Professional drivers, easy to chat with. They always arrive before your stated timeof departure, and they do not rush you. I've taken three rides with this company already. Safe driving, clean cars, and straightforward/clear payment process. Communication between the business and the customer is very good, usually via text. I prefer to use Bill's service over Uber and Lyft, because the extra service is worth it. I do not need to worry about getting to where I need to go late, which sometimes need to worry about this with other ride services. Driver was right on time. Communication was superb asking us to text when landing, when luggage obtained and location once we left baggage claim. We booked Wheels Up Connection recently for pickup at LAX and drop off in Pasadena, and the return trip to LAX a week later. Arie was our first driver, and our curbside pickup at arrivals could not have been easier or smoother. She was so kind, sharing her tips with us for LA and Pasadena restaurants and general LA info. On our return trip to LAX we had Bill pick us up and take us to LAX, and he also could not have been more kind. Our overall experience was wonderful. As I get older, I value comfort and convenience so much more. This led me to doing some research into booking a private car service for my trip to Asia. I came across Wheels Up Connection during my search, and Bill provided prompt responses, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, and everything was done on time. I'm 6'5 and I needed a bigger car, which he was able to accommodate. My driver was Luis, who was not only on-time but actually early! Dropped us off at LAX and also picked us up on the return trip. Going to the airport can be very stressful, but that's not the case since I started using Wheels up Connection's services. The drivers are very polite, cars are clean and the fact that they drop you off and pick you up right at the airport terminal (no need to use shuttles, walk, etc) it's a big deal.
