James from Aerotech came today to clean our gutters and provide extra help with one of them that was clogged underground. He did a great job and went above and beyond! He checked all our gutters with underground spouts and actually put in screws on one gutter that was missing them at the top. Updated: I am updating my review based solely on Jason, the president of Aerotech reaching out to me. He responded to my review quickly, made sure everything was right, apologized and ensured me they want their customers to be happy and sent me an Amazon gift card. While it's still upsetting that I had to go through all that, I was happy that the experience I had was being taken seriously and handled professionally. Original: I hired this company based on reviews and I am very disappointed that I did. I have had nothing but problems with them. No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. I had to use my video surveillance to see what day they showed up. Now they have double charged me for the work. I would not recommend them. read more

I had a very unusual facia situation and worked with Preston the estimator and job foreman he assured me that there would not be any oil canning he also coordinated with me on how to interface with the top cap and the roof itself. After six months of negotiating with him on a terrible looking front yard facia he basically told me that that's all he could do for me, nd that the work they did was exemplary. This was a $5000 facia job. I have since learned a lot about facia and now have a proper design and I'm going to a different contractor and spending another 4000 to get the job done right. Aerotech has been around for a long time and we were hoping that their name would be good enough of a guarantee but a guarantee is only as good as the company that gives it. read more

Hiring Aerotech gutter is a risk. Make sure you read their contract word to word, twice. I hired them to clean and maintain my gutters since I am unable now to clean the gutters myself. Four weeks after "service" my gutters were spilling rain water. I asked them to return my $90.00 for latest "service." The $700.00 I initially paid to hire them for year-around maintenance is a total loss. Preston, a salesman, came to my home to discuss the issue. He "reminded" me that, on the last visit, they only clean the tops of the gutter screens, not the gutter itself. HIDDEN COSTS UNLESS YOU READ CONTRACT word by word, twice! This is one of the WORST companies I've ever used! I contacted them January 2, 2021 for a gutter damaged by a deliver truck. They came and did the estimate very quickly then harassed me via phone messages and texts to sign the contract for the repair. I told them I was waiting for approval from the deliver truck company who was paying for the damage. Once approved, it took them 3 months to come do the work after several phone calls. Then while onsite doing the repairs I asked for another estimate to fix another problem area. I signed the estimate that day and then waited for over FOUR months for them to come back after I called 4-5 times. On my 5th call, I was told they would be there "tomorrow". Tomorrow came and went despite me calling three times that day. Then I was told the supervisor was going to come the next day and personally do or oversee the work. The next day two installers came to "review the job". They said they could not get the needed materials and that the job could not be done soon. They said the job should have never been estimated/contracted as it's much more work than estimated. We agreed to part ways as I can't wait another 4 months as I'm trying to sell my home. Aerotech just completed siding, gutters, columns, fascia and soffit on my house. The house looks like they set a brand new one on top of the old one. The transformation was unbelievable. They also consulted with other contractors doing some other work and coordinated with all of them to ensure I had a top notch job all around. Great attention to detail. The technician who cleaned our gutters went over and beyond to make sure not only the gutters were cleaned out but everywhere else that leaves had fallen, he blew off the patios , walkways, and driveway as well as the gardens!! Now that's service! I've used Aerotech for the past 7 years and if I ever had a complaint (which is rare, but happened maybe twice) they were back at my house immediately to make up for the mishap and make it right! I set up an estimate appt for some gutter cleaning and some new gutters. Got a quote of $135 for whole house gutter cleaning and ~$400 for the spot repairs which sounded reasonable. When they sent the written estimate it showed $540 for a yearly cleaning plan which the estimator, Preston Maggard never mentioned. He quoted a one time price of $135 and said nothing about a yearly plan which I don't need. read more

warning - be sure you have gutter cleaning details in writing. the gentleman that came to my house to sign me up for gutter cleaning told me one thing, and the actual service was totally different. i was told they call before they come...they do not. i was told they do not get on the roof - oh yes they do. i was told all debris would be collected and removed from my property...did not happen. a kid came with a gas powered blower, blew out the gutters and left all debris all over my patio, foundation plants, etc. my house took him less than 20 minutes to complete, and i was charged $125.00 for this service. i called to complain, and they offered to send someone to clean up the mess. by the time they called back, i had already cleaned everything up. i will no longer work with them. i was told one thing and received another.... i am a contractor and have reccomended them to my customers in the past - i won't do that again! read more

I signed up for the 2 gutter clearing per year at $190/visit. The first time was last year, never noticed any change but I assumed they would call me when they were coming for the second time. They came in january when I didnt need it but it must have been convenient for their business then. They left screws on my driveway and I was lucky I found before puncturing my tires. When I called them they said they were at my house for 23 minutes. I cant beieve anyone can clean the 14 downspouts and each run for a 4500 sq ft house in that time. I got ripped off and now my gutters are stuffed, when I need it most. I'll never use them again. Also, never found the part that is missing off one spot. read more

I have been an Aerotech customer for many years, and I have never had a complaint about their service. Yes, it seems pricey--but I have a house that is two stories in the front and my cleaning the gutters is impossible. They vacuum out the gutters and downspouts and they take all the disgusting goop with them--it doesn't end up in the flower beds and on the steps like the college kids I hired years ago left. (Now I shutter to think what might have happened had one of them fallen--I'd still be in court!) The techs leave a little flag in your yard to let you know they've cleaned that day. Any problems with the gutters not draining and they will send someone quickly to deal with it. I recently had them replace some downspouts that were damaged during a hail storm. The techs were courteous and did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them for any gutter work you need. I will continue to use them as they take one job off the "to do" list with very little effort on my part. read more
