This company shouldn't be in business, they don't know how to provide service or care about people time and money . After booking private van to lax 3 days before the traveling date . an hour before the trip they send txt that we are on schedule and 10 min before the pick up time they cancelled the trip and I didn't know because they sent an email . They didn't even bother to send text message or call When I called t confirm it was cancelled , I was on hold for 30 min then they hang up They don't care about people time or they could miss flights I wish there was zero star . I have made several attempts to receive my refund. Emails, chat sessions and phone communication. This issue has been outstanding for almost 4 months and they are taking advantage of the situation. I have email communications and chat sessions with my attempts to collect my refund. In addition, their attempt to have me go in circles with general and misleading responses. I also have communication of their denial for me to speak to a member of management and/or their accounting department. Paid for transportation services...each way., Cancelled due to Covid-19. Shuttle2LAX charged $5 per each cancellation and immediately $10 was taken from my account. It's been almost 4 months and I have not received the remaining of my refunds. They are very unprofessional and I would NOT use Shuttle2LAX. Looking into my own situation, there are more website and reviews with consumers with even worse experiences than my own. read more

This is the red vans, Primetime. Making a reservation online was really easy. I feel a bit of bait/switch, the $20 flat fee to LAX definitely got my attention. Oh wait, click through and there's a $5 LAX fee... oh wait, they recommend tipping the driver $5, and suddenly my flat fee is 50% more expensive. The shuttle arrived 5 minutes before their pickup time, 2:40am. The seating configuration baffled me, one seat here, three seats there... little to no leg room all around. Granted, it's 3am in the morning, but my driver drifting from lane to lane, cruising through yellow/red lights and holding and looking at his phone made me really uneasy. I wouldn't have tipped so generously had I known. Or maybe I'm just grumpy arriving so early (3:30am) for my 6am flight. TSA doesn't open until 4am. There's people sleeping between the Delta check-in kiosks. read more

Dude seriously got me from West Hollywood to LAX in no time flat. Exceptional service.

I was really nervous booking this shuttle service for my trip based on all the negative reviews. I booked a shuttle to LAX and a return shuttle. My flight was scheduled at 8:15am out of LAX. I got confirmation that I would get picked up at 4:45am. I live about an hour away from LAX. The night before my pick up, I got a confirmation text on my driver and the car that would be picking me up. I couldn't sleep because I was SO nervous, my shuttle would get canceled! I tracked the car at 4:30 and my driver, Abdul showed up at 4:45. It was a smooth ride and I was on time for my flight! Coming home, my plane landed late at 10:50 and my shuttle was scheduled for pick up at 11:50. Again, I got confirmation the night before on my driver, the car, and clear directions on what bus to hop on to get to the pick up location. With the long walk to baggage claim and the wait for the bus, it was already midnight. My driver Christian, kindly called me and let me know he was at the pick up location. I let me him know that there was a delay and I would get to the pick up location shortly. I ended up getting there 15 minutes later and when I hopped off, Christian's car was there waiting. I had a great experience with this shuttle service and will use them again! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Booked a week in advance online with no issue- get a call from the driver 30 minutes after I land asking where I am, I say I am on the Laxit shuttle for pickup as I was instructed. He confirmed- 3 minutes later I call them saying I am at the location and I am told my reservation was cancelled due to mechanical issues. They have no solution just told me to book other transport while absolutely stranding me. This is horrible service never book with them. read more

Worst shuttle service I've ever used. Their app is a joke, website worse the people on the phones are horrible and disconnected me 4 times today after being on hold for over 30 minutes each time. This company made my trip home for the holidays very stressful. They picked my husband and I up from our house late leaving us with only 20 minutes to spare before our flight started boarding. Additionally, the van was pretty ratty and the driver ended up kicking a couple out of the van at a random stop because he said they didn't have an accurate reservation?? I was talking with customer service the entire ride to the airport asking them what would happen if we missed our cross-country flight that cost us a lot of money and all she had to say was "don't worry, you will make your flight".... we only made our flight because we HUSTLED through the airport and got lucky that there were no hold-ups stopping us from getting to our gate. On our way home our flight was delayed and I guess the company had an issue scheduling our ride, so my husband and I have been waiting at the ride share pickup location for over an hour while they sort things out (currently sitting here fuming over the $140 I wasted on this service). This company is not very professional, very disorganized, and is not worth it. Just spend the extra money taking a personal Uber to and from the airport, this experience just really sucked. read more

This is the second time I made reservations with shuttle2lax to have them cancel or not show up at the last minute. Last time it was on a return trip, where the driver did not show up. I decided to give them another try and made round trip reservations. Day of the trip, I got reminder emails and texts, along with driver info, etc. half hour before the ride was supposed to show, I got a call with the mechanical issue excuse and they can't find another ride. When asked to speak with management, all management seemed to be in a "meeting". I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements to get to the airport in time, which costed me a lot more. I am not going to use them in the future. $10 savings is not worth the last minute scramble and headache. Not sure if Opoli is the same company, but that's what my SUV was booked with. read more

One of the Worst service i have ever opted for. Please dont take the Shuttle. They have no control over drivers. The driver will not event wait at airport if you are stuck in immigration. NO sense inside their head. Once you make the reservation and pay money you money is stuck. If you are unable to showup in time(30~40 min) which is usual in USA Immigration, the driver will leave. If you call that guy he will be nicely saying i left and will charge you 40% for no showup. But once you chat with the authority, they say your full money is gone for no show. Although they wait for 50 min, they say that they waited for 3 hr. Can you believe. They are the cheaters!!!!!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! I made a reservation several days before my international trip. On the day of they called me repeatedly to advise the driver would be 20 minutes late. I wasn't sure how they knew that a couple hours ahead of time. The new ETA came and went. I called the driver only to find out it would be another 40 minutes. He said the original driver had car trouble but he was the original driver assigned to me. I went with this company because I wanted a van pick up not some random dude in a car like Lyft or Uber. Well they were sending someone similar. That is not what I ordered and they failed miserably. I budgeted 4 hours instead of the recommended 3 for international travel and they used the hour. The traffic was heavy and I could see by his tracking that he was not going to be at my house in 20 min. I know the areas so don't try to tell me nothing. I was so upset I called a friend to take me. I cancelled the to AND fro with them because the service was poor. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Craziness. My friend booked with them as well for the same trip. Her ride into LAX was fine but the out was bad. She booked the wrong date. You would think that's not a problem but it was. They were not solutions oriented and frustrated her after 2 very long flights. I would not recommend this company. They honored my request and issued a refund email promptly. I will have to check and ensure it actually was credited back because now I don't trust their word. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable source. read more

So I was reluctant after seeing all the previous reviews...but it advertised as cheaper than Uber and Lyft and it was allowing me to schedule my ride in advance. Which I did, about 5hrs ahead. I got nervous when I saw the reviews, and almost cancelled. Than my drivers info popped up in the app. We chatted and confirmed the time. They actually picked me up a little early and I had plenty of time (for the airlines to change the gate without notifying lol). I made my flight out safe, and I thank my driver for getting me where I needed to be! read more

unreliable ride!!! very unprofessional!! booked this ride a day before our flight and paid for a van that would carry 6 passengers. received a cancellation email an hour in a half of pick up time. called customer service and waited 45 minutes to an hour to speak with a manager named carlo... no show ( customer service kyle claimed manager is too busy or avoiding to talk and resolve their customer's issue). no other manager that could resolve the problem as well. shuttle2lax do not over book rides you cannot handle! some of those flights may be may be very important no one could afford to miss. do not book with this business!! read more

I will never use shuttle2lax again. I booked my shuttle months before my flight. 30 minutes before my schedule pick up they canceled my shuttle. They don't have an actually customer service number, so I went on live chat panicking, they claimed to have call me.. yes they called me and left no voice mail. I don't pick up numbers I don't know because of all the marketing and spam phone calls I get. If you're canceling someone's flight you should at least leave a voice mail. When I finally got a hold of the live chat, they told me they canceled my ride (remember they canceled 30 minutes before my schedule pick up time) because they didn't have a representative to pick me up. I don't know why they couldn't figure this out the day before, esp since the shuttle ride was schedule months in advance. Luckily I was able to uber, which only cost a few dollars more. I will never ever book them again, and I will definitely tell all my friends and family about them. read more

My plane was delayed trying to get to the gate. Shuttle 2 driver Hamlet Malik AND customer service had left me a message where my driver was and where he would meet me. All I had to do was call when I had my bag. From the time I grabbed my bag to meeting my driver was all of 10-15 min. The time I arrived was 5:15 pm LA rush hour. My driver GOT THERE EARLY "because of the traffic" AND WAITED 40 MINUTES so he would not be late picking me up. The ride to my hotel was smooth. You never would have known we were in rush hour. We kept on moving, in his air conditioned car. I am usually a Nervous Nelly, when someone else is driving, and I have ridden with Huber drivers who have scared the heck out of me, I relaxed and enjoyed, actually enjoyed the ride through rush hour traffic. I am SO glad I did not cancel after reading these OLD reviews. I was more than impressed I just had to leave a review!! read more

I was looking to get from LAX to Huntington Beach today for a reasonable price. Obviously, I hopped on the opportunity of a $22 shuttle when other services and shuttles were double the price. I put in my card info, reservation time, and tips for the driver. Great, I'll get there! Wrong! First off, I don't receive the reservation confirmation email without hounding down the customer service which, by the way, is only contactable through chat or email. Normally I enjoy these functions, but this was something I wanted sorted out right away as I had already paid and the email had not arrived. So I ask for my confirmation email via chat function. Then I wait. No response on chat for five minutes. Seems like a petty and small time to wait, but isn't chat supposed to be instant? The chatter finally responds and I get my email. Okay, fine. I have my email, let's go! Also, haha, wrong. I go to the pickup curb and check in with the attendant. He has me stand around and wait for about 30 minutes. Then, "your van's not coming. Dispatch reassigned it." So I ask if there will be another one and am notified that there will not be another one. So now I'm in an Uber and just furious, paying literally twice the price of Shittle2LAX. Not having a customer service line is just fishy, the whole website looking back at it seemed like a scam. Change your operations for future customers, you've lost this one as it is. read more

Shuttle2LAX - "Cancellation fee" is the amount I paid on a service THEY cancelled. Great!!!! - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Los Angeles, California

UPDATE: This is the response I get from Sara... Thanks for nothing and commenting back on something lame. I was more appalled at the driver's behavior and all the BS about compensating me back? Crap load of BS. "I see that you boarded your shuttle 40 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. We want you on your shuttle within 20 minutes of your pick up time and I apologize you waited 20 minutes longer, as I know this is frustrating after a long day of travel. Our on time guarantee does not apply to the airport due to unforeseen delays that can arise around the LAX. Our shared ride service does take longer to reach your destination than a private car service, which is why our rates are much less costly. If you are interested in faster service which provides direct transportation to your destination and eliminates picking up and dropping off other passengers, please check out our https://www.gosedan.com service. I apologize again for the inconvenience." Yeah. Up sell? Yeah. RIGHT, don't bother. read more

$20 plus tip to get from LAX to my house is a pretty good deal. The company uses Prime Time Shuttle. I booked online and you need to use a credit card at time of booking. I booked my shuttle a few days prior to arriving at LAX. When you book, the company doesn't tell you who the shuttle service will be provided by until AFTER you pay. I suppose if they ever want to use a different shuttle company this gives them flexibility. Overall, the website is easy to use and I'd use them again especially if you have more than one person since it's only $11 for additional people after the first one at $20! I feel like I could copy paste any of these one star experiences the same way they paste their "sorry for your experience" response. I should start with saying that I have not had any issues with the service on the way to LAX but my last pick-up experience at LAX was so horrible that it pretty much negates any positive good will they might have had with me. On Sun 12/23, I started with a great arrival experiencing at LAX coming in an hour earlier than expected. I posted through the app that I was ready for pick-up and called the dispatch a couple times which informed me that a driver will be calling me soon. An hour later I was still waiting for a ride and asked dispatch for a refund so I could find another option. At this time the dispatch said they could not provide a refund and that a shuttle was already at the airport and I just needed to wait for my call. I think this was understandable so I buckled down and waited another hour before calling back. This time the dispatch told me (1) they could not find a shuttle that was able to take me home, (2) that I should find other accommodations, and (3) they would cancel my reservation and provide a refund. These are the reasons for the one star review: Why lie to me and say a shuttle was in the airport that was ready to pick me up? Why make me wait another hour before cancelling and providing a refund? Why make me call and ask about the status instead of telling me there is no pickup? This company does not realize how inadequate a "refund and find other accommodations" response is to a cancelled pickup because all other options for pickup are twice as expensive or more. In any case, I've learned my lesson. It is totally worth paying for Lyft or Uber for an airport pickup rather than use Shuttle2LAX. In the 90 min that I was on hold waiting to talk to a Shuttle2LAX supervisor, I was able to request a Lyft, get picked up, and taken home. A supervisor never got on the line and I was finally home so I gave up. Good job Shuttle2LAX on wearing me down with your horrible customer service. Reservation number: 183888 read more

My go-to shuttle in LA b/c the price is good. And it's dependable, they call prior to arrival. And so far, they have been on time for the most part, usually early. One time I had to wait 10 minutes longer than expected but he was still within his 15 before/after window. And it wasn't a big deal b/c I made it to the airport on time. Easy to book online and can be booked last minute. Yes it makes stops and it takes a while to get out of LAX b/c they fill the vans as much as they can so they tend to wait around. But you get what you pay for. If you want a quick ride to/from LAX, ask a good friend (that is willing to deal with the madness) or pay 4x more for a private car. Personally I prefer to pay the $20 b/c it's easier. My only gripe was one of my first experiences: Drivers should not smoke in vans. Both pick up and drop off vans reeked of cigarette smoke. Vans clearly state they are non-smoking. Gross! Luckily this hasn't been a problem that last few times I drove with them. read more

Don't use Shuttle2Lax! The driver was in the next block and turned down the wrong street while I watched. I was standing outside. He called and I told him I could see him. He backed up for a whole block to get to me. When we got to the airport I asked him what address he was given and he told me (last two numbers) which was right, but then he said a different address. When I went to chat, the agent named Rhonda was low key rude. I have a copy of the chat if anyone wants to see. On the plus side I got to the airport in time and the ride was safe but what is wrong with these confused people. Oh well it was cheap. Goodbye L.A. Back to NY! read more

Shuttle2LAX - Rude agent who responded to my question - Airport Shuttles Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I called to confirm my arrival pick up prior to my Washington DC departure. The telephone agent told me to look for the man wearing the red shirt and hat at LAX to notify my shuttle that I am ready for pick up. Upon arrival I looked for this red shirt and hat man and couldn't see him anywhere. When I attempted to call the 800 # it took 57 minutes to actually talk to someone. They send you on a looping goose chase by telling you to call another number if the red dressed person is not present and that number tells you the exact same thing. While waiting I waved down a Prime Time shuttle driver (as my reservation was outsource to them) gave him my name and asked if he was looking for me because I was waiting for my shuttle and couldn't get through to the company. He answered "No". Not sure why he didn't bother to tell to walk a few airlines over to find their agent. Tracking app was worthless. The times it gave me were way off. Now... It only took 20 minutes for shuttle to pick up after being called. The driver was super nice. And the agent was very nice too. The van was clean and nicely air conditioned. read more

The cool gps map that they offer which located their van along with routes was only a recommendation. The driver does not always follow it! Don't use this service, you will be disappointed. I booked a shuttle for 8am, got rescheduled to 8:45 when the shuttle didn't show up, and then 9:15, upon which an Uber driver picked me up (he said he was the "rescue driver" for when the shuttle drivers don't show up). Home safe & sound FINALLY! Flight home was 30 minutes late. When I got to LAX, I was kinda done paying ridiculous prices. So I remembered this shuttle that promises to take you from LAX to anywhere for $20. Let's just say it was worth the money I paid! They have no app or way to track their drivers. You literally have to reserve it online & pay ahead of time. I ordered a shuttle @ 8pm & it was to arrive by 8:30pm. That came & went so I called to ask what was happening. The lady on the phone was so rude and she explained that it's a shared ride, which means that they don't take me alone to my destination. I have to share a car with others and go to their destinations as well. The instructions on where to meet the driver are unclear. I had to open an email then follow the instructions of where to meet the car. They contracted through Prime Time Shuttle and at least half a dozen of them came and went and none were there to pick me up. I called a second time to find out where my driver was and again tried to cancel but the lady on the phone again said that because they contract out and have already paid Prime Time Shuttle, whether I cancel or not they still have already paid them so they won't refund me. I was livid at this point. I reluctantly accepted that I'd have to wait another 30 minutes for them to pick me up. My battery on my cell phone was dying so I had to sit near an outlet and wait for a driver that I couldn't tell was coming. I finally get a text that they've sent a driver and this guy picks me up in a van with the check engine light and low tire pressure lights on. Because it was a shared ride I had to wait for this guy to drive through every terminal to pick up other passengers. He weaved in and out of those lanes so much I almost got carsick. The whole way home this guy is weaving in and out of traffic and even got right up on the bumper of a car in front of us in the carpool lane and flashed his brights. Honestly the driver was quite polite but this entire experience...I'm literally going to copy and paste this and put it on Yelp and any other site I can think of to badmouth this company. Took this shuttle from Irvine to LAX for a trip a few weeks ago. Scheduled a 6AM pickup for a 9AM flight. Got a message at 1:30 AM saying pickup had been rescheduled to 7AM... not nearly early enough for us to make our flight. When I saw this message at 4:30am, I called customer service who said our 6AM pickup was still on and the message was sent in error. Then proceeded to get a call at 5:30 saying the driver was there and waiting for us. We rushed to get ready and were on the road by 5:45. Got half way to LAX and picked up another group, who were going BACK to John Wayne and they were higher priority than us! There was another guy in the car with an 8AM flight out of LAX who was also lower priority than the people that were going to John Wayne! Driver had to go 90mph up 405 to get him there with 30 minutes to spare. The individual car service we took through the same service on the way back was fine, but I will never use the shared shuttle service again. To be honest, I would never risk using this service again. read more

Shuttle2LAX or Shuttle2Anywhere is the same company. I had scheduled a pickup on 8/11 for 7am originally because my flight was at 11am at LAX which would give me plenty of time.
