He was on time and explained the limo rules so the kids could have the best experience. Most of the kids have never been in a limo so it was really exciting to see all their faces light up as the Escalade limo pulled up to take them to prom. The girls liked the fact that they could leave their slippers in the limo so when they got done with prom they could slip on their slippers and be comfortable after dancing the night away. Highly recommend renting a limo for prom as it makes it so much easier for us parents. No dealing with traffic or timing your arrival. Everyone gets to prom safely and there's plenty of room to spread out so that dresses aren't stepped on. So if you're on the fence, just book it. It's definitely worth it!

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for.
