Don't use this company. I used this company for a ride to LAX that departed at 6:44am. When I scheduled it they told me they would pick me up at 3:25am to arrive at the airport by 4:55am. The day before the flight I received a call and email that they moved the pick up time to 3:05am. I got a text at 2:45am that they were at my house and I had to hurry to get ready because they were so early. The driver was rude and said nothing to me as I got out to the van. When he was driving, he had to swerve several times to avoid merging into people because he wasn't paying attention. He even was typing into his GPS while driving full speed on the freeway. We got to the airport at 4 am. As we were driving around to the various terminals the driver yelled for me to move to a different seat because another passenger's terminal was coming up. No need to be that rude, buddy. Save yourself the hassle and find another way of getting to the airport. read more

Another Update: Sara's yelp response is completely wrong. First of all she never responded to my e-mail... My last e-mail from her is January 5. In her yelp response she's showing on their end that they got me there in plenty of time. How is getting me to my terminal 10 minutes before boarding acceptable and "plenty of time?" We are talking about Thanksgiving Eve at LAX... If I took a different ride to the airport I would have made it in plenty of time and I wouldn't have been running and sweating to get to my gate. I will be sure to share this horrific experience to my coworkers and my family to ensure they never use this service. Sara and Shuttle2LAX had an opportunity to make it right and they failed. If they wanted to win my business back, they would have offered me some form of compensation to experience their apparent "on time record" read more

Terrible service. On flight arrival my daughter waited more than 45 minutes for pick up. On the way back - shuttle did not arrive even 40 minutes after scheduled time - so she had to take a taxi. Shuttle2LAX assigned us to prime time shuttle both times. Will see how they refund process works. read more

Ok, so our first experience with them went okay. The driver was a little late because he couldn't find our place in the complex but whatever that happens. He was also swerving all over the road and had trouble staying in the lane. But the second time was the worst experience I've ever had. Period. Of any type of customer service. We booked a ride from lax to Laguna niguel weeks in advance and we even got the confirmation on the same day with a phone # to call when we arrived. Pick up time was 11:10. We call and call and it just keeps going to voicemail. They don't pick up their customer service line so we so a live chat. By the time someone actually responds on live chat, it's been about 30 min late and she's trying to get a hold of the dispatcher. By about 50 min later, she responds with "we have no drivers available, you can just call yourself a cab or taxi and we will pay the difference." Are u kidding me???? You make us wait almost an hour and then tell us to "just call a cab and we will pay the difference." So they are still charging us for the "service" even though there was none provided and actually inconvenienced us a lot of time and money. On top of that, we had just flown in after getting our wisdom teeth pulled and we were in a lot of pain but that's neither here nor there. I'm just absolutely appalled by the horrible service. And oh yeah, we didn't use their shuttle service, we used their GoSedan service because we wanted to make sure we got picked up on time and got home on time. So much for that. In the end, we called an uber and he was there in less than 5 min and was awesome. read more

Worst service ever. Googled " lax airport shuttle" and prime time shuttle came up first. I figured they were all the same so I made a reservation. After traveling all day I showed up to the shuttle location and proceeded to wait. After an hour of waiting I decided to get my money back and take a cab. The guy at the airport told me to call the company in the morning. The next day I called to get my money back and waited on hold. Eventually a very bored girl gets on and I don't even get to finish my sentence before she chimes in "your 25 dollars has already been refunded". After a series of questions, to which I barely received one word responses from the bored costumer service rep, I decided it would be easier to call my cc company to see if the money had in fact been refunded. My advice when using airport shuttles is to take the super shuttle or a cab. It was easier to get through to Obamacare than it was to get a shuttle from this company. read more

DON'T USE THIS SHUTTLE on your way back unless you are ready to wait 2 1/2 hours at LAX for a Van! This is the second time this has happened! Won't be giving this company another chance. We started waiting at 8:30pm & got picked-up at 11:06pm after many hours of international travel. So very tired! We needed to get dropped off in Huntington Beach. Another couple gave up after waiting over 2 1/2 hours to be taken to San Pedro. They decided to take a Taxi. I was close to doing the same. Currently in a full bus....who knows what time we will finally get home???? I would give this company negative stars on delivery home! On delivery to LAX they are not bad. Aloha...and Happy Travels ; ) read more

The driver was 45 min late to pick me up which would have been barely enough time to get me to LAX. After I was in the car (a beat up Prius with the rear bumper semi-unattached) the driver informs me there's another stop to make. "No way!" I decided my only choice was to drive myself, but then spent five more minutes arguing (eventually screaming) with the driver to give me back my luggage. He pleaded, saying he'd be fired if I reported him. I had to promise not to report him in order to get my luggage back. Nightmare!!! Thoughout all this, I texted Shuttle2LAX twice and called several times, but no one answers the phone, ever. They returned my call while I was on my flight but left no message. They got my $21 and get to post this review. read more

We landed at 3:30pm and the van didn't pick us up until 4:25pm. The shuttle waited until 4:50pm before finally leaving LAX after trolling for additional passengers. Heed my advice, do not take this shuttle service. If I had known it would have taken so long, I would not have made a reservation and taken alternate transportation. My original online reservation projected an arrival time to my destination by 5:30pm. We didn't get to our destination until 6:30pm. It took us 3 hours before we got to Orange County. Shuttle2LAX and Prime Time Shuttle are the same company. read more

NEVER AGAIN! My pick-up was perfect but this Company left me standing at LAX stranded at 11:00 at night after the rude man YOSEF (man representing shuttles) told me to call "Prime Time " if I had a complaint. I was on hold for 25 minutes, left 8 text messages begging for help, and then reached a recording that stated they were closed.... and was told by rude man YOSEF that I'd better find another way home as they weren't coming. I prepaid a round trip fare as well. I'm a senior and 3 hours later after Prime-time picked me up I was home. I'm still so angry I could spit. read more

I have no idea why there are so many people with hostile and caustic comments towards Shuttle2Lax. The service is super efficient. It is the person who is making the reservation (you) who is the problem, not the company. Are you not planning your arrival and pick up time accordingly? Are you aware that depending on the time you anticipate traveling to LAX or away from LAX, depending on the time of day, YOU WILL HIT TRAFFIC, AS WILL EVERY SHUTTLE AND PERSON ON THE ROADWAY? Wake up you clowns and come back to reality where the rest of us are. You should always budget at least an hour delay in flight landing/departing at LAX and picking up luggage at the airport, etc. There are always DELAYS to one degree or another. In addition, Shuttle2Lax has a kiosk, just like all the other dozen shuttle services at LAX, outside nearly every flight terminal. You cannot walk 50 feet without running into a S2L service kiosk. Take off your blinders. How can so many people be clueless on how to book a basic reservation and be impatient like a child about minor delays and corrections in the process. Are you not looking up ever in your world either. If you stand on a major street corner intersection in Orange County where S2L's service covers, I guarantee you will see 1-2 shuttles in an hour. They are everywhere all the time so to say the are inefficient and off time/off schedule is just wrong. They have so many shuttles coming and going from LAX you have to be a complete idiot not to see one, find the local reservation person at the Kiosk, and then get on the next arriving shuttle at that location. COME ON PEOPLE...GROW UP. Perhaps all you children complaining should walk home from LAX to Irvine, or Newport Beach, or Tustin, or Orange or have mommy and daddy drive into LA to pick you up, instead of ranting, raving and railing against a good transportation service that provides a good service from point A to point B. Shuttle2LAX is efficient and as a human being, you need to plan your reservation using basic math and brain power to ensure you A) have enough time to travel from your origin location to LAX and B) budget for traffic and delays on the roadways. read more

This is by far by your worst nightmare ever! They were over an hour late to pick me from the airport, and eventually ended up cancelling the trip without any notification or alternative solutions. I called customer service multiple times trying to get a hold of anyone, but there was no answer. There is no supervisor available on the weekends. Finally, the supervisor at the airport arrived after waiting for over 30 minutes for her to tell me that the ride has been cancelled and a refund with be issued with 3-5 business day. The company has absolutely no zero respect for your time and has to be the worst customer service ever!!! Don't be tricked by their cheap fares. It's definitely not worth the hassle!! read more

I can't speak for the other clients who have used Shuttle2LAX,com. Although, I was very pleased with the service and price. First, my pick up in Newport Beach area was on time followed by a smooth ride to LAX without any problems. As for my return from LAX to Newport beach, LAX was a MESS! I wanted to get the heck out of there A.S.A.P.! Thankfully, my van was on time followed by a couple other pick ups within the Airport. Once that was completed, we were off and running to my destination without a hitch! I'm a very happy client and will be using this shuttle service again should I need to fly out of LAX (Which I really hope I don't)! read more

Did a reservation to LAX for Jan. 30th at 9:55 PM, they wanted to pick us up (4) hours ahead of time! I tried by text and e-mail to contact them about why (4) hours, because they have NO PHONE NUMBER to contact them! After, (2) days of NO response, I decided to use UBER....found out UBER is only $2.00 more! Hey, if you need to go to LAX , use UBER! read more

Guy was friendly, on time, and service was cheap. With an early flight I figured nobody would be on board but luckily I was the last stop before the airport:) I spend a lot on food but I'll airbus it from JFK to manhattan and shuttle to lax. was raised in an Asian household! Can't spend $50 to go ~five miles to the airport. on the way back because of the negative reviews I took a cab ~ which was $28 from LAX to culver city + tip read more

DO NOT BOTHER! They wanted to pick be up between 5:45 and 6:15am for a 9:35 flight. Traveling from Woodland Hills to LAX on the Forth of July. The 405 will be empty! There is no reason to pick me up so early. So I call and they tell me that they will stop to pick up other passengers. Ok... how long am I going to be in the car? I ask. 2 hours!!! with my two kids. NO WAY! Then I wanted to cancel the reservation I had just made 45 minutes ago (Took that long on hold to speak to someone). No problem they said. But they had to charge me $4... Bad customer service. The phone rep was rude and just not nice. Pay a bit more, and get a private car. My time is worth more! read more

UPDATE: This is a dual-review for Shuttle2LAX and Prime Time Shuttle. (Its the same company) Given that the ride is $20 flat, I could not refuse the cheapest option to get to LAX at 5:45am. I made a reservation on Shuttle2LAX.com. The Shuttle was more than on time, about 10 minutes to be exact. Perfect, right? WRONG. I appreciated the driver being on time, but he was rude! He did not even say "Hello." Instead he just grabs my bag, puts in the back of the van and rushes off to the freeway. *Great customer service* 2 days later: After arriving to LAX, and requesting a shuttle at the PrimeTime location at the the arrival curb, the attendant confirms the request on his tablet/iPad whatever, and tells me "Brentwood, Ok, $24. The shuttle should be here in about 10 mins." Ok great! I'll be on the road in no time. No problem. Shuttle arrives about 5 minutes later. Driver says, "Brentwood. Where are you headed to?" Me: [I mention my college] "Up the hill." Driver: "Oh the one up the hill??" Me: [thinking he's joking] "Yeah the one up the hill. You don't like that hill?" Driver: "Yeah I don't. I can't take you there." Me: "Are you kidding me??? I've been picked up and dropped off there by you guys so many times. This is crazy! I'm NEVER using you again!" WTF???? I cannot think of any explanation for this awful service. Better off taking the FLYAWAY BUS service. read more

I can't believe this company is still in business. Read all the Yelp and Google reviews. Nothing but bad experience. I used their service couple of months ago. I've used their service now for (2) round trips from Orange County to LAX. The first time, there were two of us, and the second time there were five of us. They use and/or are operated by PrimeTime Shuttle. This is one of the most mixed-bag reviews I've ever written. So I'm going to spell out the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good. Pickup at home: they showed up when promised, the drivers have been courteous, the van location tracking and their ride-ordering website is outstanding. The price is very good. The drive was quite pleasant. The bad. Return trip from LAX: another reviewer has already written, "In a nutshell I will say this: To the airport awesome. From the airport - NEVER AGAIN!" They couldn't have put it better. I timed the time it took for a shuttle to arrive to pick us up at LAX and it was 55 minutes. Frankly, the unacceptable wait is what prompted me to write this stinky review. Multiple PrimeTime vans passed us by; God only knows why. The ugly. It was one of those rare days that we got some pretty heavy rain and low temperatures which made the long, cold, and noisy wait pretty unbearable. BTW, there's nowhere to sit down. The good news is that the ride and van were very nice. The driver was outstanding, and I wish I'd gotten his name. For example, a passenger got car sick, and he handled it exceptionally well. Kudos to him! Here are my suggestions. Book Shuttle2LAX to GET to the airport, but find another way to get back (there's no round trip pricing advantage, anyway). Unfortunately, SuperShuttle may not be much better, and I know they're a lot more expensive. Dan Kap, Whittier, CA DanK5@hotmail.com read more

Saves you $1 - $4 vs. booking directly with the shuttle companies but IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!! On my way out, I was in a "Super Shuttle" -- it was on time, and an overall nice ride. On my way home, I was booked through "PrimeTime Shuttle" (or is it "Shittle"?....) -- GARBAGE! We waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF for the shuttle we booked & pre-paid! Called customer service over & over again "It'll be 10 minutes" - we heard six times. And when the PrimeTime shittle finally did show up, it smelled like poopy diapers. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, Spend the extra $2.80 and book directly with Super Shuttle. read more

Used this service in early August. Listen to other reviewers! I should have! But I chose to listen to the positive reviews and save the $! The ride to lax wasn't too bad, although they called two times to say they would be coming 15 min later than the originally scheduled time. But the ride back from lax to home was TERRIBLE. Waited an hour after we checked in with the prime time shuttle guy. So even after we entered the van, which was full, the driver still drove around and around the airport. We were wondering what he was doing since the van was already full, but then it stopped and picked up ANOTHER person!! How the heck could it have fit one more person is beyond me but I'm glad it wasn't in my row. Or else i would've been sitting on someones lap! The only saving grace was that we were dropped off first, due to our location, and I was sooo glad for that! Never again. read more

Wound up with Shuttle2Lax after looking for the cheapest shuttle rate to LAX. I couldn't believe the price ($20/person) so I scoured Yelp to see if it was too good to be true. At first I was a bit concerned at the low rating of the company, but soon I discovered that most of the negative reviews were regarding mishaps during the return shuttle service. It still sounded dicey but I couldn't resist the price. I signed up for a one-way to the airport and decided to find my own way back in order to avoid any unpleasant experiences. I was pleasantly surprised to find the shuttle had arrived just a few minutes after the scheduled time. There were no other riders after our stop so the early morning ride to LAX was smooth and uneventful. Almost a five-star service however my scheduled pick-up time was moved up 15 minutes and was not notified of the change until I called myself to confirm. Would use again for future one-way airport pickups. read more

I wasn't told that when you land that you're supposed to check in to some kiosk that doesn't even have the same name as the company. I waited for two hours, calling and texting to no avail. It wasn't mentioned to me in any emails. (My flight was 13 hrs and I had the flu and it was 6:30am to boot) The reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because the fellow at the kiosk (when I finally got there) at United was super nice and the driver, Matthew, is legend. He's a hardworking, super nice friendly guy. Seriously that dude rules. So yeah, 4-stars for hiring awesome people. read more

My parents needed to take a shuttle to LAX, and couldn't drive them down that day. I saw the price and thought I would give them a try. $20.00 plus $13.00 for each additional passenger. Nice! Easy navigation through the website and e-mail confirmation. The e-mail confirmation showed Prime Time Shuttle. It seems that they contracted us out to them, but I didn't mind. Got a call to my cell phone that morning, confirming the time that they were going to pick up. They said that they had to move the time up by 20 minutes, which was fine. Got another call about an hour before they came from an automated caller. Then, when the driver came, he called when he was outside the door. Fast and easy, planning to use them again to pick up my parents. I have read the reviews on pick-ups so I am a little hesitant. Seems like their pick-up system has not been streamlined yet. read more

Nightmare. First I got a ride to LAX with Shuttle2LAX, kinda a Uber company for airport rides. It was fine, got picked up on time and it all worked out. 4**** right there. BUT returning to LAX last night (Saturday) I had booked with them and I guess they use Prime Time Shuttle on leaving LAX. I talked to the mumbly kid employee at their pick up stop who confirmed I was booked and a shuttle was coming (I made my reservation and paid for it days earlier). I waited for over an hour with others who had been there waiting even before me. I was getting mad. Finally the mumbly kid said to me, "Sorry sir, my dispatcher just notified me that no one can take you to Hollywood tonight" not enough drivers or something. Had I used a cab or another service I would of been home already. I said, "what do I do"? He suggested a cab. He said I will be refunded with in two days. I will be watching my account closely. They totally screwed me. Such bad service. So I don't know who dropped the ball Shuttle2Lax or Prime Time Shuttle or if they are just the same company. But WARNING stay away from this crap company. read more

And she had nerve to say that they would fully refund me...hello...why would you want to keep my money if you can't do your job right!! I am going to complain your company to every avenue possible (although your Google reviews have one stars already) I was reading review online saying that they will cancel at the last moment. I didn't want to believe as they had been always on time to pick me up. To the owner: if you don't know how to properly run the business and leftpassenger stranded, please shut the damn company and go to hell. Today 5 of us separate customers had to wait almost 2 HOURS for 1 delayed arrival customer on Orime Time shuttle @ LAX arrival terminal !!! Instead of arranging next shuttle to pick this customer up, the dispatch told our driver to WAIT for this person , which total amount of waiting time at LAX arrival terminal area was almost 2 HOURS!!!!! By the time I was able to be dropped of was 3& 1/3 HOURS LATER. And it would of been 4 HOURS if i did not insisted the driver to drop me off before he was planning on to drop of the exact same customer whom let us 5 passengers waited at the LAX 2 HOURS on!! Another issue we noticed was there were severely lacked of any Prime Time Shuttle Vans at the airport pick up area while we waited during the 2 hours period. The ratio of Super Shuttle vans to Prime Shuttle noticed even by the Prime Time Shuttle staff at the LAX shuttle stand said was 20 to 1! I would suggest Shuttle2LAX to not use Prime Time Shuttle Service anymore if they want to keep growing their positive customer service level. Simply not worth it. Horrible experience. read more

Worst airport shuttle ever!!! My pick up was at 6:50 am then received an email that he will be 20 min late. I waited 10 more min to call customer service to check the status. They only contacted me once through email and no contact at all afterwards. Furthermore, the driver says nothing!!!!! He sigh as he gets on the driver seat!! Not being able to contact them and be contacted, frustrated me and made me upset. 500 feet away from my pick up point, there is a highway entrance but he had to drive local for @ 20min to get on freeway... I think shuttle2lax is the same as prime time shuttle, but since originally only had one star on yelp, maybe they needed a new name. Inefficient and long waits. I waited for fifty minutes. I understand you pay for what you get but what I am really upset about is the guy told me ten fifteen minutes, and over time... Oh, it's almost here. Once the shuttle gets here, guess what? Right before he exists lax, he says I hope you guys starts talking because I am going to make another round. So I didn't leave lax until 1.3 hours after I got to the shuttle stop. The people who drive or work here I bet gets ton of crap from angry customer and almost seems like they just don't care anymore. AVOID AT ALL COST. I would never take them again even if free. read more

I was confirmed for a 5:30am pickup on Monday morning. At exactly 3:20am I received a text message saying that my pickup time is now 5:05am. Since I hadn't planned to wake up until 5:00, and a text wasn't enough to wake/alert me, a 5:05 pickup time didn't exactly work for me. I received a call at 4:52 from the driver who needed the gate code to enter the neighborhood - who then, for some reason, couldn't understand the simple 4 digits I had to repeat to him 5 times (losing precious time in the process). I had to get dressed and get out the door in a hurry, not even getting to properly say goodbye to my parents in the process as the driver rudely kept saying "it's not my problem, it's the company" when we explained to him that the pickup time was supposed to be 5:30 and you can't expect a 3:20 text message to suffice as advance notice. So, to no surprise if you've read the other reviews, I will certainly NEVER use their service again. I'd much rather pay 3x the price and get courteous, reliable service. read more

If it was possible to give a minus 5 star I would. I am a 90% disabled veteran with medical issues and was scheduled to be picked up at LAX at 9:45 pm, on Sunday, 10-25-15. After waiting for thirty minutes I called the driver, who's phone rang but went to busy. I tried to contact Shuttle2LAX, they only have email. I tried email but did not get a reply. Because I used the shuttle I did not make arrangements with any to pick me up. By the time I was able to get someone to pick me up I had to stand on the island at the shuttle pick up for 2 1/2 hours, my legs were swollen, I was unable to get any liquids or take my shots/medications. I was billed for a round trip,$40.00, and have tried to contact the company numerous times and not one of the rat bastards have contacted me. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE TO USE THESE CLOWNS! Made reservations online for shuttle service to and from LAX, that was the easiest part because they want to take your money. At 5:05 PM, Tuesday, July 19th, I receive a text that my pick up has been changed from 3:30 AM to 3:10 AM. I texted back asking why, no response. I sent a second text stating what my original agreed upon pick up time was, again no response. 15 minutes later I emailed Customer Service, no response. They have a Chat Session on their website, utilized it, again no response on their end. It is three days later, still no response from these clowns!!! Now let's describe the service, they showed up at 2:57 AM to pick me up (see attached picture). I was ready but not happy. I almost said screw them and drove myself AND I SHOULD HAVE! The driver was nice but after all the stops, I could have driven from Diamond Bar to LAX and back to Diamond Bar in the time it took for the trip. The driver was very nice but my initial experience was in the toilet. Now let's describe the trip back in shuttle # 997 at 8:20 PM on Thursday, July 21st. First it was 30 minutes pick me up at LAX. I was waiting for an hour outside where they pick you up. Second the piece of crap didn't have functioning air conditioning. Third the driver didn't know which lane he should be in, always driving over the yellow, raised payment markers on the freeways and streets. NEVER WILL I OR A FAMILY MEMBER USE THIS SERVICE. DID I SAY NEVER!!! read more

I wish I checked Yelp before I booked. I was optimistic this company would work out. I booked a round trip shuttle for my family (6 of us total) to LAX. Pick up went fine - got confirmation email and numerous txt messages, as to be expected from a service. Driver was professional, car was nice, everything ran on time. The return shuttle is a totally different story: no txt confirmations, tried to use the online chat with no response. I also was not able to log into the app using my credentials I created for online so no way to communicate via the app. Tried the various phone numbers on the confirmation email and website with no response. Finally got a hold of someone, and after being put on hold for almost 10min, was told they didn't have car available to pick us up. Which sucks after traveling all day and landing at LAX on a Sat night packed with people. Not cool. They did refund me right away, but we were stranded. Got a taxi home, but with 6 people and lots of bags, we got lucky. Definitely will NOT be using this company again. read more

Ok, so here's the thing: This company just assigns your ride to prime time or super shuttle. The ride to the airport was great, but the ride home took 2 hours. The problem is that the driver couldn't make heads or tales as to what a good route would be. If you're going to get a shuttle, just go through one of the two companies. Please note: I booked through Shuttle2LAX, but a Primetime Shuttle van arrived to my location. Alright so I was really skeptical about taking a shared shuttle, even with a good deal through Shuttle2LAX. I have to say though this was super easy to book and my driver was pleasant! He arrived right on time! This is a great alternative if you live inland and don't want to take the Gold Line or Uber. He made stops in Glendora, Alhambra, Lincoln Heights, as well as Exposition Park and I still made it on time to LAX, Terminal 1... Super early in fact! The van was nice and clean, roomy as it was a 10 passenger van, so I had space to put my purse down while the three other passengers sat quietly. I'm glad I took advantage of the cheap fare online and would recommend. My only advice is to book ahead (my booking was 12 hours earlier and on a weekday). I didn't get the driver's name, but it was #687, one way to LAX. Thank you Sir for getting me to the airport on time and for your friendly service! read more

I needed a ride back to Orange County and my friend recommended Shuttle2LAX. My original pick-up time was 1:30, but my flight got in late around 2ish, went to the pick-up area and they said they should not be a problem and when I was at the pick-up/waiting area by the terminal around 2:30 the attendant said it'd probably be about 30-45 minutes for a pick-up. Which was fine, since my flight was delayed. I didn't get picked up 'til 4:20ish. Was the first to be picked-up from the terminal area and was last to be dropped off. I didn't get back to Orange County until close to 7 PM. Close to 4 and a half hours later, I wish I had just paid a little extra to cab it or uber it back to OC. read more

I have used this service before and have zero complaints about it. It is what it is... a ride-share shuttle service. That automatically means that there can be problems with the fact that they are picking up other people (I think at one person's house we had to wait about 15 minutes, but not terrible - everyone else was ready to go). But I use this for the price... I can find no other way (without making my friends come get me at 4am and then feeling like I really should pay them for gas/time anyway) to get from my door to LAX for near the $20 this service costs (I have found booking directly through most of the ride-share companies costs $30-$85 from my address). If I used the metro I would have to walk with all my luggage two blocks (in the dark when I fly early) and then take 3-4 different buses just to get there. NIGHTMARE. So I pay the $20 and get an easy ride from my door to LAX with just a little waiting for a few other people. Not perfect, but a pretty great deal. read more

Absolutely the worst shuttle service I've ever had. The driver was 45 minutes late picking me up for LAX and I nearly missed my plane. I kept calling his phone and he never answered. When I tried to track his location, it kept saying he was 1 minute away. He wouldn't answer or acknowledge any of my questions when he finally arrived and drove like hell to the airport. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
