We were looking at a tree we really liked, and an employee immediately came over and gave us some great tips about that particular plant. He gave some other useful recommendations as well. We ended up getting a variety of annuals for some of our flower pots and two big bags of soil. When we checked out at the counter, they asked what car we drove and explained that an employee will meet us in the parking lot to load up the heavy bags of soil for us. I will definitely be back!

Regardless, I appreciate that they have a great selection of plants, and I particularly love shopping their small plants selection. They have a pretty solid batch of what's in season for a more affordable price, and I've had much better luck raising them as opposed to their bigger plants. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They also have workshops and plenty of supplies, so it's a nice one-stop shop (and I'm trying to keep this review separate from their restaurant). Their pots selection is also generally good, although they can be just as seasonal as the plants. Overall, I recommend checking out Bowood Farms, if not just for the nice little stroll.

I got some quotes from other businesses but they kept adding on extra things whereas abc lawn care included cut, trimming, edging and blowing. The homeowners here in our community could not be more pleased. Our experience from start to finish was professional and exceeded our expectations. We live in a heavily wooded community in the city. Clipper assessed the condition of our trees and only noted four of our trees out of manny trees that needed help (They were sick). They scheduled to inject horemones in to the trees as the approbate time when they would do the most good. They removed a very large tree that was posing a threat to passer by's and did a great job. When the foliage went dormant they came back to clear a very hazardous and large area on a bluff with a severe dropoff off. The crew practiced strict safety proceedures, did a professional job, finished on schedule, provided insurance that satisfied our stringent HOA requirements and most of all were a courteous helpful crew. We can't say enough good things about this place. Not only are they well-qualified professionals, but they are so nice to work with. We hired them recently for tree trimming and landscaping projects in our backyard (all beautifully done). Then, the very next week a storm rolled through and caused damage to our property as well as our neighbor's. They worked with both of us, quickly getting things cleaned up and restoring our yards (even going back over what had been done the week before at no extra cost to us). I called Clipper to get some trees and bushes removed. The process was very smooth and priced comparably with other bids. Hollis showed up on time and knocked on the door before starting their work. He came by once they were done to make sure I was happy with the work. Clipper took down two holly trees in our front yard as well as grinded the stumps. They also removed a row of old boxwoods and holly bushes. The yard was cleaned up and raked. This is the second time Clipper has been to our house. The last time they removed a maple in our backyard as well as several sections of overgrown honeysuckle. read more

We offered to use our neighbor's driveway for access for vehicles but they shared it wasn't needed. There was a lot of rain prior to the service. They did a good job with the tree but destroyed our yard with tire tracks and the bobcat sunk the concrete in front of our house so it's not safe. I reached out to them immediately and they said we should call the city of Webster. I spoke with the street superintendent of Webster and he looked at it personally. He confirmed it was absolutely and clearly the fault of the tree company's equipment. Calling back Jackson, they shared they aren't responsible. I will not use nor recommend them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will share with my neighbor too.

They were successful in removing the gigantic dead limb from a separate tree that loomed over the carport, as well as getting rid of shrubbery roots underneath so I could build my fence.
