Use shuttletolax.com at your own peril. It is true this shuttle cost $20 plus tax for a total of $22.95, but it wasn't worth the stress and the long wait time I experienced. Because our internet service was down, I needed to phone to confirm what shuttle service they had referred me to. It literally took me over an hour to reach a person. Clearly good Customer Service is not a priority of shuttletolax. They had told me a Prime Time shuttle would be there 15 minutes after I arrived, as I had no luggage. After 40 minutes of waiting, the dispatcher reached someone at Prime Time, who told me a van was "4 minutes away". Those 4 minutes stretched to another 30+ minutes, so after 70+ minutes of waiting, I was finally on my way home. If shuttletolax.com is going to use existing shuttle services for their customers, they would be wise to make sure these services deliver timely pickup and delivery. read more

I had reserved a round trip, to and from LAX with Shuttle2LAX. The ride to airport was bad but trying to get the ride I paid for from LAX was horrendously horrible and consequently was cancelled by your rep on the phone. I had reserved private rides both ways so I do not have to deal with multiple stops. I did not mind paying the extra cost. What transpired at the airport, I cannot forgive you and will make sure all review sites have a copy of this. Ride to airport: Res.#-316773 This ride came on time but the driver was just not happy and angry on the phone with others in his office. Mid ride his comment was that he does not make money picking up only one person. Right there I had a gut feeling to cancel my return reservation!! Everything else was fine. Return ride: Res#: 316774 I got to airport and as instructed went to LAXit area and clicked "Ready to be picked up" on the app. I got a name, Vikram with a Suburban, on the phone and waited for him for about 15 min. When he arrived, he stated that we need to wait for another couple. I advised him that I had reserved a private ride and showed the app to him. He stated that he was instructed to pick both parties and that the other couple are on their way. I waited and discussed the situation with my wife for about 10 min. We decided that we do not want to wait for the other couple and started dialing your customer service and was on hold for about 15-20 min. The rep came on the phone stated yes, we have reserved a private ride but we were put on shared ride vehicle. She went to look for another vehicle for us. That was another 15 min before she came back. She stated she cannot find another vehicle for us and if we want, we can cancel the ride and refund me!!! REALLY?! This is after a 15 hour international flight, hungry, tired...etc. We both were really upset. Keep in mind that we had waited a little over one hour at the LAXit and the other couple had not even arrived yet! Vikram, your driver, now understood our disappointment, anger, and kept insisting it is not his fault. I remembered the other driver's comment about "he is not making any money taking one passenger". I knew Vikram had the same in his mind and was trying to get two passengers in his vehicle. I didn't want to wait any longer and had the rep cancel it. I got an Uber for about $10 less even. You cannot do this to anyone specially people coming back from long distances and are tired. This is unacceptable. I do not want this to happen to anyone and that is why I am taking my time and will make sure all review sites know about your company. As you can see I am not even asking for any apologies or compensation from you. I just wanted to let you know that you will not get away with this. I will also check the BBB site for complaints and add mine. Run your company professionally. If a driver accepts a private ride, make them follow through. Do not give them extra passengers just to make more money. You lost at least one customer here, so long run it is not worth it for you. Have consequences for drivers who try to change set reservations. read more

Worst shuttle service ever. Cancelled my shuttle (via email) at 1:30 am for a 4:55 am pickup the same day. Didn't even bother apologizing in the email or offering assistance in getting to the airport. I will never use this company again and would highly discourage anyone else from using it either. read more

I wish I can give this terrible company MINUS STARS!!!! Just took this shuttle to LAX for the first time. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews on yelp before booking this service. I am a flight crew and have used MANY shuttle services all over the country, and by far this company is THE WORST! My flight's departure time is 12:33pm (domestic). When I booked online, it gave me an option of choosing 9:20am as the latest and 20 or 40min earlier. I decided to choose 9am because I wanted to get some coffee and food at the airport. Considering it only takes about 30min to LAX from where I live, I thought I must be making few stops before I get to the airport because 9am is waaaay early for 12:33pm flight. I woke up at 8am to get ready and saw that i got a text in the morning (while I was sleeping) saying that my van time changed to 8:40am. So I rushed to get ready. Then at 8:20am I get a call from the driver saying he will be here in 5min. I told him that I am not even ready and explained to him that my van time was supposed to be at 9am NOT 8:30am. I asked him if he can give me another 5 min, and he said there are other people in the van. I told him that I will get ready ASAP. When driver picked me up about 10min later, he didn't even greet nor did he say thank you. After I got picked, we went straight to the airport and arrived about 35min later. So I ended up getting to the airport about 2.5 hrs early. When driver took my bag down, i thanked him and gave him a dollar tip. He takes the dollar and looks and gives it back to me and says "it's only a dollar, I dont need it." I was shocked!!! I mean, i didnt want to give him any tip in the first place but I did, because I know they dont get paid much to do this. Then he just walked off. No thank you or an apology for todays bad service. Just drove off. To sum it up, this service is cheap. Van ride is okay. Clean and comfortable. But if you think your 2.5hrs is worth nothing and want to be treated like a crap, then please book this rude horrible service. I think I rather pay extra to spend my time at home or doing something else than wait at the airport, because time is money. read more

I never write reviews. But, need to warn potential customers. They canceled on my reservation the day of my trip and informed me that I was on my own. The driver had mechanical problems. No back up? Better to stick with Super Shuttle or Uber. I guess the only bright spot is that they called at 5am and left a message that no one was going to show and would reverse the charges. But won't be using them in the future. read more

OMG - we just got picked up last night 9/19/13 from LAX to home (the second part of our purchase), the driver had the nerve to tell me my 3 month old baby was suppose to be a lap baby and did not need a seat. OMG, I thought I was going to rip this man's head off! Not only do they consider this good business practice but they drive without any regard to the laws of the road! I would be fearful for my life riding in this van or driving any where near someone driving one of the vans. Never again and I will warn everyone I know of this company! read more

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I booked them three times now and each time there is an issue. Last week I booked with them for a flight leaving at 8.40am and they arranged a pick up time of 5.25. Man that was early but I'd rather get there early than late so I didn't argue. Last time they changed the time and didn't contact me and I got blamed for it. This time they called me at 4am and changed the pickup for 5am. 5am for an 8.40 am flight!! It;s an automated voice and the company does not give you a phone number. It was too early/late for me to change it so I was outside waiting at 5. One woman was already on the van. The next guy was outside waiting - he lived clear across town by the way, but it was early so I didn't worry. The driver blasted sports radio the whole time. I hate sports. Just sayin'. The next chick was not outside. We waited a few minutes, then the driver finally called her. He got voicemail. We waited some more. he called back. She answered. I heard the driver's entire conversation with her and she had no idea they'd changed her pickup time. "That''s all right," he said. "Take your time." She took him at his word. We waited 15 MINUTES for this loser to get herself together when she knew other people were sitting in the van waiting. I asked him to contact her again. He did. She got mad. It took another 5 minutes for her to come downstairs and it was super annoying. We picked up another woman. Also not outside but he left her a message. She called right back and was soon trundling her massive suitcase down the driveway. She was doused heavily in perfume. Thank God it was a short drive after her. I have no idea where she lived but it was nowhere near me. I think it might have been a different city all together. I got to the airport at 6,40am. Man oh man... All that time wasted! I could have left later and not dealt with the stress of all this. The driver moaned that this is what all his days are like. I am so annoyed with these people. Never. Never. Never again. read more

What the actual Eff just happened?! I made a reservation with this service which is classified as a bus, meaning I can take my child on my lap. I've used them in the past many times before, and was looking forward to it again. Then the chat lady said I needed to pay another 22$ for my infant 6 month old child to go. Im sorry WHAT? Its a BUS, it says its a bus on the website or I NEVER would have booked. They said they would cancel less a 4$ fee. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. I CANCELLED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF FINDING OUT THAT THE BABY WOULD NEED TO PAY 22$ EACH WAY WHICH IS DESPICABLE. I am irate! read more

I rode back in May of 2015 and hadn't written about my experience until now. Here's some tips for people: 1) Be ready to leave at least an hour before your ride. On my departing ride, the pickup time got pushed forward a little more than an hour several hours before my ride and then got pushed back to just after my original time. This is likely due to their scheduling of rides at the beginning of the day which leads me to tip #2. 2) Check your email frequently. Thankfully, I have my email on my phone as they communicate scheduling changes completely through email and per tip #1, there will be scheduling changes. 3) It helps if you have a smartphone with data. They email you a link with your shuttle tracking, both on your departing and return rides. You can literally watch your shuttle go from their parking lot to your hours and then to the airport. Then, on the return, from their parking lot near the airport to your terminal and then to your house. This is a level of tracking that even your airport agent doesn't have. He/she already has too many other people's information to be able to get that level of detail on your trip. I was showing them where their van was while we were waiting for my van. 4) On the return trip, be prepared to wait a little. They're not as rushed since you're not trying to catch a flight anyway and for the cost, this is what you'd expect rather than a personal car through Lyft or Uber. Having said that, they do need to work harder at being on time even if their passengers are not. My suggestion for Shuttle2LAX to make their service even better is for them to work on an app for their clients. It would probably help change the expectations of their dissatisfied customers if they were able to get all the information they receive in disparate emails all in one place and have the opportunity to chat with customer service directly to relieve some anxiety on the customer's part that they had either been forgotten or that they would be super late, especially for first time users. Trust me, I had my doubts too and had my finger ready to startup those other apps the second Shuttle2LAX didn't give me enough info to reassure me that I would get to where I needed to go within a short amount of time. read more

Took a two way ride to and from LAX, the pick up was great! Clean nice van, good driver. The pickup from LAX was an absolute mess. The pickup was from Prime Time Shuttle and they were an hour late the van was a mess the driver was rude to other customers who had been waiting longer than I had. Prime Times service was disorganized and poor. read more

I understand why there are so bad reviews about this service. I had to wait for more than an hour for the shuttle van. Next the van was waiting on another terminal wothout any passenger. We waited there for 15 minutes even when tge lady said there weren't any passengers. And then we waited and picked passengers from other terminals. And then I am being dropped at last .I called up the customer care n noond took the call and the call got disconnected by itsekf..And the whole process took 3 hours when my place was just 45 minutes from the airport. This is the worst service experienced so far.. I wouldn't recommend at all.. and this is Prime shuttle service to be explicit. read more

BEWARE!! I got a message the day of my scheduled pickup that they changed my time to pick us up 30 minutes later than they were supposed to. I called the number they left on the email, no one ever picked up the phone. So I left my number to call me back, no one ever called me back!! Then my driver just called, at the 30 minute late time they said he would be here and he told me they scheduled him on another drive and he is on the 101, over an hour away from where I live, and is going to be even more late!! If we would have waited for him, we would have missed out flight. The driver told me there was nothing he could do. I asked him to have someone call me and he said he would not be able to get ahold of anyone either. He gave me a number to call that is not in service. Now I had to pay $100 for Uber to pick us up and take us to the airport. 45 minutes after they were supposed to pick us up, a woman called from their office wanting to know if I got picked up. I told her what happened and she said she couldn't reimburse my money. This is a joke. I asked her to let me talk to her boss, she said she could not transfer me to anyone that could help me. Do not use this company!! My fault for not checking the horrible reviews prior to booking. Someone I know referred me to them so I trusted that referral. My ID# is 178058. I am expecting to be refunded the money I paid!! read more

READ THE REVIEWS BELOW!!! BEFORE YOU THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY!!! If I could do 0 stars I would. I'm surprised these people are even in business. I hope I can save someone their time and potentially missing their flight. This is the worst experience with any business I have ever dealt with. Why you ask?? I had family in town and they were set to fly out so I found Shuttle2LAX online. Since I had an early meeting I wasn't able to take them to the airport so we scheduled a dedicated shuttle for them. The driver called 5 minutes before the scheduled time saying he's lost. I gave him instructions on how to get to my house. Now, I live in Woodland Hills up on a hill and I could see his black SUV off in the distance at the dead end road that can't get to my house. So, I told him to turnaround and come up the west side of the street. I've done this a hundred times with other drivers and it's not difficult, but I could tell he was frustrated on the phone in his very broken English. I even heard him say "shit" as he hung up...whatever...so the guy was frustrated...I get it. So, 10 minutes pass and nothing. It should have taken him less than 5 minutes to get to us. He calls us and tells us he broke down and can't pick them up. My aunt didn't get a chance to say anything more and he hung up. There was not any effort to come up with a way to get another vehicle to us. NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY MADE ANY EFFORT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. BUT, here's the kicker. I drove down the hill looking for him and his "broken down" vehicle and there was no one to be found. So, he lied and left us in a lurch. BUT, it doesn't end there. This company will not refund my aunt's money. They are saying they need a TAXI receipt to prove they took another form of transportation. Yeah, that form of transportation was me! I'm sickened by the audacity of this company! Either the driver was lying and saying he did drive them or they are running a racket. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHT! I am a big proponent of giving people a second chance, but there's nothing redeeming about this company and I plan on reporting them to the BBB, especially if they continue to give my aunt crap about a receipt. UPDATE 5/19/16 - They did refund my aunt today. So, they did deal with it. read more

I really should have read the reviews of Shuttle to LAX before booking. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! I was solicited for Express Service which was 21 minutes late on a Friday drive to LAX. The shuttle was coming from Valencia with a passenger prior to my pick up and then picked up another passenger after me. I PAID $49 for Express Service. The Valencia person paid $40 and the next passenger paid the standard $20. I was anxious the entire ride about missing my flight, which I did not thankfully. I complained and was told I would be refunded the difference. My credit card statement came today with a $5 adjustment. After calling and being on hold forever, I was told by 2 different customer service people that I did indeed receive Express Service and the amount others paid was irrelevant. They were ROBOTS reading from a script. In what world, I asked, was this Express Service worth over double what the next passenger who lived 10 minutes from me paid? No answer. What I find most incredulous is that any other company would have refunded the full $34. Shuttle to LAX insisted I received the service I paid for. They truly have drank the Kool Aid here. I contacted my credit card company and the matter is now in dispute. Believe me, this has taken far more time than the $34 is worth. Don't be ripped off. NO STARS read more

Bad service , they never call waiting for an hour to be picked up . Left 3 messages no response .

Heard about "Shuttle2Lax" and their $31.00 1-way fare for 2 people on a recent trip to Florida. Booked it for myself and my girlfriend while still in Fla for the trip home. Had a 9:50pm resv from LAX to my home in Belmont Shore. Flagged down the "PrimeTime" guy and he called someone to pick us up. Thirty minutes later the PT van shows up. We were 1st ones on the van. Two trips around LAX in nightmarish gridlock, and 4 stops for 5 add'l fares later, and all being dropped off BEFORE us! We pleaded to the van driver to stop the torture and let us out. Called a cab and compared to what lay in store for us, it was the best $80.00 ever spent. All I can say is "if you've got nothing but time on your hands, and don't want to spend more than $31.00.... Nah, I would still take the cab! Called Shuttle2LAX to complain next day after getting back, didn't get a call back. I re-called today and told my story and agent said that was within their policy and was normal. I'll let you be the judge. Maybe they'll put my experience on their website and see what kind of response they get. YEAH RIGHT!!! Thank GOD for YELP, I got to vent!! read more

3:10am they rescheduled and were gone 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pickup, so I had to stress and pay a lot of $$ for a taxi, plus they didn't refund even though per contract reschedules are to happen a day before pickup, not at 75 minutes before pickup. They didn't issue a refund either (hold was too long for a cell phone, and when we spoke it was like talking to a bouncer). This wiped out any savings I've had using this service so I guess on the whole it's just not worth it read more

FYI is the main reason why we have to write this review. We really had a bad experience with their service in March 2015. Useless experience! I had a shared shuttle booked to LAX at 3:30 pm. Nobody showed up until 4 pm. So I called the customer care, and they told me that my shuttle had met with an accident, and I lost crucial time to get to my destination, since nobody cared to inform me. I also incurred cancellation charges fora pre-booked return cab. So I had to bear that additional expense in addition to my loss. I would never recommend this service to anyone at all. read more

Same story as I've read here. Shuttle2LAX is Primetime's answer to Priceline. The driver who picked me up told me they get offered the fares, it's up to the driver to decide if he'll take it or not (which means if it's worth their time). My recommendation would be to use this cheap service ($20 for what other services charge at least $59) to get to the airport, but shell out for a cab or ask a friend or relative for a ride home. After a long flight, you just want to go home, not share a near-death experience with several other people who may or may not have bathed that day. So here's my story. For my ride to LAX from Diamond Bar, I had a nice driver, van #838 I believe. I asked to be picked up earlier than their recommended time just because I'm a paranoid loon. Even though I was the first to be picked up, the driver was 20 minutes late. We picked up 2 other riders before heading to the airport. The driver was friendly but he was a crazy driver. I'm a bit of a crazy driver myself so I wasn't worried but I could see how some might panic a bit. Whatevs, we got to LAX in one piece with plenty of time to spare. However, after my 10 hour flight from London, I requested pickup a little late than their recommended time since I like to be the last one off the flight since I hate hurrying to wait anyway, and I usually take my time getting out. Despite this, I still waited 30 minutes to be picked up, this time by #616. Again, I was the first one to be picked up, went around LAX 4 times (without AC mind you) and finally had enough riders to make it worthwhile to the driver (I'm guessing). The driver was fanatical about no food in his van, which I get, but I was simply opening my purse to get my lip balm out of the plastic baggie and he treated me like a 5 year old about it. I was probably grouchy because of my bad flight experience that night but I'm that's my point. After a long flight, you want to just get home and go to sleep, not share a hot van with other people and get reprimanded for needing chapstick. Anyway, the way he dropped us off, I got dropped off last even though he had been not too far from my area. From my seat, it looked like he was decided his route for himself, instead of plotting it in Google maps or using some sense. Again, I was just grouchy, but seeing how I was first to get picked up after waiting 30 minutes, and that I had the longest flight (we all shared that info in the van), it would have been nice if he'd started from furthest out (me), then dropping people off from there, to finally drive himself to Culver City (which is where the driver said he lived). At least this driver was a safer driver and he finally turned on the AC (which was too cold after a while, someone else complained about it). He was also very nice. So, to recap, I'd recommend Shuttle2LAX for a ride TO the airport, but would definitely recommend asking for a ride FROM the airport if you have that option at all. ESPECIALLY after a long flight. read more

I dont even think this service deserves even 1 star. Had a very bad experience with them. I had bad experience with their "online support," coordinator, and driver. No communication happened. No help from the support. No text/call from th driver, and a coordinator yelling at you like they are the boss of you. If you want to know the details, read along. But for your sake, just don't use this shuttle company. You are way better off elsewhere. First off is with Daisy (online chat support), my flight arrived early so I used their chat option to see if there is anyway I can get a hold of the driver to get picked up early. very poor response, all she said to me was "check with the coordinator." When asked where the coordinator was, all her reply was "thay are outside the terminal." This was her only 2 responses I got from her. Please note I even asked her to be more specific, but no response. I walked and saw two shuttle points, but none are shuttle2lax, i messaged her again and told her what I saw. No response at all. She just disappeared. So much for her help. The lady coordinating Prime Time shuttle already appeared aggravated by many people asking for her help. I told her that I had reserved from Shuttle2LAX, and around that time, I should have had some type of confirmation from the driver. She made a call, and asked me to sit aside and wait for a text or call. After a while, I told her I did noy get any and asked if I can just cancel it since they are taking too long without getting in contact with me. I was going to just take the taxi. She just made me wait and said my driver was coming. After a few minutes, and yes I was on my phone i heard her yelling. But when i noticed her yelling, I immediately hung up. However i still could not understand what she was saying because she was a bit far. I looked at her and gestured if she was talking to me, and she just kept yelling. I went to her and finally understood she was yelling koreatown. The driver made a remark saying she's been yelling and it's like you don't want to go home. I told him I couldn't understand her. She must have overheard and started telling me the same thing with her voice raised. She was complaining I was not walking closer to her and telling me that I should get off the phone next time. In my head, you knew it was me, why couldn't she just walk closer to me and said your driver is here instead of repeatedly screaming koreatown. I told her i could not understand her the first time and she didn't have to yell at me. I am a customer, I waited patiently and the last thing I need from a 13hr flight was someone I don't know raising their voice at me. I immediately dismissed her, told her I didn't want to talk her anymore and got in the car. She kept yelling and saying things, like a kid who got rejected. I didn't listen to her anymore. Such a horrible experience from this company and its people. They really don't know what customer service means. I have never been this disappointed. read more

Horrible experience with Shuttle2LAX. My airline (Wow Air) was not one of their options, so I was told to e-mail them the flight number and airline after the reservation. That seemed to work fine. The problems started when my flight got delayed, and I tried to contact them to change my reservation accordingly. Since I was at a foreign airport, all I had was Wifi, so I attempted to Live Chat to get them to change the reservation, which was terrible. The person I chatted with was really incompetent, borderline rude, and simply did not know how to change my reservation. He kept saying "one moment" and eventually the chat just timed out because of no responses. The chat timed out! 30 minutes and no result. I ended up just cancelling the reservation and getting an Uber home. read more

Horrible horrible service. My flight landed at 8:20pm, and even though I booked and prepaid for my reservation a week and a half before my flight lands in LA, I still had to wait an hour and a half curbside in the cold for my ride. Eventually I called my friend up for a ride from him back home. Don't waste your time and money with them; pay a bit more and go for one of the other better known shuttles instead. read more

Do not use these Service. Their response is really bad and they canceled my pickup and didn't even call to notify me. My family and I waited at LAX for about an hour then I decided to call them. The number on their site is automated and directs you to use their app for communication. They use prime time shuttle and both services are bad. We ended up using super shuttle. read more

This is the first time I've ever wished that Yelp allowed you to give negative stars. Travelers, beware. This service is a definite no, never, ever, NEVER for me. I asked friends what would be a good taxi service from LAX to home (Anaheim). I got a few suggestions but decided to go the cheap route. $20? Oh yes please! Now I regret it. I gladly would've paid triple that to get home. No joke. So my flight arrived at 3:50 and I was out talking to the guy in red promptly at 4:05. in my email, they wrote that they'd be there hopefully no later than 4:25. A 20 minute wait? I don't mind. So I sit my butt down on one of the benches and wait. And wait. And wait. Thank goodness I brought my thicker coat cause had I not, I think I would've froze to death. The driver arrived at exactly 5:00. Wow. WOW WOW WOW!! If the shuttle was jam packed with people, I'd understand, but there was ONE passenger and we had to make 3 more stops after me to pick up the rest. You know shuttle2lax, it'd be FREAKING AMAZING if you could call the passengers to let them know that you'll pick them up an hour after their arrival. Freaking ridiculous. Had I known it would've taken so long, I would've waited inside instead of longingly pathetically looking at every shuttle that drove by. So now on to the drive home. Who the hell comes up with these routes? I would like to meet you so that I can kick you in the shins. First the driver goes to Norwalk. I navigated on my phone to see how far away from home I was and it was a mere 10 miles. Then...the driver decides to go west to Paramount. I navigate once more and now I am 15 miles away. Then we head back east to Buena Park. After dropping off the 3rd passenger, the driver could've gone locally to the next destination and would've made it there so much quicker than the route he takes. So he hops on the 5 North and I immediately think "wtf is this guy doing?!?!??!" and then he exits...and then gets back on the 5 South. Now, this is where I was ready to lose it. He could've gone one exit more and it would've been mine but instead he hops onto the 91 to exit the same street to drop off the other passenger. The thing is, I don't care if I'm last to be dropped off, but hoping on a new freeway and then heading north only to head back down south on the same street makes ZERO sense to me. I mean, hey, I'm no navigational genius, but I'm also not a directional retard. By the time I got home, I wanted to slash all of his tires and punch him in the jugular. I obviously refrained myself, but I was seriously, SERIOUSLY irate. Let's talk about the actual DRIVER. He was nice, don't get me wrong, but a horrible, horrible driver. Twice he pushed on the breaks so hard that all of the passengers were flung forward. He sped, which typically I actually appreciate, but in a really dangerous way. He'd make sudden lane changes and was one of THE WORST tailgaters I've ever seen. Oh, and the icing on the cake? Homeboy decides to make a phone call as he's dropping me off home. As if that's not bad enough, he's sitting there punching buttons into his little tablet doing i don't know what. Wow...excellent customer service. HIGH FIVE SHUTTLE2LAX! I arrived to LAX at 3:50 and I didn't arrive home till 7:30. Yeah, like I said, never again. I'd rather walk home than give this company my business ever again. Trust me, spend the extra cash and save yourself the time. Money you can make more of, time you can never get back. read more

I booked with shuttle2lax, but prime time shuttle came. I believe they are the same company. Shuttle2lax was significantly cheaper than prime time shuttle when I was comparing prices online. Our driver was very friendly, picked us up as scheduled (I got two calls, one 75 minutes before they arrived and when they were outside) and got to lax on time. Other than getting a little carsick, I have no complaints and would totally book with them again. read more

FYI, this young lady has called and been told 2 weeks in a row that her money was "just refunded an hour ago." Neither time has it been true. I would love to update when this actually happens. In response to Shuttle2LAX's reply: This is not a credit charge. You extracted funds directly from a young person's bank account for a service you had no intention of fulfilling -- an immediate reversal is really the only appropriate response. As of now, you have still stolen her money. read more

One of the worst service you can get. I had a reservation from LAX to my home and I stayed out of airport for an hour in winter to get my shuttle and finally the person in charge told me that there is no shuttle and you are on your own and call them tomorrow to get your refund and it was it!! I got Lyft to go home and also cold for a week. I suggest only get this to go to airport. read more

Absolutely poor service. Do not use this service. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company will trick you into upgrading. I was able to schedule a shared pick up online and was then told that they were going to cancel it because they had nothing available. And that I would be charged the cancellation fee. So they charged me for shared ride $19.27 and then the the upgrade another $27.19. Manipulation at best.. Why would you charge me a cancellation fee for your inability to provide a fee!! Matthew said that I would get and email confirmation for my refund . He lied I called back and they said I would just have to check my bank statement. This company is very unprofessional. My driver was 10 minutes late. And seemed to not even care. He didn't help me with my items or bat an eye. I should have just used Lyft. Schedule a ride ahead a time with Lyft it's time to start holding crappy businesses accountable. Do not use this service. Terrible outdated and the same as a ride share. Please file a complaint with the better business Bureau as well. I'm going hard on this review because it's not right! Researching this Company and will be updating this review read more
