I booked a ride with Shuttle2Anywhere for a trip to LAX airport with a 12:30 PM pickup. At 12:40 PM I called the driver and asked when he'd arrive and he said "What are you talking about? You have a 2:30 pickup." He quickly saw that he read the pickup time wrong and said that he couldn't make it and to call Uber. Uber had no drivers available on time so we had somebody from work drive us. We barely got our flight on time. We will never use Shuttle2Anywhere again. read more

I called to confirm my arrival pick up prior to my Washington DC departure. The telephone agent told me to look for the man wearing the red shirt and hat at LAX to notify my shuttle that I am ready for pick up. Upon arrival I looked for this red shirt and hat man and couldn't see him anywhere. When I attempted to call the 800 # it took 57 minutes to actually talk to someone. They send you on a looping goose chase by telling you to call another number if the red dressed person is not present and that number tells you the exact same thing. While waiting I waved down a Prime Time shuttle driver (as my reservation was outsource to them) gave him my name and asked if he was looking for me because I was waiting for my shuttle and couldn't get through to the company. He answered "No". Not sure why he didn't bother to tell to walk a few airlines over to find their agent. Tracking app was worthless. The times it gave me were way off. Now... It only took 20 minutes for shuttle to pick up after being called. The driver was super nice. And the agent was very nice too. The van was clean and nicely air conditioned. read more

Booked a trip from LAX to home. As I arrived at LAX, I followed the instruction and went to the Departure level and waited for the driver to pickup. I also used the their app to marked as "Ready to be picked up". Waited at Ride sharing sign C for nearly 2 hours in the cold and nothing showed up. Not a text or email to let me know about the driver and the car. I contacted them in the chat and they called me. The customer representative kept yelling and repeating that there was nothing they could do. Their dispatcher could not find a driver. She said the purpose of the call is to inform me that they could not find the driver and my only option now is to go home by myself. They then cancelled my reservation. I ended up booking an expensive Lyft ride home because none of my family and friends was available to pick me up. I'd told them I would go home by myself so they had other plans. If you can't deliver your business contract with the customer, why let them book and take the money? Why not inform them earlier so they can plan better? @Shuttle2LAX, if you read this, I don't need your empty apologies like you did with several other reviews, those didn't help. The incident already occurred. I just want people to know that you have a very bad business model. Your business model is to take our money first, and then when the time comes, figure out if you can fulfill the contract later. You should put that in your terms and conditions because I couldn't find anywhere saying you reserve the right to cancel any reservation at anytime. To people out there considering using this service: This is a low-cost service so book at your risk. You might be late for the flight or left out alone at the airport because "the dispatcher cannot find any driver at this time". My experience was top notch! I had the pleasure of riding with Gary Smith from LAX to Dana Point, CA for a business trip. He was early, helpful in getting me to where he was picking me up, and very friendly. The Suburban was clean and safe and I enjoyed the hour long ride. He even pointed out several landmarks along the way! The rates were so much less than other car services, even Uber, which made me a little leery to book. I'm so glad I did!! This is my first and last time using this shuttle service. The customer service is atrocious and I will do my best to let everyone I know NOT to use this service. My flight landed at LAX today at 3:30pm. I had a pick up time scheduled for 4:00pm. I used the app as soon as I landed to let them know I'm ready. After 10 minutes go by I still did not receive an email that provides the driver details, so I called. When I spoke with the customer service representative I expressed to her that there has not been a driver assigned as there already should have been. She tells me to call back in 15 minutes as she is going to contact their dispatch department and get a driver out. 15 minutes later, it is now 4pm and guess what still no driver. I had to call back and waited 30 minutes to be assisted. Come to find out the same lady answered the phone and she never notified dispatch. I know this because the driver told me. I requested a supervisor and she did her best to try and deter me from speaking with one. Then she tells me there's no supervisor on the floor and to call back tomorrow...I refused because being a company that is open 24/7 there's no reason I have to wait until tomorrow. She then hangs up in my face. Basically the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and because of the incompetence and failure to follow their basic procedures, I was late to pick up my daughters from daycare which incurred additional charges, and my wife's birthday experience this weekend was ruined. Confirmed a week out. No problem. Confirmed the day before. No problem. Received a notice of cancellation at 9 PM for a 5:30 AM pick up. Someone did call me when I could not reach anyone by chat. "I'm sorry". "I'm sorry." "I'm sorry...call a taxi...call someone else." This is irresponsible on their part. This is not good business practice. Arrived from my flight where i had a shuttle BOOKED in advance to pick me up at 3:05pm. I just tried booking a private RT shuttle... and it gave me multiple reservations, this is due to when processing payment, it gave me an error saying that it was an invalid payment calculation - so therefore I thought that the payment didn't process. I then called customer service a few times since after ringing, the phone just hangs up. When I got to talk to a representative, there were several excuses such as their system is down, or it is loading.. I even provided all the necessary information to she can just do a search... and then after 30-40 minutes on/off the phone, switching computers, she told me that their system has a bug... ???? A bug just doesn't come like that.... seriously, I'm in IT, so I thought this was funny. I asked for a manager's name and she couldn't provide that. I asked to speak to a manager and then at first, she said the manager is on call, then the manager is busy... without even trying..... Arrived at designated pickup at LAX on time. No shuttle was present. Called the office to contact the driver. We were notified that the driver was outside the airport and would arrive in 10 minutes. Driver arrived about 25 minutes later. As we approached the vehicle, driver remained inside for just a little too long and did not open the trunk. He eventually emerges and walks past us saying "I'll be right back." No greeting or explanation... He vanished into the distance as we wait behind the vehicle. Upon returning 10-15 minutes later he opens the trunk and allows us to load our own luggage. Driver clarifies address before attempting to dictate it 4-5 times to his phone. They lied one more and said that they don't have record of my phone call the first time. WOW! Who wouldn't be cranky after a 12+ hr flight and having to wait 2 hours for a shuttle that never came?? I had never booked a shuttle service before so I didn't realize the bad reviews on here. I thought the whole point of booking the reservation in advance with my detailed flight information was so that they can PLAN accordingly and arrive to pick me up on time. I called the customer service 3 times asking for an update on my driver and each time they told me to wait 10-15 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I asked for a refund which I still have not received (it has been a week). In an effort to save $10 using uber, I ended up wasting 2 hours and I might not even get the $30 back. I had a narrow window between the end of my midterm exam and my flight, so I decided the safest thing was to book a shuttle ahead of time. Car was 25 minutes late, and I missed my flight. I would have been close but fine if the car had been on time. My driver told me that he's just an Uber driver the company uses and that he didn't accept my ride until 10 minutes before I was supposed to be picked up. What the crap is that?! Why even book a ride ahead of time if they don't even schedule you a driver? Now they're saying they don't want to give me a refund because the time I wanted to be picked up at was too close to the time of my flight. If they had picked me up on time and I had missed, that would be one thing. But they sent me multiple texts and emails confirming my pickup time and then were late. I gave them 1 star for their trips to LAX. Book them for trips TO the airport, but NEVER EVER book their service from the airport!!! Upon arrival at their stand by the curb side at LAX, which is also the Prime Time Shuttle, you would be made to call a number to check in. And once you check in, you would be asked to STAND by that curb for 45 minutes to wait for your shuttle to pick you up.... but WAIT... it actually takes them MORE than an hour to come pick you up... In the mean time, as you call their customer hot line for update, you would have to suffer rude phone jockeys who try to explain to you that how their system work, how they need to fill their vans etc. Do you want this to happen to you??? As a follow up, an hour and 20 minutes later, their customer phone rep finally allowed me to cancel my reservation and issue me a refund... Why? Flew in from San Francisco (SFO) to LAX on a Sunday evening. It took me longer to get home than it took me to fly from San Francisco. Cheap but it might be worth the extra $5 to take someone else and cut down on time and frustration. (Shuttle2LAX) This morning, a friend with late stage cancer was visiting from St Louis, and we arranged for her to get a shuttle to LAX. The shuttle was from Huntington Beach where she had been staying with us. The shuttle service changed the time of pick up twice after reservation- the last time they changed it was 3 AM, when certainly, we were sleeping. The final shuttle pick up was to arrive to pick up my friend at 5:40 AM. I do not have a driveway I live in a series of townhomes with a common courtyard. We were poached and ready and watching for the van by 5:10. Just before time of pick up, a red van drove by, paused, and left. I assumed she was lost, so we immediately called the service who informed us we were a no show. At 5:37 we got a text that we were no show. Three minutes BEFORE time. My friend is a cancer patient returning home for chemo. Kyle, the operator stuck hard and fast to the "nothing I can do about it" story! Although Danielle, the driver had left BEFORE the pick up time by 3 minutes, that 3 minutes would have given us time to walk to the street where we saw and tried to get to the van. The customer service by Kyle was so uncaring. I explained that I too am a cancer patient and I am unable to drive. I explained that is why we called ahead to schedule this and pre-paid for it and quite unfortunately included a tip. I said I need a manager to call me so that they can arrange for her a taxi cab, how are we going to get her to the airport? We are in Huntington Beach and it is a far drive to LAX. Kyle was not concerned in the least so I told him to give me manager. He said there were none on hand. I asked him to wake someone up and have them call me. We had to arrange for someone to get her to the airport, this was the worst customer service I have experienced from just about any business. I explained to Kyle that he was dealing with late stage cancer patients who must get a patient to chemo and who had preplanned and prepaid. Danielle apparently does not know how to place a van in the park position. I Have attached two photos one shows the view from our porch where we waited, the second one shows the porch itself you can see that we clearly had a view of the van but it was dark and she could not see us. Because we were NOT waiting in the street where she DROVE PAST US, my friend was left behind. This was not only ridiculous, but it was cruel. I am going to try to get this word out to everyone I can, including the local media. Many people who use the service need it because of a disability. If you are going to need and require the customer to stand in the middle of the street, I suppose that would best be put on the website. This is so infuriating. There are many services to get to the airport, this one should be avoided at all cost. This post should be told to all of your friends who travel to LAX. They emailed me the confirmation and they texted me 30 minutes prior to my friend's arrival regarding the shuttle reservation and instruction on where to go. Scheduled pick up is 4:40pm. Remember where it's said that if something is too good to be true, then it probably is??? Well, here is where it fits best.... this service (at least their website and office staff) is horrible. Nothing against the driver, he did a good job getting me to the airport. But I paid for a round trip service so I can get back home when I return a week later. But as I was speaking to the driver, he informed me that they stop running long before I would returning home. I told him that I had a confirmation number and a location to meet the driver that night, but he said it was a mistake and that I'll need to make other arrangements. So when I contacted the main office through chat, they confirmed that no one will be meeting me to take me home that night. In the end, they said they'd refund me half of what I paid, but I would be charged a $4 cancellation fee. Needless to say, I was upset. Here I paid for a return trip home the following week, but it's not available. Their website doesn't say anything about their service ending at 5:00pm. So I'm having to make other arrangements. And what's more annoying is that they said it'll take up to 7-10 business days before I would get a refund.... it's now been 12 business days and I still haven't got a refund yet. Bottom line, this service needs to be fixed. But I'll be damned if I'll go back to them ever again. I'm much better off taking Uber... which I had to do. read more

Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! We are constantly traveling and this has been by far the worst shuttle I've ever used. We didn't even end up using them because they refused to pick us up where the worker told us to go and then lied to us and wouldn't wait. No refund was given, NOT EVEN for the pre-tip. No refund for a service they NEVER PROVIDED! Extremely unprofessional and terrible communication on the "company's" part. Use Super Shuttle instead and save yourself the time. read more
