They are very worn and the synthetic leather fabric on my stool was torn. The bartender made me a good tequila cosmo. We had their chicken tenders with peanut sauce as an appetizer and I was very surprised it was served in a plastic basket because we had linen napkins and metal flatware, not paper napkins nor plastics eating utensils so why the plastic basket and not a ceramic plate? Strange. Then we shared the fried duck entree and I was very surprised at its small portion for $30. My husband had eaten lunch here before and told me it wasn't very good but I wanted to try it and he was right. This place isn't worth returning to.

The word that comes to mind when I think of the meal was genuinely savory across many flavor profiles. None of the dishes came out particularly spicy hot. The Larb Gai was tangy with the lime coming through and served with sticky rice. Absolutely delicious. The Penang curry was rich and full of both protein and veggies. We got it with white rice and the curry was so tasty with the peanut flavor present. The Tom Yum soup was among the best we have ever had, with the right amount of rich flavors, saltiness, and slightest bit of hot pepper. The mushrooms absorb the flavor and are so good! We started with Paradise Beef (it comes with 4 strips, but we ate two before I took the picture). It's like a cross between beef jerky and satay, with a flavor that boasts tangy and a hint of sweetness, emboldened by the sweet and sour sauce. This was something we ordered just because the description was interesting and it was a wonderful way to start the meal! The atmosphere is classic with a modern flair and extremely clean. The service was pleasant, prompt, friendly, and natural. We found street parking, which was convenient. Overall, this is hidden gem. We will gladly return!

The restaurant and parking is small but tables turn pretty quickly, even on a Friday night. Drinks and soups were good and the freshly fried cheese wontons were really tasty. Will definitely be back - next time we'll get a few specialty maki rolls, their flavor and texture combos are stellar.

Food usually comes out pretty quick and they have lunch specials during the week. Everything I I've had has been really good and I think this has become my go to for Thai food. The reason they lost one star is two part - I don't think their drink prices are as good a value as compared to other options and second, last time we went there were a couple of sub-par chicken pieces in my pad Thai. It hasn't happens any of the other times so I'm not going to fault them terribly for it but will update if it happens again. They're pretty consistent with everything and the service is very friendly here. Definitely recommend this place.

Food was okay and prices were mostly fair, but the duck was a letdown. Around $20 for what felt like a small lunch portion (just a couple pieces), so not worth it. Seating wasn't great the cushions felt awkward and there was kind of a dusty/old smell in the restaurant. Has potential.

I ordered the crispy shrimp with cashew nuts, crab rangoons, and salt and spicy calamari. The shrimp were tasty and fresh, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was not what I expected. The calamari was over-fried and bland, with barely any salt or pepper. The texture and taste made it seem frozen rather than fresh, and it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. Since this was my first time trying it, I was especially disappointed. The crab rangoons were tasty, but they are quite expensive for only five pieces, and the amount of dipping sauce provided was barely enough. It was disappointing to see such a small portion of sauce, especially when ordering takeout. As someone who genuinely enjoys this restaurant and orders regularly, it is disappointing to feel like the quality and portions may be slipping, with overcooked food and less sauce. I hope this was just an off day because I would love to continue enjoying the same quality that made me a regular customer in the first place.

Multiple parties that showed up after us got their food before us. Overall a good experience but disappointed by the long wait. Our meal was satisfying- he got a ramen, my tempura veggies were excellent and shrimp shumai was good. The fried bok choy is not pan fried, but rather deep fried, crispy and oily. I would return here, but not if I need a meal quickly.
