A family member referred me to Wheels Up Connection for airport transportation from SGV to LAX. Very easy to book online, you will receive an email to confirm and how to pay. They accept Venmo, cash, and credit cards. We booked a round-trip transportation, and our driver was Jack. The driver will text you the day before to confirm. Jack let us know that he was on his way to pick us up. He arrived 15 minutes early. We're always ready early He came to the door to help with our luggage. Jack was very pleasant, polite, and very professional. Our ride was very smooth and comfortable. On our return trip from the airport, we texted the driver when we landed, when we received our bags. We walked outside, the driver was at the curb within one minute. Once we reached home, Jack brought our bags to the front door. Thank you Jack. you're amazing. We've used this airport service a few times and the experience has always been top notch. The cars are impeccably clean, with lots of space, they come with small waters, chargers to top off your phones and everything you need. They provide text reminders a few days before of your appointment, then again a few hours before, then let you know they're on their way before finally letting you know they're outside, usually a bit early, but they let you know they'll wait. The drivers help with all the bags and will Tetris them in there as needed. Our drivers have been friendly conversationalists if you like. There is a premium to their service but if you need to be at LAX for an early flight, Wheels Up Connection gets you there in style. read more

I have used them several times with satisfactory results but this time, my flight got canceled by the airlines a couple of hours prior to departure. I contacted wheels up and explained the situation. I consequently did not take a flight but wheels up charged me 25.00 cancelation fee even though the cancel was not my doing. I shall consider other sources in future travels to avert this type of problem I beg to differ with your response... the airlines cancelled and offered me a substitution that would have taken me 8 plus hours for a flight that was supposed to be one hour therefore I opted to drive which bears no consequence to you charging me a cancelation fee. It seems like you are saying if I had not told you that I was driving there would be no fee???? read more

Our Nephew and his Wife referred this car service to us since the last time, we used Uber from Ontario Airport and Uber charged us over $160 to take us home ( 15 miles). Erik was our driver to and from Ontario Airport and we found him engaging, and professional. We used Wheels Up Connection for rides to and from LAX in July. We had to leave home at 2:45AM for an international flight, and didn't want to deal with the Ride Share shuttle at LAX on our return. Wheels Up was a great choice! The outbound driver was prompt and congenial, as was the return driver. We received multiple confirmations, including driver contact info, so we were assured our rides were ready for us. The pickup went very smoothly with good instruction on how to locate our driver.
