Absolutely trash work, worked 11 hours in 2 days. Did a terrible job and complained and said 'dirt is expensive' 'sod is expensive, walk way is not level and they just do half ass work. Total rip off and should close. Very unprofessional and does not communicate for anything. Office is 3 blocks from our house. STAY AWAY!!!! Didn't level the walkway or space stones just widened it and didn't do work. Planted 9 out of 10 trees that were paid for and didn't credit one of the trees couldn't plant. Out of any company we have hired to do work at our house in the 12 years we have been here, this has been the absolute worst company. I cannot stress enough that you should absolutely avoid this company. I want to save the next people from the experience we had, so read on. We are hitting the 4 month mark for a patio and retaining wall and it's still not 100% finished. I'll start with the misleading information on their website. I had read their reviews and looked at some of the work on their site and all looked good. On their site it stated that they handle the job, start to finish. Said they do patios, retaining walls, landscaping, etc. and do not subcontract. Well that was lie number one. We didn't know until about a month in that he had subcontracted a concrete company because "oh no we don't do cement work". Not sure why their site said they do concrete patios from start to finish if that's not true. The concrete company they hired were AWFUL. Never came to work on it, when they did they left after an hour so no real work got done, left trash and bottles and cigarette butts all over our yard. When he finally told me he hired them and they were obviously a terrible choice, there was nothing we could do. We didn't hire these guys so I had no say so or ability to get them to come and work, they were hired by Drew with Natures Touch. They would tell me "we were hired by Drew, not you." After weeks and weeks of asking Drew when they would be here to do the patio, I was mostly ghosted. When he did respond he would tell me a date and no one ever showed on the days he promised. When I voiced my frustrations over the amount of time it was taking, I had to hear about how it was so difficult for him. That he hired terrible concrete people and it's been a headache for him. When you have a rightfully angry customer the last thing they want to hear is how hard the situation is on you. We looked at the reviews for the concrete company and they were all terrible. I sent him screenshots to show the company he hired is known to be awful and got no response. I got some apologies from Drew, stating I was "one of the nicest customers he has ever had" because I was very understanding and let a lot slide because Drew seems like a nice kid. Drew said "if I were doing this job I would have it done in 3 weeks" and he admitted that this experience is awful and that he realizes how unacceptable this is, especially with a $12,000 price tag. The only thing I asked for, which is more than fair for the insane timeline this has been on (and the shotty work the concrete guys did, patio isn't even level) I asked that Drew put in a small railing on the part of the retaining wall where it's high off the ground so no one falls. He agreed he would do this part pro bono for everything we have put up with. That was on June 7th. I was told he would be out to do it every week since and never showed. This week, he told me he would do it Tuesday, on Tuesday he said he can't make it but will have it done today. And I just got a txt saying he left to go out of town and he crew is finishing another job and now it will be next week. We are talking about maybe 3 hours worth of work. And if I owned this business and put first time clients through this, I would have been out myself to complete the pro bono work before my regular jobs to try and salvage a customer. This entire 16 weeks I am the one who had to proactively reach out for dates and times and basic information. Never once did natures touch reach out to us. I had to be the one always and most of the time just ghosted. When I would call out that I am being ghosted, I would get a one word answer but no apology for not answering for days. So here we are June 25 when this started April 1 and it's still not completed. I wish I could go back in time and hire someone else. This has been the biggest mistake and a very costly one at that. I could demand more or go the legal route to get the entire cost covered but all I asked for was a small railing be put up pro bono. And he can't even do that.
