Tom went with us to pick out the stone, then built us a beautiful pathway, expertly designed and installed with care. The design required a lot of the stones to be cut, but even with the large number of cuts required, the path was installed in about 3 days. His team really worked hard to ensure the design came to life. We also had Signature install sod in the back yard (which our dog had destroyed). The guys cut out the old sod, created the perfectly graded base and fertilized for success. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Tom is patient and willing to adapt to the customer's needs and landscaping conditions in the yard. Highly recommended.

Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn't work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I've worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I'm exhausted and simply want the product removed--I certainly don't want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn't work. I've also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you're considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic--they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues. However, the lighting division has been a complete mess, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for outdoor lighting services.

Steve was great, although sometimes very hard to reach - be persistent, he had helped get the drawings to my HOA so we could get approval and set for install same day as move in. I say be persistent as I just followed up until I would hear from him as sometimes it would be days and I had no idea what stage the project was in BUT they are busy, Steve apologized and there was a point he was on vacation that I was not aware of nor told by the office staff so this contributed to the delay in communication. They installed my fence the same day I moved in and I absolutely love it. I will use them again!

When he finally gave us a ballpark number and we shared with him that another contractor had come in $10K lower he badmouth the other company and said they would probably change orders, and it would end up more expensive. We went with the other company and they didn't change order and it was not more expensive. However, the reason we did not go with Bobby was to the lack of professionalism in speaking about another company. From what I can see his work looks great - I can only speak to his attitude which was very sales like quite pushy, and did not want to give an inch.
