First, I want to say Ivan is a very hardworking young man. He was extremely polite, well groomed and very well spoken. In short, he impressed me. He began work immediately upon arrival. He was very prompt. He cleaned out my gutters that hadn't been done in at least 7 years! (I did not know this until after Ivan had already finished and left.) It was a stinking mess! But Ivan worked nonstop, very quickly and was 110% thorough. He did not even ask for an increase in payment after seeing the mess he had to deal with, and the now extra work he'd wind up doing. But I saw, and my husband and I immediately increased it for him, as he well DESERVED! Ivan was very professional and as I've already said, we were quite pleased with his work because he did go above and beyond his call of duty by 1) sending us pics of our gutters, before and after...and 2) cleaning sides of the house. (I mean, we only hired him to clean out our gutters but he cleaned up what needed cleaning. He left our home clean and even in better shape than it was!) My husband and I are so pleased with his work that we intend on calling on him for other home projects, if he'll take them that is! Lol! Look, bottom line...it's nice to see such a hard, working young man anymore! Like I told him when he was here...,"Ivan, I bet your parents are quite proud of you!", Because he really was such a good, honest, hardworking young man! read more

Ivan was extremely professional. He gave me an estimate within 10 minutes nd it was very competitive. Our gutter was really nessy since it was never cleaned for 20 years by the previous owners. He came right on time and cleaned up the really messy gutters in a very short time. He shared before and after photos. He also gave me recommendations on changing the second story gutter because it was buckling due to all the weight it was carrying. I was really happy that I got him to help with this project. I also scheduled him for a post fall cleanup. I will definitely recommend him to my fringe and family in a heartbeat. read more

I&S Gutter Cleaning Services is a great company and would highly recommend them. I reached out to Ivan and received a quote within minutes. He said that he was finishing up a job that was only a few minutes away from my house and could be there within 10 minutes. I was concerned about having him clean my gutters without me being home but he set my mind at ease. While doing the work he would send me text updates and then at the end I received before and after pictures. Everything was professional, quick, easy and at a great price. I will definitely reach out to I&S Gutter Cleaning Services again in the future. read more

This company is amazing. After I purchased, I completed a form on I&S website and Ivan called me shortly after. Even with the 4th of July Holiday, he called and scheduled me for a couple of days out. Immediately after our phone call, he sent a professional confirmation text. On the day of my service, he sent a reminder text to let me know he was 10 minutes out. He did a thorough job and sent before and after pictures! Pretty cool to see how clean they are now. He cleaned up afterwards and asked if I was satisfied. I cannot recommend high enough. Read his reviews! He's amazing. read more

I reached out to Ivan about gutter cleaning and he responded within minutes! A few back & forth texts and we were scheduled. Day of, he & his partner arrived promptly at the scheduled time, did a quick review of the property and got straight to work. He sent before & after photos of each section of gutters before moving on to the next section and did a thorough cleanup after removing the debris. It only took them about 30 minutes to do the job and cleanup, start to finish! Ivan & his partner were superb!! He's definitely the go-to person for gutters! Thank you Ivan! read more

Thank you I&S Gutter Cleaning! These two young men did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters on my house and garage. Ivan communicated throughout the process and texted before and after pictures of their work. Not one speck of debris in the cleaned gutters or on the ground after they meticulously cleaned up. He pointed out damage to my facia board that had gone unreported by a roofing company I previously used. Overall 5 STARS on price, communication, professionalism, performance, and cleanup. Bonus: They are fully insured! read more

Found I&S online and this was the first time we used this company. Very happy we tried them! He takes before and after pictures and texts them to you real time. We have a pool very near to our house and he was careful not to let debris fall in the pool. (Unlike the "Karen" review) He cleaned up any leave mess that dropped from the gutters. He took a video of the water and then it draining when he unclogged it. Very responsive and reasonable. Paid via Venmo. Very convenient! Highly recommend and will use again! read more

Very quick to respond, very polite and professional. My gutters look much better now. They were done in less than an hour (amazing) and accepted various forms of convenient payment. Ivan gave me valuable advice about my gutter's fascia boards as well, so that was much appreciated! Will definitely be calling them again for future gutter cleaning. Probably the happiest duo of people I've ever hired to do anything to my house. read more

Used the Groupon, Ivan scheduled and came out within a few days, amazing turnaround/service. He is SO thorough in the cleaning and even sends before and after pictures from the roof to show how clean he gets the gutters... really can't say enough great things about this company/service. Professionalism and attention to detail would be an understatement. I have found out gutter cleaning for life! read more

Excellent and prompt work done on our gutters by Ivan. Initial gutter cleaning was done quickly and well at a reasonable price. We also needed a bit of gutter repair done, for which he rearranged his schedule to complete on time and on budget. I waited to give a review until we had a strong rain to check on the quality of the repair work, and the gutter repair was perfect. Highly recommended. read more

I really appreciate Ivan and (so sorry I forgot his name) his partner coming out. They came out at 7:30 and were leaving by just after 9am. I was impressed. Our house is a 2500+sqft 2 story with rather steep roofing at the top, and a detached garage. Pricing beat all the other quotes we received, and we didn't have to sacrifice quality. Job well done. We're hiring them again. read more

Ivan and his assistant gave us a competitive bid to clean our gutters and install gutter guards. They installed in the following week and look great. Was able to pay with Venmo which made the entire transaction super smooth. His customer service is outstanding - he sends before and after pictures periodically during the job. I highly recommend him. read more
