I got a postcard in the mail from this company and I'd seen their truck working on my street. I requested a quote and they came out to take a look with an online quote coming later. I had a few questions and asked for the name of the customer down the street so I could ask my neighbor about their experience. I never got that info. I also never got an updated quote despite my repeated requests. Their initial quote was amongst the least expensive but I was requesting more work be added and they never responded! I don't want to id the estimator by name, but I will say that I'm disappointed in their lack of response. read more

We needed soffit repair due to house sparrows causing damage as well as modification to our downspout. David did the repair and was great. He was a pleasure to deal with and didn't do any unnecessary replacement of gutters. We believe the pricing was fair for the work performed. We recommend them highly. read more

I cannot say how incredibly disappointed I am with Bone Dry Roofing. If you have a leak and you're not sure where it's coming from... The last thing I would do is call these guys. They swindled me out of thousands of dollars. I had a leak coming into my living room so I had them come out. They assured me the leak was due to an issue with my roof and I signed with them and paid thousands of dollars to have this area repaired. Since then, water has been coming into my house and the exact same location. I had them out to take a look at it and they told me that the leak was due to the tuckpointing and masonry needing updating. They are recommending I pay thousands of dollars to have the tuckpointing fixed. It seems like the roof didn't need to be fixed at all and I paid thousands of dollars for no reason. I am very upset as they have a guarantee for their work but are claiming that this does not fall under that since it's a separate issue. The leak in my house is In the exact same spot as it was when they originally came out to diagnose the issue. They cannot be trusted, and I would use anyone else. read more

Called and Left a message to set up an appointment for an estimate and I never heard back it's been a few weeks now.

They stand behind their work...8 years later! I called Bone Dry to replace a vent cap on our second story that had blown off (it was the original from 1986). When they came to look at it, I showed them a piece of flashing that they had put on in 2012 when they replaced my roof. It never matched the siding properly and asked if there was anything they could do. Additionally, a small piece of flashing had come loose at the chimney. They fixed my flashing issues, at no charge. They were very responsive and professional throughout. You do not get that level of service anymore, anywhere! read more

We had a new roof put on a couple days ago and it looks great. It was a true pleasure working with Tim and his crew. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and the communication was awesome! I didn't realize just how difficult it can be to get roofing service when absolutely needed ASAP. Thank goodness I found Bone Dry Roofing. It is such a relief to find reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, careful contractors. Tim Minton, the branch manager, personally handled the job on Saturday. He replaced some shingles that had blown off in high winds, and caulked some vents and other areas he spotted. Nicole, the office contact, was very helpful and assured me the job would be completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. I called because I bought a house that was condemned. It was condemned because the roof was leaking heavily and needed repair or a new roof put on. When I called to try and get a quote I was told "we don't work on condemned houses even after I told the lady "ITS CONDEMNED BECAUSE IT NEEDS A NEE ROOF!" I called back a month or so later and talked to someone different who obviously could understand what I was saying and they offered to come out. Well right after I talked to the second person another roofing company that provided a quote said they could come out in 2 days so I went with them. Maybe if the woman I talked to wasn't incompetent I would have hired this company. Frustrating talking to people who obviously don't care. Use flat roof company, that's my recommendation. read more

They installed a new roof and did soffit repair. The whole process took 5 months. Now one side of my house is still dripping water. And I was told there is nothing they can do. it is because of the design of the house. I have to find another company to fix the issue. Their sales person are very nice before the contract is signed. After that, your call will go to voicemail and all communications will go through text-messages. They are fine with big project like new roof installation because it brings big bucks. Do not expect they treat other repairs in the same manner, you must be willing to hire someone else to do other small repairs along with the roof issue. The work done on my roof was fast and afterward, they cleaned and left my yard better than they found it. The roof looked great and I was very happy. The only thing that was out of their control was the color of the roof tiles was lighter than the rest of the roof. Job well done!!!! read more

In May 2016, we replaced our roof due to hail damage. I had no clue which company to select, so I started with companies that are recommended by Angie's List. (If you don't have a membership, seriously consider it. It's worth the $) I reached out to 4 companies, and Bone Dry was the first and quickest to respond. Their customer service is outstanding! They really take the time to work with the customer and if need be, work with your insurance company as well. We opted for a 50 yr roof. Besides the outstanding customer service they also offer a warranty transfer. What that means is, if you sell your home, it will transfer to the next new owners! Can't beat that!!! They started on our roof at 8am and were done and cleaned up by 3. They do ask that they meet with the owner on day prior to work beginning and then again at the end to do a site inspection, which entails walking to make sure nothing was left behind, nails, etc. My yard was spotless. The other added bonus that they offer is, if a neighbor in return gets a roof, knowing you referred them, you will be mailed a $100 gift card. That is the only black mark on this company. My neighbor did get a new roof and we were not mailed the complementary gift card. On a scale from 1-10, we would rate them and 9 and would recommend them. *If you have satellite service of any nature, TV, Internet, etc you will need to call them prior to getting new roof to set up appointment to reinstall dish(s)* read more

Bone dry roofing repaired our chimney chase lid and we purchased the stainless collar and rain cap. They did not give us a stainless cap, they reused the old cap we already had. When questioned we were accused of trying to cheat them out of payment for the job and they would not discuss the issue. Very unprofessional and argumentative when we just wanted to discuss the job done. We dropped the issue to just get them to leave. Would not recommend. read more

Since we were expecting several days of rain, they were very concerned with our need to have it fixed before more inside damage to our ceiling could occur.
