Wheels up is a great service. I used it for my folks and relatives to be dropped off at LAX and for their return. The whole process was seamless and they are very professional. Would highly recommend! read more

Reliable, great communication, clean and courteous. Really all one could hope for from a car service. Has gone above and beyond when I screwed up the times of our flights (oops) and my child forgot their phone in the car after long day of travel, returning it to us first thing in the morning. Amazing. Have used them multiple times and will continue to do so. read more

Landed at LAX at 10:50pm and got picked up within minutes of getting our luggage under nightmare traffic conditions. Sarkis is a stud.

Bill and his team are the nicest, most accommodating car service I have ever used. When my flight was delayed (repeatedly), they calming adjusted and were waiting for me when I got there. I cannot say enough about Terry - she was so helpful both during the drive (queasy stomach) and after (lost my phone in her car). Arie was also prompt picking me up and sweetly tolerated all my questions about her cool Tesla . I will not hesitate to call Wheels Up for any of my car needs whenever I am in town and I am so happy that my Mom found them on Facebook! read more

My family and I used Wheels Up Connection for a recent trip. Both our drives our drives to and from LAX were great. Sarkis and Bill were great drivers. The vehicles are immaculately clean and everyone was on time! We also were traveling for the first time with our six month old and they made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Friendly drivers, reliable and clear procedures, and fair prices--Wheels Up is our go-to!

This was my first time using Wheels up Connection after seeing many posts on a local Facebook page. I was taking a trip with my daughter and decided to use this company to avoid doing the dreaded drive to and from LAX. All I can say is A+ customer service! Booking was effortless and the communication between Bill and the drivers, Luis and Serge was fabulous! Luis and Serge were extremely professional, customer centric, and made sure that our travel was relaxing. I can't recommend this company enough! I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend Wheels Up Connection to all of my friends and family! Thank you Bill and team! read more

Everything went!! from pick up from home to drop off to Lax to being picked up way after midnight at lax. We were a big party with a baby too. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them in the future. Bill was super responsive read more

Bill and his team are incredibly helpful. We had a lot of luggage (skiing) to take to LAX. No problem. And then, last minute, had to return home one day early. Again, no problem. I can not recommend them highly enough. read more

The owner and drivers are great here! Super easy to book and they are always on time. I've used them a handful of times now to get to and from LAX with the family. Their communication is great so you never have to stress. Highly recommended! read more

First time using Wheels Up Connection ( referral from the owner of our VRBO rental) for the LAX transfer to/ from Pasadena, and it certainly won't be our last. Our drivers, Luis and Sarkis, were on time, professional and personable. The owner Bill Pedrotti was a pleasure to work with, always responsive to communications, booking and payment were seamless. As we will be doing this trip frequently ( with a daughter and her growing family to visit) we will certainly be using these service again! read more

It was our second time using Wheels Up and the same experience, A+. Brenden Aldana picked us up at 1:00 am. from LAX to Pasadena, and he was fantastic. He was very accommodating to the delay in getting our luggage, courteous and reliable driver. He was very proud of his mint clean Lexus SUV. read more

Easy to book. Friendly, on time, and made our trip easy to Lax and coming home to a different airport.

I have used this company about 4 times now from travel to concerts. Their drivers are wonderful and very accommodating. Their service is exactly as they say it will be, it takes the guess work out of your vacation. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs. read more

Bill and his crew are amazing. They are always on time and treat my family with top notch service. Driving from Pasadena to any of the airports is always a chore, and lord knows who you might get if you decide to Uber. We love not having to wait for that mess on the back end of our trips. The drivers are there to meet us right away. And the price is comparable to ride shares too. It's a no brainer to book with Wheels Up. read more

Came early, works well with young children, a consumate professional. Made great time to the airport.

Going to the airport can be very stressful, but that's not the case since I started using Wheels up Connection's services. The drivers are very polite, cars are clean and the fact that they drop you off and pick you up right at the airport terminal (no need to use shuttles, walk, etc) it's a big deal. Have been using them for almost 2 years, and will continue to do so. read more

Wheels Up is reliable and friendly. The cars are always very comfortable and clean. Every driver has been on time, communicative and a good driver read more

Amazing, efficient, kind drivers and management! Highly recommend! Bill is the best! Had a great ride and happy to be home! Been using this service for years and very happy! read more

This is a professional responsible car service. Amazing job every time. I simply text or call to let them know my date and time of flight. Once they have availability, I get a fit on text, asking for the specifics of the flight (and return flight) and pick up. Then, the day before my return back, I received pick up instructions. This last time, I was in the air for 12 hours and didn't have a chance to respond before arriving and they were there waiting. Clean cars, professional drivers and on time. They are perfect! read more

Had a great experience with Sarkis! He was on time and very polite. Great car and safe driver. Way better experience than Uber! Highly recommend. read more

First time using Wheels Up Connection. So glad a friend recommended this company. Our rides to and from LAX were carefree, comfortable, and on time. Our drivers were Luis and Serg. They were professional, helpful and friendly. Our flight home was delayed 5 hours. We wondered if it would effect our pick up time when we got to the airport. Serg stayed in touch with us and picked us up as soon as we exited the baggage claim area. Such a relief to have a caring and concerned driver waiting for us. We will use this service again in the future. Thank you!! read more

This is an overdue review as I've used Wheels Up multiple times and have had a wonderful experience every time. All the drivers are very kind and professional. They're always punctual and get me to where I'm going on time. I feel great supporting this small business and honestly their prices are comparable to Uber, maybe just a bit more in cost but well worth it for personal and reliable service and always a nice clean car! I use them for airport rides but I've also used them to see Beyoncé! It was a great decision. Highly recommend. read more

Got connected with Bill via a friend for our round trip to LAX from Upland, and he did not disappoint! He's very prompt in communicating and on time. Very accommodating with us bringing our own car seat, and helped us with the luggage as well. Highly recommended, will use his service again in the future. read more

Reached out after great reviews on a mom group on Facebook. Great response time, friendly and easy to use. Bill was able to accommodate my tall husband and Sarkis was waiting with trunk and door open for a 4:15am pickup - now that's service! Hubby was impressed with the ride and I was grateful to not have to drive and be able to go to sleep! Will definitely use this service again. read more

I am very pleased with Wheels Up Connection. This was my first experience with them, both my drivers, Sarkis to LAX and Arie home from LAX, were very friendly and personable and their driving was exceptional. The fare was very reasonable. Wheels Up Connection is now my only "go to" for all my transportation needs. read more

Bill and his team of drivers are outstanding!! Their cars are clean and comfortable. They communicate with you a day before, the day of and even afterwards to make sure that they did an excellent job. The price is reasonable and fair. They speak English; I don't know about other languages. They go above and beyond for their customers. For example, I misplaced my phone in the car as we were dropped off at the airport and didn't realize it until going through TSA. I used my wife's phone to call Bill. His driver got the message and came back to the terminal to give me my phone. Wow. Thanks again! read more

Excellent and safe driver. A real gentleman. Drove through horrible traffic and still got us there in an hour. Very reassuring. Comfortable and spotless car. I'm thrilled and encourage you to use this service. read more

A big Thank You to Wheels Up Connection with Bill Pedrotti and his team!! Miguel picked us up promptly at 3:30 am for our 7 am flight from LAX to New Orleans. Absolutely amazing! I've used Wheels Up for some airport runs and they've always been professional and on time. Recently needed them to pick up my (very senior) father. They were fantastic - even though they communicate by text and Dad doesn't text - they picked him up and took good care. They were even able to help out when a last-minute change in plans meant he needed a same-day roundtrip down to Orange County. Great to know that my Dad was in good hands. read more

We had a great experience using Wheels Up Connection. Parking and navigating LAX has become such a nightmare--I was more than happy to pay for the convenience of having someone else do it for us. There were 4 of us traveling, including 2 kids with booster seats, and both vehicles had plenty of space. They also accommodated our request for 2 different pick up and drop off locations. I will definitely use these guys again! Also love supporting a (very) local business! read more

Bill provided top notch service to and from LAX for my family. We were so loud and excited so early in the morning when he took us to the airport, and half of us were knocked out going back! Bill totally matched our energy levels; he was so chill. More importantly, he was punctual and provided stress-free transport. Oh and rates are very reasonable too...Would recommend to all my family and friends! read more

Excellent service you can count on...Highly recommend! They are always prompt, great on communicating & very fairly priced.

Great service, always on time, drivers are awesome. Price is fair. Definitely recommend.

Bill and his team are the BEST!! They make everything so easy! I have used them numerous times and just returned from a trip that they helped make so much easier. They provide professional and friendly service. Small details and kindness take a lot of the sting out of traveling!! Keep up the good work!! read more
