Regarding when I was visiting my elderly dad: Went through the whole process of getting an estimate, scheduling the work, then the guy shows up for the work and says, 'sorry, can't be done for the $3,000 we quoted you (see attached for written estimate), it's now $10,000. He tried to get a hold of his boss, but he was in a meeting. Next day we call them and he said, 'we'll do another estimate' - so then another guy comes over, and he quoted $5,400 for half the work (2 trees versus 5) -- arguably more expensive than the $10,000 quote. Seriously? I need these trees dealt with before they cause a bigger issue (one was struck by lightning and already had a branch fall off). Well, they said they had some guy who was giving incorrect estimates that no longer works for the company. Does that sound like a reasonable story? A guy you employed was giving estimates, you were scheduling the jobs, and then, what? You fired him because you realized you can charge double to seniors in need of urgent work? By the way, we had another company that did more work for $3,400 -- arguably cheaper than your original "incorrect" quote. I guess legally you have the right to refuse to honor an estimate (although if one of your customers cancels you charge a 10% penalty - isn't that ironic?), and there was no bad outcome here (thankfully) other than a massive waste of our time. But frankly, there is dubious trustworthiness here... Related to which, why does your estimate form say you have a 5.0 Yelp rating when the actual rating is 4.3? read more

Accurate Tree Service - "estimate" - Tree Services Near Me - Saint Charles, Missouri

It's difficult to explain how wonderful the workers are from Accurate Tree & Landscaping. The tree that was removed was massive and difficult. Over four very hot days, a different team showed up and all of them were excellent, polite, respectful, diligent, and supported each other. Their effort, strength, and team-work were amazing. They cleaned up the front and back yards each day. The owner of Accurate Tree communicated with me regularly. I recommended them to my brother and he agrees that this company is wonderful, and well-organized. I am proud to say that every word in this review is true and I hope many families have the same experience. I thank and appreciate every member of Accurate Tree that worked at my home. read more

The guys were great. Very professional and nice. They explained the service and walked me through afterwards. They cleaned up and even took some sticks I had gathered by another tree that I will hire you all to work on at a later date. Thanks for your company's quick reply and completion of service. read more

They did an awesome job!! I have 1 tree that needed to be taken out and another tree that needed to be trimmed away from the house. I watched them do both and they were very careful and skillful in making sure they kept the debris away from the house. They cleaned up the yard and performed all the work that was in the contract. So from start to finish they performed as expected and then some! I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them! The service was worth what I paid for! read more

Not all jobs go exactly as intended, but when we had a concern, Gary (owner) and Gary (sales rep) worked closely with us to resolve the issue. In the end, we are very happy with the results! Communication setting up the project through Yelp was easy, the team was very responsive. Gary the sales rep was knowledgeable and took the time to discuss our particular trees with their arborist. Crew was friendly and worked hard to get the job done. read more

They did excellent work! Very professional and attention to detail. They also offered a few upgrades down the road to improve the look of my flower beds. Aron was great! Thanks so much! Sorry it took me so long to rate. read more

I had an appointment at 5pm and they never showed up. We were sitting on the front porch waiting from 4:40 to 5:40. Never called to let us know they weren't coming. read more

Our experience with Accurate Tree and Landscaping was amazing from start to finish! I found them on Yelp and Gary responded within 24 hours. He came out within two days and gave a very responsible estimate. When we were ready, we contacted Gary on a Monday and he was able to schedule us that Friday. His team showed up promptly at 8 am and immediately got to work. His team worked like a well oiled machine. There was one tree trimmer that climbed up the trees and carefully cut every limb down, avoiding the power lines and our fence. And as soon as the limbs were dropped the rest of the team was there collecting and sending the limbs to the chipper. It took them 3.5 hours to cut down, clean up and haul away 2 very large trees. I can't say enough good things about this team! read more

Accurate Tree Service - Tree removal - Tree Services Near Me - Saint Charles, Missouri

Gary came over and gave a free estimate the same day I put in that I was looking to have some trees removed. His estimate was a few hundred dollars lower than another estimate I received. His crew came and took care of the trees and ground the stumps within a week of agreeing to do the job. His crew had to move the stump grinder up my stairs because of how steep they are but they did it and made it look easy. They did a great job altogether and I'm very happy with the result. Thanks a lot! read more

Accurate Tree Service - Three removed trees and stumps grounded up - Tree Services Near Me - Saint Charles, Missouri

Contacted Gary for an estimate to trim a mature flowering cherry tree in the street lawn in front of house on the Hill (old telephone/cable lines growing through the tree canopy, and the sidewalk and street side needed to be raised up) and debris hauled away. He was responsive, the estimate was the most competitive of the three that I obtained, and the work was completed within the week. Would recommend. read more

I contacted Gary through Thumbtack for a quote for tree removal. He responded promptly. Unfortunately they are outrageously priced compared to several other companies in area. After posting a review regarding the customer service I received. I was contacted directly to remove my post. I asked Gary to please stop contacting me and he decided to continue to text me. I feel this is very unprofessional. read more

This company does not follow safety regulations or behave in a professional manner. The employees were yelling at each other all day long & there was a lot of negativity. Multiple times an employee almost fell out of the basket & other employees were shouting directions at them. They left tree branches in the street where cars could not pass. They dropped tree branches on the roof & the back staircase. These people should NOT be in operation! They have no concern for property or people & are a danger to themselves & others. read more

Gary and his team are very professional. They gave us a free estimate within 24 hours of our request. They also gave us the most competitive rate in town. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and communication was clear. They had our very large 28' Silver Maple tree down, chopped up, cleaned up and carried away within 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend and would hire them again. Very impressed with this service. I had so much anxiety about this process but Accurate Tree and Landscaping made it quite simple. read more

Hard working crews that get the job done! Had a huge cottonwood tree removed by Accurate. Several limbs over my house and the neighbor's house. The crew planned their moves and did what they said they could do! A huge relief to have this work done! read more

I obtained bids from 10+ tree companies and Gary at Accurate Tree and Landscaping was by far the most reasonable. They took down a huge tree (100ft+) that was between power lines. They dealt directly with Ameren and made the process as painless as possible. They cleaned up after the job as well. Highly recommend Gary and his company. read more

I reached out for several quotes and this company was the first to respond and the first to come out to give pricing. We had a miscommunication on scheduling but Gary came out within a few hours of me reaching out to him about it. He did a much better job than previous companies that I have used and at a better price. read more
