We were not sure exactly what we wanted to replace our walkways and front porch. Tim Eschmann…read morelistened to our concerns and changes we wanted from the old walkways, and he recommended wonderful ideas. Every project has its twists and turns, and Tim and his crew dealt with our twists and turns straightforwardly and creatively. We were very pleased with the results, with the process and with the care and concern that Tim and his crew showed all along the way - they resolved discretionary matters by recommending what they thought were the "right" answers, not just the least expensive or easiest. We respected their approach. We would hire them again for similar projects, and we would recommend them to our friends (and, in fact, already have).

Tim also redid a retaining wall around another flower bed. He's very easy to work with--and shows up when he says he will, such a plus. He has a true gift for design--being able to foresee what a project will look like when finished.

We called Tom at Signature to replace a path from our gate to our patio. Initially we had stepping…read morestones, but they shifted and were uncomfortable to walk on. Tom went with us to pick out the stone, then built us a beautiful pathway, expertly designed and installed with care. The design required a lot of the stones to be cut, but even with the large number of cuts required, the path was installed in about 3 days. His team really worked hard to ensure the design came to life. We also had Signature install sod in the back yard (which our dog had destroyed). The guys cut out the old sod, created the perfectly graded base and fertilized for success. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Tom is patient and willing to adapt to the customer's needs and landscaping conditions in the yard. Highly recommended.

Jody + Tropical Interiors has made our house a true paradise…read more We recently bought a bit of a rehab project, and once the inside of the house was done, we had to face the disaster that was the backyard. Hell, and the front yard too. Let's just say that the previous owners didn't pay much attention to it, and everything was totally overgrown. It was a huge mess and we really didn't know where to start. Jody and her team have been over MANY times for different things, and they've done everything from pulling a bunch of dead plants/flowers/trees out, designing new landscape layouts, and planting everything we eventually decided on. She even has done some smaller projects for us, like giving us beautiful little spring planter boxes under our windows. What I love about Jody is that she's able to look at a space and envision what types of flowers and plants would look best, and how everything should be laid out. She always has a great vision, and we learned to trust her really quickly. She really knows her stuff. In addition to that, she's very reliable and such a nice person. To top it all off, she's incredibly affordable. I can't recommend her enough. We get compliments on our yard all the time now. Thank you Jody and team!
