Feel like we started in May 2025 and just wrapped up the last few things in June 2026. That being said, Rehab went back and forth with our insurance and ended up getting a lot more covered by insurance than we were expecting. Insurance was only going to cover a couple sides of siding and after all the back and forth covered all the siding. Rehab deals with insurance stuff all the time which made the process easier for us for sure. We were okay with things taking a little longer since we got more covered. We also uncovered some damage when getting the old siding removed and rehab was on top of it helping fix the problem and working with insurance to try and get that covered too. We were able to change our siding color too! Happy with all the work done.

We had hail damage from a storm in July and our roof and gutter downspouts needed to be replaced…read more We had Travelers Homeowners insurance and JCP Roofing is one of their recommended contractors. I contacted John, the owner, who promptly came out, got on the roof and inspected it, and said his team could replace the roof within 6 weeks, which was good with our schedule. Our house has a turret with an 18 on 12 roof pitch so this was NOT an easy roof to replace either. John submitted a contract that specified the type and amount of shingles, materials for the code upgrade, roof tear off and gutter downspout details. He asked for payment of my deductible and the front half of the insurance payment on the day they arrived to start the job. He also said he would provide a lien waiver upon completion and receipt of the final payment. Another roofer wanted half down on contract signing and when I asked about a lien waiver, I was told I would have to talk to the owner about that. They went out of business a few weeks later... Our roof size is 53 squares. JCP Roofing removed and replaced the roof in 2 DAYS. Quality is outstanding and after the cleanup, I would have never known they were there. The gutter downspouts were replaced a few weeks later and it took his team a few hours to do that. Those also look great and they added a couple of extensions as needed to direct the water anyway from the house. John is very personable and professional and easy to work with. His team does great work so if you need a new roof JCP Roofing is your go to company.

I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour. It was 4hrs later, he came and said he had to go get some adhesive. Two hours later (8:30) at night glued them back. On the next Monday, (my roof is now 10 days old), there were more tiles off. He said he would be there at 6:00pm. He did not show. On Tuesday I called and he said he would be there between 9:00am and 6:00pm as he would have to fit it in between "training". He was a no show, and no response to texts or calls. I tried to get a hold of him on Wednesday, and finally got him about 4:00pm. He said he was in the hospital since Monday night (when I talked to him Tuesday there was no mention of this). He said he would come by and look at it. He was a no show. Now he doesn't answer my calls or texts. Very unprofessional, poor quality, horrible communicator.

I asked a few friends on Facebook who they would call if they had a roofing issue and several people mentioned Fuller construction. I called Tony and he was very professional and came out quickly. He also met the insurance adjuster at our house so we didn't have to make multiple appointments. When they put on the new roof everyone who did the job was done quickly and professionally. They did a wonderful job. A lot of people have commented on how nice our roof looks now and we couldn't of asked for better service!

NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE! MRL Home Improvements was hired by…read moremy long-term general contractor to put on a new roof, and it was the worst experience I have had in 50 years of home ownership. Not one person of the 10-man crew spoke English, no bi-lingual supervisor ever showed up during the work, and they were totally careless about the damage they did to other parts of the house. Photos show the mountains of trash thrown on the porch, all around the yard, and onto the landscaping. There was so much being thrown off the roof that it was dangerous to step out any door. They couldn't repair all the damage they did and mess they made, but I guess they did end up paying for my GC to replace almost 100 ft of damaged gutters, 60 ft of bent fascia, and an air conditioner service call to dismantle and remove trash and 31 nails from inside. The list goes on and on. Thanks to the GC for getting the issues resolved as best as possible, but we had to cancel plans for multiple days while all the mess and damage was repaired. No reputable company would have treated our home this way, or unleased a crew of obviously under trained, disorganized, and careless workers. Worst home repair event of my life, and none of my friends or family have every experienced anything like this either. On the bright side, my GC did step up to the plate and get this resolved rather than these people just walking away. I hope their work installing backing, shingles, vents, etc. were up to snuff. At this point, only time will tell.
