A differernt company on Yelp (five-stars) told me the unit was so old there were no replacement parts for it, and that the entire unit would need to be replaced. I called Hovick and he found the replacement part. It turned out to make more sense to replace the entire unit since it was so old, but I appreciated Hovick giving me options. Last Sunday, I had an issue with my furnace not working. The fan was working and it went through the sequences but would not fire.
