I'm glad I found Grace Shuttle! I booked this shuttle a week in advance and Tina picked me up at LAX. The price was reasonable and they provided a car seat for my 2 1/2 year old son. She drove so well in LA traffic. I was scared to drive in LA because I got used to driving on the other side of the road in Japan. Her van was spacious and clean and she was helpful with my bags. Great shuttle service from LAX to the 626 area. Our flight landed on time; however we waited over an hour for customs and luggage and Phil was very patient. The van was very clean and comfortable to bear the 110 freeway traffic. Holy shit traffic in LA has gotten worse in the last 3-4 years. Prices are often the same for airport shuttle service so I base my selection on the driver. I'll definitely use Grace Shuttle next time. read more

One of the friendliest and easiest shuttle services I've used. Philip was great with communication, very prompt, and got us to LAX on time for our flight. Van is very clean. Just let him know how many people and number of luggage and they'll make sure to have the right vehicle for the trip. I was traveling with my 2 toddlers that needed booster seats and Philip was able to provide them without needing us to lug around our own which made the whole process so much easier. Great experience from A to Z. Philip is very pleasant, and his car is clean and comfortable. He was on time picking me up and knew all sorts of ways to get to LAX that I didn't even know existed. Got to the airport much faster than expected. On the way back I had a flight delay and it took so long to get out, but Philip waited for me and then braved the horrendous traffic and let me sleep (even turned off the music). Phillip Kao was 10 minutes early, he had bottle waters waiting for us. His van is clean and spacious. I accidentally left my iphone in his car. When I contacted him, he said he would turn it off and return it to me. Which he did the day he picked us up. I have left many of belongings accidentally and this is the first time I received my items back. He is a gentleman. Used Grace Shuttle for the first time for trip to Washington D.C. I had to be at LAX by 6 a.m. And was concerned about such an early reservation. Philip Kao was our driver for a VERY long 11 hour day. His vehicle (Toyota Sienna) seats 7 passengers AND a driver, and is great for large groups or families. It was impeccably clean and also had multiple ports to charge phones throughout the day. Philip speaks both Mandarin and English fluently. He showed up early and was always cheerful and polite. I have used Y H Sun several times for car service from Sierra Madre to LAX. I have been completely satisfied with the service - always arrives early for pickup, almost never late on meeting at LAX and the one time he was caught in traffic he let me know by cell and we arranged for street pickup (which I prefer anyway. His prices are far less than other services I have used with the same level of service. While I do not speak Mandarin I have never had a problem being understood or understanding them. I've heard about Mr. Sun's shuttle service from my family friend, so i decided to give him a try. Ever since then, I've always used Mr. Sun whenever I travel. Mr. Sun is always on time and will always get me to my destination early! His service is way cheaper then what a regular taxi driver would charge. His vehicle also fits 7 so whenever I have a large party traveling with me, Mr. Sun will always be there and get me to my destination safe and sound! The only thing is Mr. Sun speaks very little English but can speak Mandarin and Taiwanese. read more

We had a great experience using Phillip. We had an international flight, and needed to be at the airport early...2-3 hours before flight. Our flight was at 6:30am, and he arranged to meet us at our home by 3am. He was 10 minutes early, and waited patiently for us. He's a very nice man, and drives very well. I travel to and from various airports (LAX BUR Ontario, SNA) from the San Gabriel area many times a year and got sick of unreliable airport shuttles. A friend referred me to this licensed van service a while back and I am very satisfied with them. They're always at least 15 minutes early at my house and plans well for pickups taking into account flight status. They also only do one fare at a time, so you are not sharing the shuttle with anyone else which can often impact your schedule. Only catch is that the drivers speak Mandarin and do not speak much English. My Mandarin Chinese is poor but i never had a problem with them. They serve San Gabriel, Arcadia, Alhambra, Monterey Park, Pasadena, Rosemead and surrounding area, so chances are if you live around here, you speak Chinese or know someone who speaks it. Prices are about competitive with other bigger shuttle service, but you dont share the ride. read more
