I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? It was still leaking in March when it was nice enough for me to get on the roof to find 40+ year old flashing that we agreed needed to be replaced before the project started. I had to take off work to explain this to his contactor, and he agreed to replace the flashing. It leaked again last week so I had a third party go on the roof to see if they could stop the leak. He found the new flashing was improperly installed and had old flashing underneath. Now I have to find a competent roofer to fix the work as well as a plasterer to fix the ceiling and wall that are destroyed. Avoid this nightmare and choose a different roofer.
