Conner roofing has worked on my parents house and my father and mother in law's roof. Recently they replaced our gutters because we had issues with the contractor that worked on our roof and siding. They damaged in the tornado that hit Imperial and Arnold in March of 2025. Aaron Conner came out and was very personable and professional. He explained everything very well and was very honest with us. The price he quoted was the price we paid. They look wonderful. We had a great experience with Conner Roofing! Aaron Conner was very involved in all aspects of the job from the initial bid to completion - he provided exceptional communication by phone and text even texting on weekends when most companies are trying to avoid work. He came by to inspect the job his crews were doing and called them back to fix a couple of things until he was satisfied that it met his expectations. He dealt with our insurance company to get additional items approved that the adjuster had overlooked. He did not ask for any money until the work was done and we were completely satisfied. They were not the lowest bid, but the service they provided was definitely worth the difference. I can't say enough about the whole process. Contacted and rep showed up to view storm damage. Had positive vibes and he stated they were extremely busy but he would get back to me within a week. 5 1/2 weeks later nothing! Had roof damage from March storm. Reached out to several roofing co and Conner was 1 of them, based on radio advertising and also 1 of the other roofing companies we contacted (who turned down our job) recommended. Well it took about 2 weeks before they contacted me, gave me an appt 3 weeks out before they were able to come do estimate (really busy, yeah I get it). fast forward to 5/15, appt was for 11, joe called & asked it he could come by at 10, which I agreed. He also asked for a copy of the insurance estimate, which I also provided. I seen him pull up on the side of my house and within 5 mins he's gone! Never knocked on my door,rang door bell, I don't think he even got out of his car. So I wait a day, heard nothing, text: hey joe, did you make it out (which I knew he did) did you get the email I sent? Joe does reply back:yes got email, and that was it. I called the office to see when would I get the estimate, explained joe NEVER talked to me, and had I not seen his car I wouldn't have even known he was there. The response I got was the "so busy, storms blah blah blah, I'll have him call you". Well that was 5/16, today is 5/31 and still waiting. Well not exactly, found another roofing company and my roof is completely repaired. While Conner might be a good roofers their customer service SUCKS!!! The owner, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and made a recommendation (modified bitumen) for our flat roof that he said should completely take care of our leak. Conner roofing stepped up where multiple companies had failed to deliver. We had the roof over of our kitchen replaced a number of years ago and had the same contractor come back on four separate occasions and the roof continue to leak and the repair work was substandard. We then had another person repair the roof and they also didn't get the job done, and the roof continue to leak. I had Conner Roofing come to inspect & quote my roof after I was told by a different company that I needed a whole new roof due to storm damage & improper sealing. Guess what? No storm damage & the sealing is fine. It just needed a small patch job after the previous owner's satellite dish was left on the roof & was the origin of a small leak. No insurance claim, no deductible to pay. In fact the job was a fraction of the cost of a deductible. Thank you James at Conner Roofing for your honesty.
