I had all the exterior of my 1991 ranch completely redone. Upgraded polymer interlocking insulated vinyl siding with a moisture barrier wrap Tyvek underneath the siding. Brand new top grade soffet installed with new maintenance gutters. Also had them install an upgraded new front door. Huge difference with outside noise and temperature reduction.. Project was completed on time and on budget. Marc either called or showed up on the job site everyday. I have never dealt with a contractor professional of this caliber. Clearview should be your ONLY choice for sidings and windows in the St. Louis are. Thanks Marc!!

I work full time and do not have the time to deal with any Mickey-Mouse operation who doesn't text or use other forms of communication, or takes forever to respond in 2024. 2. They are local, so I trusted them more. I was worried about shady contractors, so I liked that they had a local business address and staff who answer a phone, email paperwork etc. They also worked within what my insurance budget. Everything from the bid to the bill was above board, not shady! 3. The crew were the most hardworking I have ever seen. And, it was so hot that week! ‍They cleaned up after each session and were professional, polite and most of all very kind people. They kept their work contained in my yard and parked properly near my house in the street. They didn't encroach upon the neighbors' property. I received no calls or complaints. They kept all their equipment in order and they were not in our way. They parked their own dumpster to toss the old roof, and someone even came quietly after dark to retrieve it. There was no evidence of their trash, not a speck - impressive! 4. When it came time for me to pay, they offered to pick up the check personally because I was worried about mailing it. I signed a contract with Stonebridge Roofing on 11/3/2025, and my large roofing/siding project was…read morefinished on 5/27/26. Now that it's been a couple months, I wanted to share my experience working with the company. Throughout the project, I found the sales rep, office staff, and management to be courteous, professional, and generally responsive. When I reported concerns, Stonebridge agreed to fix the issues and worked through many of the problems I identified. Unfortunately, the installation side of the project was much more challenging. The biggest issues in my experience were with workmanship and quality control. Although Stonebridge has quality control people, it often seemed that completed work was not thoroughly inspected before crews left the job site. Instead, many issues were discovered only after I identified them and brought them to Stonebridge. Some examples of the issues I discovered included: - Step flashing had not been installed in one area where the roof meets a wall; wood was exposed. - A bathroom exhaust vent opening was completely covered over with siding. - Exterior light fixture mounting blocks and trim pieces were either installed crooked, not fully seated, or missing altogether. - Loose, bulging, and damaged siding in multiple areas. - Exposed nails through flashing, and bent drip edge. - Multiple areas where the roofing, siding, flashing, fascia, or trim installation required correction or replacement due to poor workmanship. These examples represent only a portion of a multi-page punch list I was asked to create by Stonebridge to document the issues. Another recurring challenge was communication between sales/project management and the onsite crews. I often discussed specific install details or repair issues with sales or office personnel, but many times that information was not communicated to the crews performing the work. Installers would arrive without a clear understanding of previous discussions, requiring the same issues to be explained multiple times. An additional challenge was the language barrier with the non-English speaking onsite crews. By itself, this would not have been a concern if there had been stronger supervision and communication from Stonebridge project management. However, when questions arose about workmanship or repairs, it was very difficult to communicate directly with the installers. My goal with this review is to provide an honest account of my experience so prospective customers know what they may encounter. If you choose Stonebridge, my advice is to stay actively involved throughout your project, inspect the workmanship carefully, ask questions, and don't assume completed work has already been reviewed or inspected. In my experience, Stonebridge was willing to respond after problems were identified, but much of the responsibility for finding those problems fell on me, the homeowner. This ultimately broke down my confidence in the quality of Stonebridge's workmanship.

Poor communication & coordination between Evan's & skilled labor on site. Site supervisor was MIA for start of work. Homeowner had to modify work schedule to answer questions from skilled labor while Evan's site supervisor wasn't available & relay messages & site issues to Evan's.. Skilled laborers consistently expressed concern about materials not being available for tasks & left job unfinished. Work completed by site supervisor who didn't install per manufacturer's instructions & Evan's would not correct. They didn't abide by the contract which included & was quoted for replacement of broken wood from tree falling on roof in storm. Evan's repaired broken & splintered wood by either splicing or leaving broken pieces in place & nailing to 2x4s underneath. Structural, but not what was agreed upon in writing. Despite homeowner real-time feedback & suggestions daily during installation based on knowledge gained at an installation workshop hosted by the siding manufacturer AND the manufacturer corroborating the homeowner's feedback post installation after being invited to inspect by Evan's, Evan's STILL didn't correct all installation issues. They only repaired the most extreme issues, but the majority were left in place. They stated they'd been doing this for 30 years implying there was no way there was an issue & despite their policy stating to just call if there is an issue. If the siding manufacturer tells you there's an issue, I think it's an issue! Opinion: Obviously issues are not their concern from the way this job was mishandled & my concerns were disregarded from day one. Evan's removed back doorstep & didn't replace it. Original step still laying in the middle of the yard. Disconnected A/C unit without notice & left for the day, multiple instances. Rewired air conditioning unit incorrectly, throwing/sparking breakers. Broke internet fiber, required AT&T to repair. Despite all the above, payment was cashed within hours of receipt. Opinion: Apparently someone in the company prioritizes and has availability for what they need despite their claims to be customer-focused.

Once the contract was signed, WCC disappeared! No one from the company was here during material delivery or shingle installation. Someone did show up several days after the roofers left to do some finish work. RP Lumber (WCC's shingle deliverer) pulled straight into our driveway to unload but managed to drive off onto the lawn while backing up to leave and significantly damaged the asphalt and our irrigation system. WCC let RP Lumber do whatever they wanted to our property and did nothing to protect our interests. Roofers installed a ridge vent but did not follow the manufacturer's recommendation to run the vent to the roof lines for a pleasing appearance. We are unhappy with the way it looks. None of the roofers spoke English and WCC had no one here we could talk to about our concerns as the roof was installed. After the fact, WCC said they could redo the ridge vent for an additional cost. WCC seems to have a business plan of simply hiring out-of-town roofers and and ordering the materials and hoping everything works out. WCC Roofing isn't interested in the client after getting them to sign a contract. We know there are local roofing contractors that are much more customer-oriented and wish we had used one of them. WCC Roofing installed our new roof about seven years ago and they did an excellent job. Recently, we saw some water dripping in the fireplace so we called WCC to check it out. Their crew (Will, Ed, Aaron) arrived within a couple of days and identified a possible cause (flashing at the chimney chase) and made repairs. We figured all was good and WCC did not charge for the housecall or field work. At the time, Will suggested that the chase cap be replaced because it was sagging in the middle. About one month later, we saw drips in the fireplace so we called WCC. The WCC rescue team (as we call them) arrived and, this time, they water tested the chase cover. Presto! Drips appeared in the fireplace. Our leak problem had nothing to do with the roof and I should have taken Will's advice to replace the chase cover. I called the office to ask about paying for the service call because the problem was not related to the roof or workmanship. No charge, it is part of WCC's customer service. I am writing this review because our experience with WCC Roofing has been only very positive. They are very responsive, they do great work, and all of their employees provided great customer service. This was an easy 5-star review. Can you imagine getting your roof replaced and liking it? I couldn't until I hired WCC to replace our roof recently. Veteran owned and in business locally for decades...that gave us trust in what can be a murky industry to hire from. Jesse arrived to review our insurance claim on our roof and immediately had a couple leaks fixed on our roof before we even agreed on a contract. Jesse then scheduled the work to be done while we were on vacation and we returned to a clean and tidy exterior and a sparkly new roof! We had a cupola with a copper roof on our house. Over the years, the ravages of hail and wind had beaten the roof of the cupola to bits and rotted some of the wood frame. While this is not a big job, it was one that really needed to be done. We tried several roofers who were not interested in the job and we could not find anyone to do the job. We were referred to WCC roofing and Sheet metal and they were great. The cupola is restored to its original state, looks wonderful and the crew were great. We are very pleased with the service we received from WCC Roofing. They came out to check on a warranty claim, and completely rectified the issue. In fact, I feel they went above and beyond our expectations. James Berry responded promptly and came out as soon as could be expected to assess the problem. He spent time in the attic and the roof to ascertain the problem. After the diagnosis, he let me know he had provided a short-term fix and that someone would be out before the end of the week to complete the repair. I got a postcard in the mail from this company and I'd seen their truck working on my street. I…read morerequested a quote and they came out to take a look with an online quote coming later. I had a few questions and asked for the name of the customer down the street so I could ask my neighbor about their experience. I never got that info. I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded! I don't want to id the estimator by name, but I will say that I'm disappointed in their lack of response.

They were hired to do the roof at my Condo association. They were told by my HOA rep not to block…read morethe accessible parking spot or ramp so I have access to my home, also they are disabled spots and shouldn't be used for construction anyway. I came home to my parking spot and ramp to enter my home blocked, I asked the construction worker to move the truck, he attempted to ignore me. I had to honk at him repeatedly and wait about 10 minutes to get them to move. I also found out my neighbor had told them to move as soon as they parked in the spot and they ignored them and parked illegally. The next day they knocked on my door 4 separate times while I worked from home trying to force me to move my car from my accessible spot to get out of there way even though the HOA rep had said nothing about people needing to move for them, and again not what accessible spots are made for. Construction on the project got delayed 5 days beyond there promised timeline. They were made aware I needed access and still blocked access, don't give excuses do better. Avoid this company if you don't want to be dissatisfied.

They made fixing up my fixer upper way less stressful. They were a good price, too. They offered more - including a 5 year warranty. They really went above and beyond, which was so nice being that needed my whole roof and garage re-roofed. A note for customers: ask if there's any issues with the chimney, and they can give you info about that, too. They sent the warranty and lien waivers promptly after payment!
