27 year old AC Window Unit suddenly stopped working last night. I called Siberia to schedule a service call, but the gentleman I spoke with asked a few questions and concluded my unit was likely fine but there was a power issue. I first looked on yelp to find an air conditioning and heating company that was ethical and reasonably priced. I saw siberia air had great reviews so I called, and once again yelp helped me find the seemingly impossible. Levon and Nick came over to fix my furnace. they found the problem to be a burned out fan motor. In that case usually a company would have just suggested ordering a new one, which was over 800,00. Levon said he would try to fix it and save me money. well he did, it cut the price in less than half of that, and gave me suggestions for preventing future failures.
