Excellent experience with WheelsUp! I always drive myself to the Burbank airport and just park in long term parking but with the holiday, I knew parking would be hard to find. I like to support local businesses so I was happy to find WheelsUp. I had a few initial questions that were answered promptly by email. Online booking was easy and worked smoothly. I had the same driver going to the airport and returning home. She was on time, personable, and the car was clean and comfortable. Found Wheels Up Connection through the Pasadena Moms facebook group. As a busy mom with two young kids, traveling can be an anxious experience with so much to handle so I was looking for a reliable car service to get us to the airport on time. I was deeply impressed with the ease of working with Bill to book our travel and the incredible communication / service from Bill and Rolando to get to and from LAX. Special shout out to Rolando who knew how to soothe my 1.5 year old with kids music while we were stuck in traffic on a long drive back to Pasadena. Additionally he was a great driver. I tend to get motion sickness and experienced NONE in his car. Highly recommend them... I plan to use them for our next trip. Professional drivers, easy to chat with. They always arrive before your stated timeof departure, and they do not rush you. I've taken three rides with this company already. Safe driving, clean cars, and straightforward/clear payment process. Communication between the business and the customer is very good, usually via text. I prefer to use Bill's service over Uber and Lyft, because the extra service is worth it. I do not need to worry about getting to where I need to go late, which sometimes need to worry about this with other ride services.
