Do NOT use this company. They do terrible work; no attention to detail. And don't expect them to…read morefix their screw ups either. They will refuse. Take your money to a company you can trust.

My experience with this company could not have been more stellar. We had carpet in our house that…read moremust have been at least forty years old. We finally decided that it was time to pull the trigger. We stopped by the business and selected "Shaw Heritage Oak" vinyl plank flooring. It's a light greyish color that is just gorgeous! We had them do the Master Bedroom first and then decided that we could live with the same for the rest of the upstairs. They had their work cut out for them. We have a house that was built in the seventies and the floors were very wavy and had been laid with pressed wood and just regular nails instead of screws. So, over the years there was much movement and those simple nails had become loose and caused all of the unevenness. They also replaced three or four boards and installed about one million and six screws to tighten up the floor. Just kidding! But they really DID use a bunch of screws!!!! Then they "floated" the floor with a fine mixture that looks like concrete and does a great job of making the floor even again. They used sixty bags of that stuff. It took them about four days of work with several people to get it done. They even moved the furniture back and forth as needed. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks Elliott flooring.

I was referred to the owner (let's call him Guy #1) by our painter. We were looking for someone to…read moreinstall glass tiles we had purchased, on the backsplash of our kitchen. After leaving several messages, Guy #1 called me back and said he would send over another guy (Guy #2) to look at the site and give us a quote. The other guy showed up, we discussed the job, he gave us a quote and we accepted. He asked that we order some additional tile and we agreed I would call him when the tile was in--so we could schedule the install. The tile was here in a week, so I called Guy #2. Left a message, but he didn't respond. After a couple of days I called Guy #1 and left a message, letting him know I hadn't heard from Guy #2 and wanted to schedule the work. After a day or so, Guy #1 called and said he needed to talk with Guy #2 to be sure, but he thought they could start on Thursday. We agreed that I would call Guy #2 on Wednesday, to confirm. I called Guy #2 on Wednesday and left a message. When I hadn't heard back by 5:00 pm, I called Guy #1 and he said he needed to talk to (wait for it) Guy #3 (that's THREE) to find out if he was still able to come on Thursday. He said he'd call me right back. When Thursday morning rolled around and we hadn't heard anything further, I just figured nobody was coming. Then around 9:00 am, Guy #2 called and said that Guy #3 would be there sometime in the morning. Guy #3 arrived before noon. I showed him around and we discussed the work. We live in a loft condominium unit. When Guy #2 had originally come out to bid the job, we discussed how we were concerned about possible damage from having a water-cooled saw inside our unit for them to cut the tile. Guy #2 assured us that he (Guy #2) had smaller a saw that would work fine for inside work. He could put plastic down in our unit and protect everything from any dust and spray. But when Guy #3 showed up, he said he knew nothing about that. His saw is huge, so he said we could just put it in the parking garage and they could run down/up whenever they needed to make a cut. We looked around in the garage and the only electrical outlet that would be available was a GFCI outlet--his saw would not work on a GFCI outlet. I told him I was uncomfortable having his big saw in our unit and he agreed. He was pretty nervous about the prospect. He left and said he would talk with Guy #2 to come up with Plan B. I immediately found another guy and our new backsplash is now in. We are very happy with the company we found to do the work. As of today, four days after Guy #3 said he would talk with Guy #2 and someone would get back to me, no one has. I'm a little disappointed because I'm kind of looking forward to telling them how I found someone else, who did the job on the same day I called them, at half the price. If you are considering having any work done by The Millennium Flooring Group, based on our experience, I would suggest you run as fast as you can in the other direction--and don't look back.
