Ashley was friendly and connected me one of their guys. Brandon came out the next day. I work from home so I saw him as he pulled up. He was really friendly and walked me through what he was going to do. Then he went over my roof and even my siding and windows with a fine tooth comb! After he showed me a VERY detailed inspection report. He found a ton of stuff I had no idea was an issue or damage but he explained what it was and then we called my insurance and set up for my adjustor to come. He met my adjustor and talked with them for a while, going over the propertty again and with a ton of paperwork. Brandon and his guy (can't remeber his name) made all the complex paperwork make sense and then got my homeowner insurance to cover nearly everything! I only had to pay my deductable and I got a new roof and siding and even some gutters! Even our little casita got a new lid. It looks GREAT and they were really fast. ...Oh, and I have always heard that roofers left a mess but these guys really cleaned uop nice. Willie at Gallagher is a straight up con man and lied about everything from siding to gutter guards. #3. Gallagher uses all unvetted illegal labor on your home. The horrendous job completed by them resulted in over 40 different issues excluding the fact that they did not waterproof my house by replacing the Tyvek and blatantly lied to my face about it. I had them pull back the siding and could see the results, they apologized and replaced the entire job after much deliberation. #4. They (Willie) went out of their way to show me these beautiful aluminum gutter guards and had me hold them showing me what was going on my house. They tore off all of my perfectly fine gutter guards and replaced them with cheap crap that blows off constantly all over my house. #5. When contacting Gallagher attempting to speak to the owner, he blocked me. When I requested that they either follow through with what was promised or replace what I had before they ever touched them, they EXTORTED me for an additional $1,700. BUYER BEWARE. No communication, weeks on end of getting the work done, told they would contact me but then just showed up finally to do it without any notice that they would be on my property. The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s.
