Reserved my shuttle ride Irvine to LAX on shuttle2lax.com. About an hour before my scheduled pick up time, I received a text message with a link showing me where the shuttle was and which number my stop was on the route. I was stop number 3 of 4 so it worked out great for me. The driver was very courteous and drove fine. For cost of just $20 I would definitely use this service again. My flight being in the peak of rush hour traffic, I would have been sitting in traffic driving to LAX anyway. This saves me the trouble of driving myself and paying for extended parking. I'm thrilled! read more

This was the worst shuttle experiences that I ever had. This company has the worst customer service and incompetent employees. My shuttle was supposed to pick me up at 3:35pm for a 6:00 flight. I waited and waited and the shuttle is nowhere to be found. At 4pm I call the company and they tell me that the shuttle is waiting for me outside. I go outside and there is no shuttle. So I tell the lady on the phone that I am calling Lyft, I need to cancel my reservation and I need a refund. She tells me that I can't get a refund because you have to cancel four hours before pick up and my only choice is to wait for the shuttle. I am happy that I didn't because at 4:30 when I was already by the airport the shuttle called me telling me they are outside. They were an hour late. Do yourself a favor and just take Lyft or Uber. read more

BEWARE! The Worst. They make you pay $4 to cancel a reservation. And, both the drop off and pick up are considered separate reservations - so $8. read more

I booked a shared van from LAX to SNA on Prime Time Shuttle and canceled when I saw all of the horrible reviews on Yelp. I then booked with Shuttle2LAX for nearly half the price. When I got the confirm, I realized that they were the same company as Prime Time Shuttle! YIKES! I was really nervous, but at the end of the day, I am just going home, it's not like I have a flight to catch. So I decided to keep my reservation for half the price and see for myself. I got to the terminal and the lollipop sign was not hard to find. I checked in with the guy and he said it would take 15-20 for the shuttle to get there. I had my dog with me and told him I would be back so I could walk my dog. I passed another lollipop sign on my way back from the pet relief area and saw a shuttle there. I bolted to that one and told them I already checked in at the other one and wondered if I could just go into that one. Unfortunately, I can't because I already checked in at the other one. No big deal. I was just walking a little faster to make sure I don't miss it. It was waiting there when I got back. It was approximately 15 mins since I checked in. So I didn't wait long. They also did not give me any trouble for having a dog. I was afraid they would make me put him in his carrier but he sat on my lap the whole time. The driver was friendly and courteous. There were approximately 8 seats in the shuttle, not including the front passenger seat, and there were 5 different parties including myself. When I booked the shuttle, it said my approximate pick up time was 1130am and drop off time was 110pm. I was picked up at 1115am and dropped off at 1pm. Not bad for approximate times. I will say that maybe my experience would be different during rush hour. Nevertheless, I think I would try them again. read more

I went from Anaheim to LAX for about $50. The shuttle driver arrived exactly at the expected time, 4:40 AM, which was emailed to me at 10:30 PM the night before. Since my flight was domestic, I originally changed my desired pick up time to later, but I believe I was sharing my shuttle with some international travelers so it was pushed earlier (3 hour recommended time for international travelers and 2 hours for domestic). The app is not perfect, because I got an alert the night before that my driver was already on his way. The chat support told me to ignore that message. The ride was smooth and safe. A little sketchy on the planning side, but I got to the airport exactly as expected. read more

Very timely pickup for service to go to LAX. Unbelievably horrible service for pickup at LAX. They instruct you to go out to the curb-- apparently to check in at their "kiosk"-- non-existent! Finally after calling them to "check in" myself and two other passengers after waiting nearly an hour for a van to pass by, the vehicle finally arrived in 45 minutes more. Then with the delivery of 6 other passengers, I arrived at my destination an hour away four hours after the time they said I would be picked up! Poor in this day of competition and service! read more

I booked my service few days ago, and never got any confirmation but the automated one, so I decided to call and confirm Tuesday around 7 am. I have the proof I was waiting on hold for 29 minutes and when I complaint no body apologized, it seemed like the customer service didn't give a rat and she even mentioned we don't have lines waiting so I am not sure why you were on hold that long. I guess the person who should have answer the phone didn't feel like it or she was in the middle of doing other stuff. Now I am worried if I am gonna make it to airport on time. read more

Had a 6:40 am reservation. Woke up at 5:40 (thankfully!) to see that they had changed my time to 6:20 by sending me an email at 2:37 in the morning. This was my first time using this service. I've used Super Shuttle before and wanted to try something new because Super Shuttle is nothing to rave about when it came to timing and price. I was very surprised with Shuttle2Lax, positively surprised! My route was Santa Ana-LAX-Santa Ana. They came earlier than expected but informed me several hours early through email. My pick at LAX was for 9.30. I arrived at the curbside at 9:15. They came by 9:35. Overall, excellent timing and pricing. I am not sure why there are so many negative comments. I was a bit nervous taking them but I am also someone who does everything ahead of time. My flight was leaving at 6:10 Am. My pick up in Santa Ana was for 2:00 Am. They came at 1:15! I am always early for any flight. So, if you're one of those people who does everything in a 'flying by the seat of your pants' style then you should be getting a private car not a shuttle. Shuttles are great for people like me who checks their email regularly on the day of flying and likes getting to the airport very very early! read more

I give this company as zero. They don't even deserve the one star. Aug 20,2015 I had a scheduled pick up at my residence to be shuttled to LAX at 12:55 pm. I was very hesitant about using this service again after I experienced a unpleasant pick up before. But I had no other option so I booked again and once again I was not happy with the method of communication between the company with me. They sent an UNMARKED VEHICLE to pick me up that had no identification that the vehicle and driver was working for the company. The driver was nice and apologized and said he gets the same complaints from customers but the company seems to ignore communicating in advance with customers that what type of vehicle is picking them up if traditional or like his a plain vehicle. His only identification was that he had a drivers license and a iPad with the itinerary of mine and my address. I was stressing to trust this unusual arrangement, or risk missing my flt. This company really ignores the fact that they don't care about their customers and only care about making money. Yes if you want to reimburse me my reservation number is SL7769078. You guys need to step up your service and have your customers feel stress-free traveling in your vehicles. This is the second time your company has really disappointed me . How hard is it to inform your customers what type of vehicle, maybe including plate number and name of driver. If other services do this why can't you do the same. It's called good service. Word of mouth is the best advertisement . read more

Booked the 6:15pm pickup on Friday for a Monday evening flight, got a email saying the pickup time was move to 6:45pm, then got a call from the dispatch that the driver will be coming in at 7pm...the dispatcher was rude on the phone. My family and I waited outside then got a call from the driver saying that he'll be in Buena Park in 11 mins coming from Disneyland as he had to wait for the passenger. Really 11 mins from Anaheim to Buena Park??? The driver finally got around 7:20pm...was in LAX at 8:20pm... I was even told that I should just got a private shuttle. Will never use this shuttle service again... read more

WARNING: do yourself a favor and read all the 1 star reviews before doing business with this company, and book at your own risk. I really don't understand how this business has more than one star. I attempted to book a shuttle from LAX to go back home using super shuttle on Jan 14, however when I put in that I would be landing at 9:30 pm, the app notified me that there were no available rides at that time. Okay, I can respect that. So i found an alternate option called Shuttle2LAX which was muchhhhh cheaper - and because I was in a time crunch and was already on my way to the airport, I booked the company without reading any reviews. Booking was super professional, the website was great, the app was great. I'll give them the one star for that. Their customer service, however, is EXTREMELY POOR. I cannot emphasize this enough. After I arrived and pick up my baggage, I immediately selected "I'm ready" on the app and proceeded to go to the pick up area as instructed. After waiting in the cold for about 15 min, I decided to look up reviews to see what the next steps should be because I got no other notification after I pressed "I'm ready". I began panicking and immediately called one of the phone numbers provided on the website. It said my wait time was two minutes on the phone... Another 15 minutes later someone finally picked up. I provided my reservation number and the woman asked me if i was ready to be picked up - to which I responded that I've been ready for almost an hour and I already updated my status on the app. She replied "ohhh okay", and after 30 seconds of silence she proceeds to notify that there are no drivers available, she's refunding me my money back, and it's up to me to find another means of transportation. Oh and after I told her that I'd like to be accommodated to find a way back home, she said the refund will be applied to my account in 5-7 business days and then hung up on me.... Excuse me????? This is NOT okay! Why wasn't I notified at the time of booking that there were no drivers available at that hour? Why was I not accommodated in finding another ride home? Why did the lady hang up on me? And why does this company have such shitty policies and customer service? Some people might not have another way or a ride back home, especially in the middle of the night and when an Uber or lyft can be really expensive. Until this company understands that people do not want to be waiting in the cold at LAX in the middle of the night, have their ride be cancelled instead of assisting in finding another one, and having employees and policies that are more respectful, I don't think they will last. read more

The driver first couldn't find my address. He called and I tried to give him directions he refused this and hung up on me. Then their office called and gave the driver the directions I provided already during my internet booking. Finally he arrived and was very impolite and complained he lost time and it does not work this way. Instead of simply apologizing. After I boarded he slammed the door shut. Unbelievable. I never want this driver again. On the way now. read more

Was a little concerned after I booked this as there were mixed reviews on this company. Found the live chat and was reassured of any concerns I had. The vehicle came on time. It was a little dirty and I had an empty water bottle with cigarette ash fall on my shoe. He drove well and provided air con when asked. He assisted with our luggage also. If ever in LA again I'd book with them again read more

OMG. THE WORST. They were one entire HOUR late to my reservation getting picked up from LAX, which made me late to everything in life afterwards. They kept lying to me and saying the shuttle was "10 minutes away", "5 minutes away", "just around the corner".... for an hour. They told me I couldn't get a refund even if I didn't use the shuttle and just took a cab home, because the shuttle was "so close" to the airport. For an hour. Oh, and the "We're on time or you don't pay" motto? Not valid for airport pickups, I was told. Y U DO DIS??? I tried to talk to someone via their online chat. No response. I've filed a BBB complaint. No response. Do not use, ever. read more

My shuttle never came! I tried calling for an hour and no one was answering so i left a message to rwturn my call. I even left a couple of messages on the live chat option and never got a single reply. I sent an email and still haven't received a reply to date. My pick up time was supposed to be 10:40am. I waited for over an hour before calling uber. Good thing the Uber driver arrived fast because I arrived in LAX just in time for boarding. There was no text or email that my reservation was cancelled so I do not know what happened. When I checked the status of my reservation it keeps saying that the reservation number was not assigned. read more

It happens always, they book for a particular time and they are never on time. I am right waiting for the pickup, the lady is asking me to wait like forever. I called help desk, she also asked me to wait, else get refund and find a ride home and disconnected. This is a piece of sh*t!! read more

I book my friend a shuttle to the airport. Everything's alright, we got confirmation Email and message says we can not get refund if we cancel the trip that sort of things blah blah blah.... What happen next is that they called us 2 hours before the pickup says his shuttle is canceled :) Well, how nice of them to call us 2 hours ahead of our trip, not 10 mins ahead or anything. Super thoughtful. I sign up for yelp just so that I can put up this review. They totally deserve it. read more

They get 1 , because I can't give a 0! I prepaid for my Mother to ride from La Puente to LAX and return. My Mother's return flight was delayed, so just to make sure I called to confirm. I was informed that they do not pick up after 11:00, even for a delayed flight. However, they could pick her up for an additional $100.00. Of course, a limo ride would be cheaper. Then in order to get a credit for the return ride I had to go on-line and cancel the reservation. Cancel a reservation for a service they weren't going to perform!! I will NEVER use this company or Prime Time again. Save your money. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - VERY LATE - INEFFICIENT DRIVER I would NEVER recommend this company. I usually use Uber for rides to and from airports, but decided to try a car service since leaving LAX via Uber a few days earlier was difficult. I scheduled my service to LAX the day before. I confirmed for a 3:05a pick up to catch a 6a flight. I was outside of my friend's apartment at 3a, waited until 3:10a, checked my email, and saw that the car service was rescheduled two hours ago (1a) to arrive at 3:25a. OK, understandable, things happen. I go back inside, wait, and come back outside at 3:20a. At 3:37a I call customer service to find out where my ride is. The customer service rep calls the driver while I'm on hold and then connects back with me. He says, "The driver says he is outside of your place so if you come outside you should see him." I remind the rep that I am outside and I don't see the driver. Suddenly, the rep gets very defensive, rude, and condescending in tone. He says, "OK, ma'am! I SAID that the driver is in the area and that he should be there soon! I haven't told the driver that you are outside, so just wait and he'll be there. He's probably around the corner!" I calmly say, "You just told me that he's outside of my residence. If I don't see him, then he must be at the wrong place. I'm in the middle of a long street, there's no way he's around the corner." Mind you, we've confirmed the address several times by this point. Rep, "OK ma'am! Oh my god! Just wait there and he should be there!" And he hung up. Stunned, I turn to my fiance who's outside waiting for me to get picked up, and say, "Wow, that was AWFUL customer service. I wasn't getting an attitude with him at all and he just got really defensive with me." By this time it is 3:47a. After a few more attempts to call the service back and get another rep/speak to a supervisor, the driver calls me. He says, "I am outside of your place" I say, "No, I'm standing in the middle of the street and I don't see you. He tells me the cross street he is on. I tell him that that's the wrong cross street (after I put in the address AND cross street a day before in my online reservation). He says OK and hangs up. He calls back a minute later and says he's at the cross street I told him. I say, "I'm not at the cross street, I'm in front of my residence, which is where the service indicated I would be picked up. If you drive up the street, you will see me." He drives up the street and we are on our way by 3:51a - a HALF HOUR after my RESCHEDULED departure time and after a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL and having to basically INSTRUCT THE DRIVER on how to get to my location. The driver apologized profusely and blamed his lateness on the sleeping customer already in the vehicle, saying that he had to wait for her. I answered a survey that SHUTTLE2LAX emailed me. They asked all the wrong questions: Yes, the car was in great condition, yes the driver drove fast and it wasn't a super long ride, and yes, he apologized for his lateness and was professional, but NO I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH SHUTTLE2LAX! WORST EXPIERENCE EVER! If I could give them no star I would. I can go into every little detail of why you should never book with them but I am going to get straight to the point. To begin with the pick up was fine, they texted about 3 times that morning and we were picked up 10 minutes early which we don't mind. We would much rather be early. Well we get on its 5:40ish in the morning, and we start to notice that our driver is swerving into other lanes. My husband and I just look at each other and just start to get nervous. We start to see him dazing and closing his eyes periodically. There was a little traffic on the freeway and he swerves into another lane and the other car honks. (not to mention this guy had a laptop thing where he had all our information and when he closed his laptop on the top he had these 2 gun/rifle sticker things facing each other. NO JOKE WE WERE TERRIFIED). We honestly couldn't believe it. I was thinking of all the ways I could get his attention. I even turned around and told the lady behind us with 2 kids that our driver was falling asleep and she says "oh no, I hope not." Anyway we get to the airport safely, thank God. Our return was on a Saturday night at 10pm. Our fight was delayed about an hour and a half. Since I knew it would be delayed I called the 1 800-705-6055 (worst customer service ever. I was on hold for about 15 minutes or more, even though while your waiting their is an automated person that says "2 minutes 40 seconds" I am guessing that was the wait time, well that turned into 15 minute hold.) Once they decide to answer I let the lady know our situation that our flight would be delayed. She says "No problem, as soon as you get there you will see the shuttles, and if you don't just call back this number we are opened 24 hours" So I say okay perfect can you please note on there that our flight is delayed she says "of course I can do that for you." We get to LAX around 1:20am. Of course no shuttle is there. I call and it says "our office is now closed, please call during normal business hours." I couldn't believe it. SO I go on their website to "chat now" and let them know we need a shuttle ASAP. I have uploaded a picture of what they said. "NO SHUTTLE AVAILBLE" We were livid. Here we are at the airport with no way home at 2am. After traveling for 30 hours we were trying to keep our cool. I was anxious to write this review. I called them DURING their business hours and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the automated system says "we are sorry we couldn't answer your call please leave us a message" WOW! Irritated and want ALL MY MONEY BACK. They still have not called me, but they are good at charging. They charged me for both even though they never showed up to LAX. HORRIBLE. The company that really helped us out was SUPERSHUTTLE they were great even though we did not have a reservation! read more

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would! I had to wait an hour and a half for a ride!!! When I called in, the lady first said 20-40 mins. I waited 50 minutes. Called back in and she said 10-15 more mins. Still no ride. I called back and she tells me 5-10 mins because they're waiting for another passenger. I told her to just cancel my reservation and refund me so I could call an Uber. She told me that she could cancel it but not refund me because I had a driver already assigned. I told her I wanted a refund because I shouldn't have to wait 1.5 hrs for a ride. This broad had the nerve to say, we'll do you know how shared rides work? Did you read on it when making the reservation? Then you shouldn't have made the reservation if you didn't know how they work. I will be writing an email to corporate for her bring a rude .....! I really would appreciate an advance notice if you would come early so I can prep and nor felt rushed and feel guilty to holding other passengers back when it wasn't even my fault. Aweful experience. I understand pick up time csn vary but calling in advance is call professionalism which was lacking! NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It does not even deserve one star. When you arrive at the airport for your return trip you have to find the elusive PrimeTime representatives and then wait an undetermined amount of time for your shuttle to come. I arrived at baggage claim and could not locate a representative, so I called the number they provided. I was placed on hold for 11 min until I hung up because I spotted a PrimeTime van. The driver pointed me to the PrimeTime representative, who up until that point was not making himself conspicuous and was off to the side standing under no signage. He looked like he could have been any random traveler. Then he checked me in on his iPad/tablet and refused to tell me how long the wait would be. He told me I should call the number to complain and I told him that I would if only someone would actually answer the phone. After waiting for 10 min and having two PrimeTime vans pass me by, I decided to pay for a taxi even though I wouldn't get my money back from PrimeTime. I hope the company changes its act or goes under! Terrible business practice and customer service. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They didn't show up and I waited 25 minutes on hold before being told to leave a message. Very lucky to get a $80 cab ride to not miss plane to British Virgin Islands. Scheduled the ride the night before. The pick up time was initially set for 440 a.m but then changed to 340 a.m, strike #1. This was four hours before our domestic flight. We waited outside for 30 mins and no one showed up. When I called the driver they had assigned me, he said I wasn't on his pick up list. There isn't any kind of phone number to call so your only option is to use the chat service. Initially someone chatted with me right away but then after I told them I spoke with the driver and they dont have me on their list, the chat service person stopped answering me. Definitely NOT the experience and extra stress you want when you're trying to make a flight. I prepaid the service which was $30 and we ended up spending $50 on a Lyft. That is money I will probably never see again as they say their services are "non refundable." What a rip off, I hope someone reads this and avoids this shuttle service. Spend the extra $20 and take a Lyft. read more

I do not recommend this company. My reservation was scheduled for 10:15am pick up. My flight arrived early so I used their app as recommended to notify my driver. At 9:30am I was waiting curbside for my driver. The app said my driver was on his way and I would be home by 10am, I was so excited! 45 mins later my driver has not shown, he's called me multiple times because he can not locate me, then rudely asked me to walk to him half a mile away. LAX has a specific location for ride app pickups which is in departure and not in arrivals. I think my driver was in the wrong terminal. I ended up getting an Uber, they picked me up in 5 mins. This company, even though my ride was unsuccessful and the driver was rude still charged my credit card for the full amount. I've been disputing with their customer service about the charges. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because i did have one nice driver with this company. Overall, after my experience I will not use them in the future, I will stick to Uber. read more
