Clean Cars, nice ride. great price! They were arlt LAX on time and called me to assist getting around . Great system for booking and 2/3 cheaper than Uber read more

Driver was 45 mins late. He was assign another fare before my time, causing him to be late.

Never use this service I booked a ride 6 hours before I was to be picked up...2 hours before scheduled pickup I was notified that they canceled my pickup because they had no drivers....this company has no right to be in business read more

Absolutely disgusting company not reputable not reliable do not use them. They canceled my trip 20 minutes before arrival time stating driver had mechanical issues. Simply sent a text message and left a voicemail with no resolve to get another driver. Do not use you have been warned this is absolutely the worst company in the world not reputable not reliable. Their business is a scam and they are not a true shuttle service they are a company that seeks a shuttle service for you and then bail on you DO NOT USE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! read more

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews! We had such a smooth and easy pickup at LAX last Saturday from our international flight. We booked online the day before, and when we picked up our luggage, we called our driver (Markus) to tell him which pickup spot we were at. We could track his location, car details, and estimated minutes until his arrival. Even with the crazy traffic and swarm of people, we knew exactly when to look out for him. There were 6 of us and we got picked up in a nice Lincoln Navigator. Markus was able to fit all our 10 luggages in the car and made sure we were all comfortable! The car was nice & clean, and he was very pleasant in making conversation. The drive home was smooth. Absolutely no complaints! Very smooth experience and definitely would recommend! read more

We had the best driver Brian Cross, he was friendly and called to make sure we knew where to get the ride at LAX and let us know to call if we couldn't figure it out. He was also a ray of sunshine on our ride home. Thank you Brian read more

Yeah they are cheap for a reason! I regret using this service. I booked a shuttle, was not made aware I would need to take a bus to be picked up. I checked my emails and was not made aware, I tried calling but there is no call line, the online chat was delayed and not helpful. They refused to give a refund so most I can do is tell others to use any other service. read more

Price was supposed to be $25 but ended up being $74 plus taxes. Company changed name to Shuttle2Anywhere, horrible Driver was 45 minutes late. Will never use again read more

Fantastic experience, both coming and going. Both driveers were prompt, courteous, and easy to communicate with. I also felt the price was very good. Glad to recommend them to others and to use them again. read more

Do Not Use! They will leave you stranded at the airport. Terrible service. No backup drivers if they cancel on you. Horrible business! This business doesn't care about your business! Stay away!!! read more

First this another name for Prime Time. Second the website is a scam. After filling out all the information and getting the quote, they say they need to send a verification text. It does not send ( I tried 8 times) Then you try chat and they give you a runaround and finally give you an number to call that turns out to be Prime Time. My quote on the phone was over $100 more they the website. The person on the phone, clearly not in the USA, was short and rude. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Also, you should not that they have false positive 5 star rating on the website. read more

This isn't really a shuttle service. It's like a super disorganized version of Lyft/Uber. The app and site led me to believe that a shuttle van would be doing the pick up however when I arrived here is what happened: 1. There was a group of 4 or 5 men not uniformed so I didn't know if it would be safe to share my information with them. 2. The app said the departure would be at 5:40 and we left 20 min later, and even then as we were leaving one of the men wanted to delay us further to add another person who was not at the pick up spot yet. 3. They driver do not have an app that organizes the drive for them in order, in fact they had us write down our address on a sheet of paper as we got in the car. Due to the inability to verify the vehicle plates and driver I think this could be a liability and safety concern. The good things were: Clean car Polite driver Price was 10dollars than Lyft or Uber, however if you do not have all the time in the world it is not worth the savings. read more

Be aware about cancellation fee! I had to cancel this reservation 20 min after booking and was charged a $5 cancellation fee. For what?! I'd understand if it was very close to my pickup time. I don't think a human being had touched this reservation at all. They should provide a full refund. read more

The service complete sucks and wastes of time if you want them to pick you up from LAX. I had to wait at least another 45 mins. Call the customer service and they couldn't even know the drivers information which is ridiculous. On the way to Lax from the house wasn't much a issue. The driver was on time. Yet definitely won't recommend to use their service from LAX b back read more

The driver was great, she was on time and very courteous. The car used was amazing, very roomy, we used the express suv, I am proud to recommend this service read more

My initial review was for 5 stars. But after the return trip with a different driver, I've downgraded to 4 stars. 5 stars for the first ride with driver Tony Morris , who showed up a little early, helped us load our bags and was very professional. He didn't pick up other passengers and took us directly to the airport. He navigated LA traffic like a pro. The van was nice, clean and roomy. Unfortunately the return trip wasn't so good. 2 stars for the return trip with a different driver. He was 45 minutes late with no apology or explanation. When called, he said he'd be there in 25 minutes, even though the app predicted 40 minutes, which is what it actually took. On arrival he was confused with the reservation and kept calling out the wrong name, adding to the confusion. Once stopped, he helped two passengers load their bags, but then jumped back into the vehicle, requiring one of the other passengers to help load the bags for the last lady. For the app, I was able to change the pickup time manually so that we could get to the airport earlier than the suggested time. I could watch the progress of the driver and even contact the driver if necessary. The app gives a lot of good information. You can easily change the reservation. An important note is that there doesn't seem to be any human support. If you call the support number, you just get a message saying that in order to reduce costs, there is no human support. This becomes a problem when there is an issue, because there is no one to contact except the driver, who may be the source of the issue. A potential source of confusion is that the service and app go by two different names: Shuttle2LAX and Shuttle2Anywhere. You can't choose the type of vehicle, so make sure to put the correct number of people and number of bags, because that will determine the type of vehicle. read more

We booked a shuttle for 7 people from Cudahy to LAX. Driver was friendly, on time and super helpful! We are so happy with the service that we booked a shuttle to pick us up at the Airport when we returned from our family vacation. Lucky for us we got the same driver and he made the pick up so easy. Again super friendly and he made the ride home fun! Thank you so much for making this part of our vacation stress free!!!!! read more

If you are not having a TIGHT schedule, Shuttle2LAX works fine. Pros: They are cheap for $20 compare w SuperShuttle for $42 (from North OC to LAX). They are operated under Prime Time, in case you never heard of Shuttle2LAX. * The best feature* They send you link via text of the live track of the shuttle. You can view from the map how many stops the trip, where is the shuttle and you can just run out of the door when you see the shuttle that's just a block away from you. The driver was cool and nice. Cons: My scheduled pick up was 11:15 but they did not show up until 11:40am. (I am not sure if it's normal for all Shuttles since this was my very first time no one can take me to LAX :P) My flight was 4 pm, while making reservation, the system's suggested time was 11:30 am. I opted for the 11:15 am instead. On the morning of my flight, I got a call and text that my pick up schedule was going to be 15 mins earlier, which is 11 am. However, they did not show up until 11:40 am. I didn't pay attention to the text they sent me earlier so I was rushed to wait outside at 11 am. Anyway, we made another stop at Paramount to pick up 3 folks. I still got to LAX around 12:40 pm which was more than 3 hours prior my flight. So...just you know...when you book your shuttle to airport, better give yourself enough time in case of delay. read more

Awesome ride to LAX. Driver was kind and very good at driving freeways.i recommend using shuttle2LAX

Do NOT use this company!!! We booked our private ride weeks in advance and prepaid our round trip ride. The driver was late both when we went to the airport and coming home. We waited over an hour and a half after a full day of international travel for them to pick us up. When the driver did arrive, he had multiple vehicle warning lights activated (low tire pressure and light out) and swerved all over the freeway. Unacceptable and very poor business practices. Avoid this company and spend a little more somewhere else. If I could do zero stars I would. 1 star is too generous. read more

Used them from LAX to Anaheim, and back 5 days later. First driver was 15 minutes late even though we were early and "dispatch" claimed he was already at the airport. Otherwise pretty good except uncovered nose at times in mask. Return driver called us over an hour and 15 minutes before pickup to ask if he could pick us up early. We declined saying we had planned our day to their recommended pickup time. He agreed politely and picked us up just before scheduled time. He also didn't use the HOV lanes part of the time and complained about his iPhone and Google maps integration with the shuttle app. I had to navigate with my Google maps to make sure he was headed the right way. We made decent time, but figure out your tech on your time, not while driving. Also poor mask - nose compliance. read more

If you feel like being stranded and being canceled on hire them . Suck at communicating!!!!!! We called and they kept telling us that they're on the way . Was canceled on after waiting for a hour no notice . Horrible !!!! read more

I wish I would've read the reviews before booking with this company so I could've saved myself a headache. When the dispatcher called to let me know the driver was running late, he meant LATE. I was supposed to be picked up by 2:45pm to make my 5:30pm flight, which is sufficient time to get to LAX and make my flight. However, the driver was running OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF BEHIND. I get it, traffic and accidents happen. What made me mad is that no alternative solution other than waiting (and definitely missing my flight) or cancelling my ride. Completely inconvenient to me, and they state the refund process will take up to 30 days. Absolute clowns, I will be disputing this on my credit card and making it know to everyone to never use this jank app. It may seem like a great deal financially, but what you don't pay for monetarily will burden you in other ways. read more

This company is a SHAM. I had a confirmation number and had been CHARGED for a van from LAX to Burbank. Our flight arrives at 10:30pm with 10 large suitcases and 2 small children. I leave baggage claim and call the dispatcher who tells me, their driver didn't show up and she's sorry, but she's cancelling the service. "Wait, what? How am I going to get home with 10 bags and 2 kids?". She replies, "Sorry sir" and hangs up. Just don't hire them. You'll get screwed too. read more

The "Not Good" rating is a complete understatement. I picked Shuttle2LAX as it was the first result that popped up on Google, I shouldn't have been more careful and read the reviews because I feel like I've been scammed by these folks. - Booked a shuttle for 4:30pm to take me to LAX. I have a flight at 7:30pm - I checked the status 2 hours before my pick up time. No driver assigned. - Checked again at 3:40 pm, still no driver assigned to pick me up. - Contacted Shuttle2LAX, they said they will look on the status of my reservation and driver. 20 minutes later nothing. - I don't want to wait and bllsht around, so I told I'll take a refund and will follow up next week on the status of the refund. This company doesn't have their own fleet, I swear. They probably call another shuttle fleet to book a driver. Whatever it is, it's not worth the stress and money wasted. All at all the reviews, it's mostly negative and that's for a good dmn reason. read more

I could give a 0 star I would. They have very old guys. First of all it took 38 minutes to get to us.The Asian driver does not help you with luggage, does not wait for you to secure luggage, he just drives. I used to take Mega parking and I thought they were bad. This company is worst. read more

Great experience with our trip to LAX from the Inland Empire. Our driver was courteous and safe.

I thought this service was outstanding! We booked round trip with a car that allowed for up to six people and six bags. We had five people and 6 bags. It was perfect. Driver showed up 10 minutes early to our early morning pick up. Ride was wonderful. The pick up from LAX was a little more tricky just because it's the airport and we had to wait for about 10-15 mins outside but it takes time for the driver to get through the traffic and find you. Norman helped with our bags and got us home in 30 mins. Was perfect. So much better than Uber and stressing about getting a car big enough to fit your luggage. Will use for now on!! read more

****WARNING:AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** we had a reservation February 10th for airport transport from our Disneyland hotel to pick our group up at 3:45 in the morning for our flight out of LAX at 6 am. Come 3:45 that day no one was outside waiting for us, I contacted the number for the shuttle service and the operator told us no one was coming due to 'mechanical errors'. No phone call, no warning and if it wasn't for our Uber driver we would of missed our flight. Since then I've gotten the run around from the company on getting a refund. First time I contacted them they said 5 days and now by the 3rd time ive contacted them they said they need 15 business days. Basically they're hoping I forget about it and go away so they don't have to give me a refund. Do not be tempted by the great prices, it comes at a cost. Do not use this company!!! Hi Paul. I didn't get a confirmation or ANY communication after booking a pick-up. I couldn't find Shuttle2LAX.com as it changed names from Shuttle2Anywhere.com. They ended up booking the pick-up and I had way to know it was confirmed. So I made other arrangements. Later they charged me for a no show. When I contacted their support, they blamed the lack of communication on me, when they provided NO Confirmation or any type of communication. Terrible operation and software. I would rather book ANY other transportation company next time. read more

I don't want to be redundant and repeat everything that's been said in the majority of the reviews, all I can say is, please avoid this company. We decided to use them today after my Uber ride got cancelled. Unfortunately I didn't check their ratings before I booked them online and it was the worst decision of my life. We had to wait 2 and half hours after our scheduled pick up time and the representatives lied to us over the phone every time we call them. Just save your valuable time and money and do not use this company. read more

I ordered a shuttle for a specific time and pre-paid. When I landed, I had a text message (attached) telling me to check in at the lollipop sign outside the terminal by baggage claim. I did exactly that. The employee at the lollipop sign took my reservation number and told me the shuttle was on its way in "a few minutes" which was cool because I was about 5 min early. I was so stoked when I had seen the price to reserve. Booked our drive right away. Although I should have checked Yelp prior, I didn't until we were a few days out from our flight. Then, I saw all the negative reviews. In the midst of all the flight cancellations and the negative ratings I started to get paranoid. Fortunately, customer service provided driver details the night before. Spoke with the driver day of drive and was actually picked up an hour earlier than designated pick up time! Drive was smooth and Haluk, our driver, was courteous and friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend! read more

PLEASE READ THIS! i beg you, do not use this service! I booked them to ride back from LAX to orange county, arrived to the pickup location on time, there were already people waiting there for 2 hours telling me to run. I DIDN'T LISTEN, after waiting for 30 minutes or so I start calling the office the lady on the other line laughed at me, saying I should wait a little longer, when I called after an hour, she said wait there is a van around the corner picking up people, when i ask their rep in the station he laughed said she is lying there is not even a van assigned yet and they are lying to get me of the phone. very long story short, I waited 2 hours as well, in the end they send us a GMC private van asking us to be in it 7 people in 6 people vehicle with all our language. the only reason we agreed is because everyone here so frustration. The guy working for them there say no one care in the company, he doesn't care to get fired because this company is about to be closed anyway, they do not have drivers, or vans enough to provide a decent service. Please do save yourself the trouble and go with the competition! (they had about 5 vans going by while I was waiting) I will go ahead and pursue my refund as if my like depend on it. read more

COMPLETE SCAM! They ended up assigning me Prime Time Shuttle for a recent ride to and from LAX airport. They market, and I have photos to prove, that if they are late, that the client does not pay for the ride, but this is a COMPLETE LIE! They were over 15 minutes late to pick me up from my apartment and even worse they were 2 HOURS late to pick me up from LAX. I called 8 times while waiting outside in the freezing cold, and each time they told me the driver was 5-10 minutes away for no one to show up and have to call again to be told the exact same thing for 2 hours. Finally the shuttle arrives and the whole shuttle reeked of marijuana and the driver drove very dangerously. I contacted their support and they said a manager would contact me and never did a manager contact me. Instead when I called again they said he/she was "sick" and could not call. Despite being VERY frustrated I simply requested to be refunded and they were very rude and gave me a HUGE slap in the face by just refunding $5 of the near $100 cost of the ride there and back. If you are thinking of using Shuttle2LAX, DO NOT DO IT. They will be late, lie to you, and will ruin your trip. read more
