At the end, his response was: "Unfortunately, we cannot take on a big project like this. There's foundation work. The walls are not supported correctly to hold the roof, and I think that's why the trusses are collapsing." This was extremely unprofessional. For someone who barely inspected the roof to claim that the foundation is bad doesn't seem like an honest or accurate assessment. The company may have been in business for seven years, but in my opinion, Chris spent more time engaging with my neighbor than addressing the reason I called him out in the first place. I would not recommend this company. I'll be moving on to find someone serious and reliable for the job--I don't have time to play games with businesses like this.

Once I spoke with Paul about the job he promptly sent over a very detailed and thorough proposal with a quite reasonable price. Things moved quickly from there and I was impressed at the speed with which the job was scheduled and completed. Brent did the work for me and his attention to detail and care were very evident. The posts he installed (complete with trim) are far nicer than the originals and the front of my house has never looked better. I will be hiring Hamtil Construction again!

Tiles had to be harvested from under the washer and dryer and placed in a tile-less entry once the wall was removed. Dave and Adam were efficient, on time, and did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive and I was very happy with the result. Will definitely call them again for other projects. Great job, guys!!
