Now the j-channel and siding along several roof-to-wall intersections are significantly warping, buckling, and pulling away from the house. It's doing this on the front and back slopes of my home where the j-channel meets the shingles (see the additional photos I posted). My original review documents all the problems I had working with Stonebridge over the 7-months it took them to finish my project. Three months after the finish date, I'm now having more issues from the work they did. If you want your roof/siding job to go smoothly, be managed properly, and be installed correctly the first time, I highly recommend you look to another company. Although I appreciate Stonebridge standing behind their work, I do not recommend using them due to the poor installation and project management issues I've experienced working with them.

The receptionist was a good first impression of the company. The guy who came out was amazing. I was so impressed by him. He called 2 days in advance and said that he might be able to come out even earlier than the appointment. Score! The day I was scheduled for was rainy. I almost thought they might cancel due to the weather conditions, but nope! My guy called and came out earlier than scheduled (which worked well for me). It was rainy, but without any doubt he pulled out his ladder and got to work. He diagnosed, corrected and filled me in on the problem in less than 10 minutes. He was also just so up-right and friendly!! It was like he were a worker from an idealized 1950s. And even though it was raining and he had other appointments to get to, he offered to give me an estimate on installing gutter guards. He measured every gutter around my house and garage and then got my email so he could send me the formal estimate. It came later that day. Such impressive service! I will definitely be using WCC for all my roofing and gutter needs. Fantastic company and employees!

I hired John Beal Roofing in April 2025 for a gazebo metal roof installation. The project was not…read morecompleted until January 2026, and the process involved repeated delays, missed appointments, and significant communication issues. Throughout the project, there were multiple occasions when I was told crews would arrive and they did not, resulting in lost time, schedule disruptions, and frustration. There were also repeated delays due to various issues, including vehicle problems and product-related issues. The project had several ordering and communication problems. The first product delivered was the wrong color, and the company acknowledged that error. The replacement product appeared different from what had been represented in emails from their representative. I had not received an actual color sample, and after the delays already experienced, I accepted the color to avoid further delays. However, additional delays continued due to issues with the skylight, including miscommunication regarding the order and a damaged product being received. Communication throughout the project was one of my biggest concerns. I was often not kept updated on progress or changes. There were multiple occasions when crews arrived without advance notice, despite being specifically instructed that I needed to be notified by phone or text before anyone came to my property. Additionally, I was unable to communicate directly with the onsite crew and had to rely on third parties to relay questions, instructions, and information, which added another challenge to an already difficult process. During one unannounced visit, the crew left my gate open while they were still on my property, and my dogs got loose. Thankfully, no one was injured, but I sustained a foot injury while trying to retrieve them. I notified the company and provided updates while seeking medical care, including a specialist visit. Despite being informed of the incident and my ongoing medical care, I never received acknowledgment of what happened, an apology, or any follow-up from the company. I am still dealing with residual issues from this injury. While the roof has now been installed, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been. My recommendation to anyone considering using John Beal Roofing is to make sure all scheduling expectations, communication requirements, and project details are clearly documented upfront and followed throughout the process.
