I saw the Yelp reviews after making the reservation and I was concerned about the many 1-star reviews. However, those were from 3-4 years ago. More recent (last few months) reviews were mostly positive. Hoping all would go well. Upon arrival at LAX, I received a text message that our driver (Donatus) was on the way. I had requested a pickup time of 6:15am as the default time is set to 30 minutes after the flight arrival. I just wanted extra time to deplane, get our luggage and take a shuttle to the rideshare pickup location. We got off the plane and got our luggage by 5:45. I contacted Donatus and he arrived at the curbside in about 5 minutes. He must have been waiting at the cellphone lot. Earlier pickup was better for all of us. Donatus is a safe driver. The ride home was smooth and uneventful. Like I said earlier, I was a bit nervous since this was the first time using the service. I don't think the older Yelp reviews are of concern. Would definitely use their services again. read more

I called to book a reservation from Orange county Crowne Plaza VISTA Mesa to LAX, when I got my reservation number and they had booked me leaving and returning to the same hotel. When I called them they said they don't have any drivers for my area and I should book 24 hours in advance, so rather telling me that online they booked it and charged me to go to and from the same hotel. read more

The driver was Ray our pick up time was 6:15 am and he arrived at 5:54 am my party wasn't complete yet. He then threw our luggage in told us to hurry. He was driving so unsafe what the hell was the rush i don't know. He keep speeding slamming on the breaks tailgate vehicles. We recently shuttled from Newport to LAX, with Shuttle2LAX. Drivers arrived early for both legs of the service. Both drivers were patient, courteous and good with conversation. With this shuttle company the driver is truly scheduled in advance so there is no risk of delays or cancellations. Uber and Lyft don't find a driver till the last minute, even if you schedule in advance, putting you at risk for a no-show. We will only use Shuttle2LAX from now on! read more

I use this company to get me to and from LAX. They're always very reliable. They pick me up on time and most of the time they're extra early. I have had all good experiences with the exception of the last two rides I took. On my way to LAX the ride before me thought it would be ok to smoke in the car. The driver tried to air it out before I got in but there's no getting rid of that smell. Why someone would think it's ok to light up a cigarette in someone's else's car is beyond me. The second time the car was not so nice. Usually I am picked up in cars that are nice, clean, and comfortable. In spite of this, I still highly recommend this company. read more

Booked an airport shuttle from Irvine to LAX. The shuttle got me to LAX on time, though it took 2 hours because of multiple stops to pick up additional customers. It has made me leary of booking again because of the long travel time and the potential for operational issues that may delay the arrival time of the shuttle. If you do decide to book, give yourself plenty of time between the shuttle arrival time and your flight to account for any delays. Otherwise, I would recommend paying more for a Lyft or Uber for peace of mind. read more

I scheduled a ride from Riverside to LAX the day before departure. They gave me a pick up time of 7:45am and I wanted to arrive earlier. I used the online chat to change the time and they agreed to pick up at 6:45am. I received a confirmation email stating the change. The morning of departure I received an email with a link to track the driver. Ten minutes before departure they emailed saying the trip was cancelled. Thankfully I was able to get a Lyft within a reasonable amount of time. I would never use this service! read more

SHADY AF!!! Negative zero. For my departure, I was traveling alone late at night for a red eye and my driver kept asking me how old I was and kept remarking that "look so young". I put my headphones on and he kept talking. In hindsight, I should have demanded he drop me off on the side of the 405 and get an Uber instead. For my arrival, I changed my dropoff address three days prior to landing, and my card was charged .95 for the change, and I had a new confirmation sent via email. When I get to the car upon arrival (and exhausted from a long flight), the driver confirms my old address with me, and says he never received the change on his end and can't take me to the new dropoff address. I had to call customer service, who were zero help and wouldn't adjust the reservation. They said I could mail a copy of my statement in via post to prove the charge. I was in the vehicle and needed a resolution then. I'm not sure why it was such an issue to change the address with the driver the day of because that should be simple to do with their dispatch. The rep on the phone kept saying "the dropoff address is final," when I had paid for a change and my new address should have reflected. The driver wouldn't take my updated confirmation email, as he said all changes must come from dispatch. The customer service rep said to work it out privately with the driver, hung up, and I had to pay the driver $20 on the side to take me to a dropoff address less than 5 mins from the first address. I will never use this company ever again and would never recommend their services. I'd suggest paying more for CLS or Blacklane. I used to use Shuttle2LAX all the time and it's a shame they've gone so downhill. read more

Pickup for transport TO the airport was GREAT!! On time and great communication for my ride to the airport. BUT, I had prepaid and reserved a week ahead for pickup from the airport to go home. I received email and text reminding me of my reservation, but when I went to check in to let them know I was ready for pickup, I got no response and they ultimately no-showed. I had to call the dispatcher to figure out where my ride was 15 minutes after the reservation time. They said the driver was experiencing "technical issues" and couldn't make it to pick me up and I would have to find other transportation. It was 10:30pm on NYE, in the cold rain, waiting for 30 minutes for a cab ride after being stood up. Allegedly I will be fully reimbursed; I will wait to see if that actually happens. Terrible experience... will never ride with them again! Very disappointing and not how I wanted to start my 2026 New Year. read more

If I could give this company negative stars I would....Please stay away from this poorly run company....I had a Roundtrip reservation for a International flight on Christmas day and 10 minutes b4 pickup I was in the restroom (without my phone) and received a phone call from an unknown # which I called back to no avail as soon as I picked up my phone after my restroom visit....I waited for my pickup and 15 minutes after my pickup time I saw that I had an email cancelation....YIKES!!! After finally reaching an offshore agent I was informed that a dispatcher had called me and since I didn't pick up( I guess I wasn't allowed to use the restroom without my phone) they canceled my reservation and pick up...I was also informed that the driver would not be picking me up and I needed to make other arrangements....WOW!!! What about that for CUSTOMER SERVICE.......And now I see they charged me for a pickup upon my return when I was never picked up upon my return from this pathetic company....I was warned by other reviews but thought I would give them a try and learned my lesson....Not sure how this company can stay in business providing such terrible customer service....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! I found out about Shuttle2LAX on my random research of options to get home from LAX after our trip from Europe as we were 6 people with 15 luggages, and Uber first of all wouldn't fit us, and was charging an arm and a leg. So I went ahead and booked with Shuttle2LAX before taking off from Europe. I provided them with our flight number, time of landing, and all the necessary information for the driver to be ready upon our arrival. I was nervous, as I didn't have any information due to not having service on our long flight. But upon landing, I was relieved to get a text alert that our driver is on the way and he will arrive in 10 minutes. By the time we deplaned, picked up our luggages, and got out the doors of LAX, our driver had arrived and was patiently waiting for us in a huge and spacious shuttle. He fit all 6 of us and all 15 luggages comfortably and got us home in no time. He also overheard me talking about how much I missed In n Out so he even offered to stop by In n Out before taking us home, but we were too tired and wanted to get home a minute sooner. Absolutely great experience and will happily use them again for future travels especially for big groups. read more

My thought is if they can make more money on an uber or Lyft they cancel you and do that instead.
