First, I want to say Ivan is a very hardworking young man. He was extremely polite, well groomed and very well spoken. In short, he impressed me. He began work immediately upon arrival. He was very prompt. He cleaned out my gutters that hadn't been done in at least 7 years! (I did not know this until after Ivan had already finished and left.) It was a stinking mess! But Ivan worked nonstop, very quickly and was 110% thorough. He did not even ask for an increase in payment after seeing the mess he had to deal with, and the now extra work he'd wind up doing. But I saw, and my husband and I immediately increased it for him, as he well DESERVED! Ivan was very professional and as I've already said, we were quite pleased with his work because he did go above and beyond his call of duty by 1) sending us pics of our gutters, before and after...and 2) cleaning sides of the house. (I mean, we only hired him to clean out our gutters but he cleaned up what needed cleaning. He left our home clean and even in better shape than it was!) My husband and I are so pleased with his work that we intend on calling on him for other home projects, if he'll take them that is! Lol! Ivan was extremely professional. He gave me an estimate within 10 minutes nd it was very competitive. Our gutter was really nessy since it was never cleaned for 20 years by the previous owners. He came right on time and cleaned up the really messy gutters in a very short time. He shared before and after photos. This company is amazing. After I purchased, I completed a form on I&S website and Ivan called me shortly after. Even with the 4th of July Holiday, he called and scheduled me for a couple of days out. Found I&S online and this was the first time we used this company. Very happy we tried them! He takes before and after pictures and texts them to you real time. We have a pool very near to our house and he was careful not to let debris fall in the pool. (Unlike the "Karen" review) He cleaned up any leave mess that dropped from the gutters.
